Lashes By Tenshi

Absolutely amazing job. My first time with lashes and I am getting so much attention they look so natural and perfect. Tenshi is so delicate and takes her time to give optimal results that last. I will keep coming back for this gorgeous look. ;)

Tenshi is a true artist. My eyelashes look so beautiful. Also, she is very very sweet. I was a little apprehensive about the length of time it would take (up to 2 hours), but the ambiance was so calm and the table so comfortable that I completely relaxed while Tenshi worked. The room is immaculately clean. Lovely experience and I plan to return.

I’ve gotten my lashes done by Tenshi for many years (you can see my prior reviews for her at Marie and Vortex spa). I found her back when she was at Marie Nails in Beverly Hills and followed her when she branched out on her own moving to Vortex spa in Hollywood. I am SO HAPPY that she’s moved closer to BH again and is now in the Phenix suites near UCLA. There’s tons of free parking (I park at Target) and the new location is clean and nice.
I suspect that the bad review here is someone who either competes with her for lash business or is just one of those people who is never happy — because Tenshi does AMAZING lashes. I had lashes done with at least 5 other people prior to finding Tenshi and the best of them didn’t even come close to how beautiful, professional and realistic Tenshi’s lashes look. At other lash places I’ve had clumps, lashes stuck to my eyelids and extensions pulling out my own lashes. This never happens to me with Tenshi. With proper care they last easily 4 weeks between fills and still look new.
Be forewarned — she doesn’t speak tons of English — but she finds ways to communicate everything and will make sure you are getting the type and length of lashes you want and that you understand how much they cost. Her prices are competitive for the type of lash she uses (I get individual mink lashes).
She is totally worth every penny!!!

Being a professional make-​up artist I am extremely particular about lashes… I like them to look as natural as possible yet noticeable. Having recently moved to LA from London a friend recommended Tenchi to me. Having tried out endless different lash experts over the years, I can honestly say that Tenchi is by far THE BEST. Her attention to detail and work is utter perfection. Worth every penny. My only issue is that they are utterly addictive!

** for the record, when I first started wearing lashes years ago, I tried several different people. I think great lash extensions last 30 days when the person doing them knows how to apply them, shape them and uses proper glue and correct sizing.

She is one of the best, she take her time and a perfectionist with her work. I love my lashes.
