I wish I could give lower than 1 star. This business is so unprofessional. I dealt with Someone named Pablo who was apparently the only one there who speaks English. After being promised that the pieces that was needed for my computer was ordered over seas, I came to found out that was a lie. They promised us that the manager Hugo would call. That was 4 days ago and we haven’t heard from him. We know the screen was never ordered, therefore I was lied to. That is not a good business practice. Because of this, I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. I’m very disgusted that they wasted my time. It’s been about 2 months since all of these issues. And they could care less.

Consumers BEWARE of this place. We brought in our laptop on 7÷7÷15 to get the LCD screen replaced. They said they had the piece and it would be done the same. Then they called to let us know that they did not have the piece and it would take a few days to order the piece. Several weeks passed but still no new screen. We were able to pick up our laptop and they said they would call when the new piece arrives. It is now 8÷25÷15, and the screen still hasn’t arrived. Our laptop is now in worse condition from when we dropped it off, it doesn’t even turn on. Every number that we’ve tried dialing all lead to Pablo who was in charge of our case and now claims he cannot help us and advises to call the store. Yes, we called store several times and it goes straight to Pablo’s voice mail. It is nearly impossible to get assistance from this place. Beware costumers, you may be thinking you’re getting a good deal, but it puts the phrase «You get what you pay for» into effect.

These guys are amazing.
I actually had an iPhone 5s fixed with them a Long time ago…
And now I need another phone fixed and I wanted to get it fixed with them but I didn’t have their contact info. I’m so glad I found them here!!!
Going there this week

The good customer service that I received at this store is outstanding. I will remember the good personalised customer service for a lot longer than remembering a good priced product. The positive human interaction I received when making my purchase will keep me coming back to this store, which is exactly what I will be doing soon.
