roaches everywhere! there was even flys in the room! good luck here, youre going to need it I see some people gave this place 4⁄5 stars lol. Ok lets see if they are real, i challenge you. Let me reserve a room then we will both meet at the hotel if there are no roaches and its clean ill pay for you to stay there a week, if its dirty and has roaches you have to pay for my week stay lol! Wtf hold on im losing either way, hmmmm im still going to prove my point,

I had no choice but to stay here one night due to it’s convenient location. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was… the outside is charming, it has all you could need, but inside the room it’s old with dirty spots O_O there is a small roach problem and frankly I was a bit disappointed :/it could use a good makeover with appliances, paint job, etc. Surprisingly, I still had a good night sleep.

Ok so my family and I thought we’d give this place a chance, wrong decision. We made the reservation with this guy who can’t understand simple instructions. I specially asked for a non-smoking room. We get to the hotel and run into problem #1NO available parking. We had to park in the street because this place only bad 6 parking spaces including the handicap space. Ok weird issue #, walking in the office to your left, you’ll find a collection of «video tape movies» to watch. Rooms come with a VCR player! Huge issue #3!, front guy walks us to the room to show us how to use the old TV when I smelled the cigarette stench in the room. Quickly I asked, is this a non-smoking room? I specially asked you for a non-smoking room. His reply, was that I asked for two beds and the two bed room he had was smoking. The one bed room was a no-smoking. We declined the offer to stay and he was forced to give us back the $ 104 we were gonna pay to stay there. Bottom line, dishonest owner, no parking, outdated electronics. Don’t bother staying here at all.

I currently reside in Glendale. My apartment building had termites and I had to be out for a few days, due to them placing a tent on my building, to discharge chemicals! Darn critters! After shopping around in Glendale, the rates there are a bit expensive! considering I have to come out of the pockets, for room and board. The management company will reimburse me but we all know how long that would take, therefore I needed cost effective options! I had found Los Feliz Hotel on Unilocal.I’ve called, and their rates are reasonable. The staff there had excellent customer service skills. It only get better, there are a number of bars, restaurants and café’s in the immediate area! Did I also mention Griffith Park is down the street? HOLLA! The place is well kept and maintained. Parking is available, but space is limited. There’s plenty of street parking thou. I was totally pleased! My only complaint is, I can’t seem to find any yoga places on Los Feliz! The nearest place would be, a 5 minute drive(if that) Viva Yoga!!!

Conveniently located right off of Los Feliz Blvd in Atwater Village and within walking distance to coffee shops, Costco, fast food places, restaurants, etc. Perfect for me since I live up the street and about a mile up. Perfect for my relatives(who aren’t snotty or high-end) to stay at and for me to pick them up at. As for the«hotel» itself, it is bearable. Like I said, I had relatives who weren’t snotty or high-end, so the Los Feliz Hotel was a good bang for the bucks. If you need a place that offers A+ service, rooms, a pool, good parking and working amenities, the Los Feliz Hotel is not your spot. If you need a place with a fridge, microwave, some hit-or-miss wifi and 80’s décor and a wall AC unit, you’re in luck. Like I said, it’s doable. There’s not a lot of parking spots in front of the hotel, the spots are also small. First come, first serve but free parking. You can also find parking down the small street(check for street cleaning signs though). Los Feliz Hotel offers daily and weekly rates. The original room my relatives were given had a broken AC unit so they quickly moved them. No problem. The new room had a spill on the rug(hopefully it was water) and smelled a bit. We did ask the owners/front desk person to let the maid know. The maid came by and cleaned it for us. Shotty maid service too but it was once again doable. All in all, the location is great if you want to the be in the Los Feliz area. The hotel is close to Griffith Park and the Los Feliz Blvd strip. It does the job also. Nothing to write home about. The rates are also affordable and the owners, the front desk person and maids are all nice. The hotel does beat any motel living in nearby Hollywood also. The location is a good one.

This place is conveniently located to Atwater Village and Los Feliz. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores within walking distance. And right next to the 5. The room was clean, basic. The rate was very reasonable especially given the safe and convenient location. I moved out of my apartment up the street from here and had to spend a few nights at this motel before leaving the city. Its nothing fancy. But its clean and affordable.
