All I can say is amazing! I started coming to Dr. Park’s office when I was in a lot of pain and was 7 months pregnant! Diane is great she booked me an appointment quickly, I was in an out. I continue to come here because Dr. Park and Sophie are amazing they can even deal with my daughter who has a tendency to bite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

I really recommend Dr: Jennifer park if you need a dentist… is a very clean office Diane and Sofia are there to complete a great and professional team, for you in your family, believe me you will love to go to the dentist now !!!

So i just recently switched dentists since i needed a dentist that is closer to my house and luckily I found Dr. Park-​Cruz. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an amazing dentist. Her receptionists are super nice and very accommodating with anyone’s schedule. The first appointment that I had was a general cleaning and Dr. Park actually did most of the cleaning herself which i thought was odd since I’ve never had a dentist do that. I really like that actually that she does all the cleaning herself to really get to know her patients. She answered all my questions and let me know about problem areas of my teeth. I gained so much knowledge leaving the dentist office that day. This is weird to say but I actually now like going to the dentist just because of Dr. Park-​Cruz and her wonderful staff. I also needed to get some fillings done and they came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend Dr. Park-​Cruz to anyone that lives in LA. She is friendly, knowledgeable and definitely takes her time with each patient explaining all your issues and answering all your questions.

Dr. Park-​Cruz is truly an amazing dentist! I didn’t realize I had it so great until I moved to a different city. I can confidently say no other dentist has made me feel so comfortable and safe. To be cliché, I am the person who absolutely fears getting dental work done and Dr. Park-​Cruz and her team has always been very caring, patient, friendly and always professional. She did my root-​canal a few years back and she texted me the next day to make sure I was feeling alright. She is very dedicated to the work she does.

Here’s the thing… Dr. Park is so amazing and so affordable that I kind of don’t want anybody else to know about her. Did I mention that it’s super easy to get an appointment?

Where do I begin. First off I would like to commend Dr Park for her practice from the receptionist to the dental assistant everyone was so nice which made me feel very comfortable. Now the star of the show Dr. Park a professional, super warm and down to earth talked me through my procedure made all my nervousness disappear. She saved my tooth and did amazing work. It was such a chill atmosphere the whole in and out was great. I would recommend her to everyone !!!

Dr. Park is aaaamazing! I haven’t been to the dentist in years. Knowing that I’ve neglected my poor teeth, I knew I was in for a rough ride. I was utterly fearful for the pain that I was about to endure. Then I met Dr. Park, she relaxed my nerves, explained what had to be done and the party started. While I was awaiting my torture, fear was pumping threw out my veins. «Here we go» I thought to myself, but it never came. Wait a minute, were was the pain? By the time I was anticipating my horrible demise the whole process was finished. Dr. Park is a miracle worker! Your teeth will thank you for it, so you can share an everlasting smile for the world to see.

I recommend her 10 000%. you don’t need to go to beverly hills … or Tijuana. Dr Park is all you need

Looks like I found my dentist! Called on Tuesday, got an appointment for today (Friday). Dr. Park-​Cruz is exactly what the other reviewers say — friendly, funny, honest and frank. She also scaled my teeth by hand because she was afraid the ultrasonic would hurt my sensitive teeth. I’m so impressed and SO GLAD I now have a dentist that I can trust and look forward to visiting. Her office staff is equally lovely and efficient! And my teeth feel sooo squeaky clean.

Dr. Cruz is great. Super personable, passionate about her job, easy to talk to. Her assistants — Sophie and Lan (I think that was her name) — were great too. Highly recommended!

I think Jennifer is such a honest and helpful dentist. I’ve been through hell and back with so many horrible dentists and i feel like i’ve found my dentist for life. I feel like shes extremely sensitive with what ive been through and she understands that m not a millionaire so she sensitive with pricing also. Her staff is extremely friendly and are super sweet. Ive been so many different dentists and out of all of them i feel like i can be open and and comfortable with her.

Best dentist ever! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist and I visited Dr. Park and I have to say it was the best decision. Finally no more dreading going to the dentist.
This is the first dentist I have ever been to where you don’t even feel the prick of the shot. For me, that’s the worst part and I don’t know how Dr. Park does it but every time I have not even felt her giving the shot. Also, once the numbing wore off I had zero pain or discomfort by that tooth.
Dr. Park and her staff will make you feel at home. Not only do they all explain every step that they do but they are such warm and wonderful people. Even when I went yesterday Dr. Park took care of everything all at once (most dentists would have made me come back numerous times) including doing a cleaning — which as the other users say Dr. Park did herself which is a first for me too!
Overall, I am truly so happy that I found Dr. Park and I recommend her highly.

Dr. gave precise information, and asked me to get ibuprofen to relieve pain once the anesthetic wore off! (Unlike me previous dentist who gave 1 week worth of anti biotics!!! — I try to take least amount of unnecessary medications!)
Icing on the cake was when the doctor called me the next day to check how things were going in terms of recovery!

Dr. Park is an excellent dentist! She does the best work and she really cares about her patients. Dr. Park and the staff are very nice and it’s easy to fall into a conversation with them. I recommend going here.

Dr Park is amazing. I have been going to her since she began her practice years ago. She is smart and kind and never does anything that is unnecessary. Her staff is also very friendly. I always look forward to my dentist appointments which is something most people can’t say!

I went to Jennifer YEARS ago, and I have no idea how I found her at the time. Since then, I had a little billing problem (my mother told me she would help pay for some dental work, and then changed her mind after it was done). In spite of that, Jennifer’s office was super respectful and kind. I continued to refer about seven of my friends to her because of her outstanding work and the good experiences I had there.
Recently, I broke two teeth at work. Since my work agreed to pay for it, I asked Jennifer if she would be willing to do the work for me despite me still having an outstanding balance I was struggling to pay. She agreed, and the work I had done was efficient and high quality. I still need to get a second tooth taken care of, and this is where I’ll be going.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Park-​Cruz for a few years now for the care and cleaning of my mandibles. I was happy to finally find her as I had spent quite a while trying and switching dentists.
Dr. Park-​Cruz is great as to all of the qualities that matter in a doctor. First off, she has a pleasant demeanor; she is humorous and easy to talk to. She is careful and evidences great attention to detail when she’s working with you. Also, unlike many other dentists I’ve encountered, who were clearly eager to push expensive services of dubious actual value, she’s never tried to sell me on any exotic services. (She probably wouldn’t be a good car salesman, but she’s a great dentist.)
Dr. Park-​Cruz also has a well run office. She has a friendly, competent staff, and I never have to wait too long.
I work in downtown and her office is a short hop away. I can easily fit in an appointment during a moderate length break.

I’ve had German dentists, Jewish dentists, Korean dentists, Beverly Hills dentists, Seattle dentists, West LA dentists, Mid-​City dentists, overpriced dentists, shitty dentists, asshole dentists, and dentists that I should have probably sued. So when it comes to teeth, I think I know what’s up, and let me tell you, Dr. Park is what’s up. She is, for the lack of a better word, the shit.
THE OFFICE: No, there are no white leather couches and plasma screen tv’s blaring with tacky, self-​aggrandizing promotional ads about the practice and how you should spend thousands of dollars on veneers, but didn’t your mom tell you not to judge a book by its cover? It’s not much to look at, but what matters is that the front desk staff are always, always friendly, super competent, and will never fail to give you a courtesy call before the day of your appointment. **They’ll also validate your parking for 1 hour.
A BASIC CLEANING: This is the rare dental office where I’ve had my cleaning actually done by *GASP* the dentist. The hygienist does the flossing and polishing, but the actual scaling and plaque cleaning is done by Dr. Park. (I went to the typical ‘celebrity dentist’ Dr. Kelly Hong in Century City and had the entire cleaning done, from start to finish, by the hygienist. It cost double of what Dr. Park charged, and I think I spent more time staring at Dr. Hong in her pictures with washed up B-​list celebrities than her in real life. Ridiculous.) I was also super impressed by the up-​to-​date equipment, especially because the x-​rays that I got didn’t have those stupid plastic bite-​wings that you have to painfully hold onto in weird positions.
PATIENT CARE: I’ve never had numbing shots NOT feel like someone just stabbed me with a hot blade in the effing face. I just assumed this was something that comes with the usual stereotypes of pain in dentistry, and would just grimace my way through it. However, imagine my surprise when I didn’t feel a PINCH when she was giving me numbing injections for my fillings. I think she might have magical hands (there is a strong possibility that her alma mater is Hogwarts).
She’s just so mindful of your discomfort and makes you feel completely at ease with the whole procedure, letting you know exactly what she’s doing and why she’s doing it, rather than just making a bunch of nerve-​wrenching mechanical screeching noises in your mouth in complete silence like most (if not all) of the dentists I’ve been to do. She definitely goes the extra mile in making the whole experience go smoothly and without making you seize into a state of panic and fear, and I will forever sing her praises and thank my lucky stars for FINALLY finding an honest, genuine, and immaculately skilled dentist that takes pride in her work and not in her dolla dolla bill$.
Dr. Park, my teeth are forever indebted to you.

The lord was not generous in gracing me with good teeth. Dr park was very professional and took time to explain to me what my options were. I explained that I had seen another dentist but was uncomfortable discussing my teeth with that doctor and rather get a second opinion… i’m glad I did.
I had difficult extraction and and a couple cavities but Dr. Park dealt with it like a champ. I’m lucky to have anthem insurance other wise it would have been very expensive so if you’re paying out of pocket you might want to check a couple places but like Dr. Park said «sometimes you get what you pay for».

I was referred to Dr. Park through my parents, because they were one of her first patients when she was a USC Dental School student. I started going to Dr. Park when she was practicing in Marina del Rey. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Park is The Best. I had so much dental work done by her from root canals, crowns, fillings, braces, retainers, teeth whitening and many cleanings.
I had the worst experience with other dentists when it came to giving me a shot but Dr. Park is very skillful and calm, which puts your mind at ease. Every time I get a cleaning my mouth feels like a million bucks. I even feel bad when I eat something after the cleaning because of all the hard work she did cleaning my teeth.
This new office in Koreatown is very clean and Bora (her receptionist) is very friendly and nice. Dr. Park explains the procedure to you very well and she doesn’t try to charge you for the little extra things she does, unlike other dentists. Dr. Park’s office is also up-​to-​date with new technology such as digital x-​rays and new dental chairs.
