Some of the best customer service ive ever experienced! Staff was very helpful and super friendly! Ive had multiple sneakers cleaned here and have been impressed at their service everytime! Also carry a great selection of really cool products on top of their own in house products! A must stop shop!

I brought a pair of white onistsuka tiger (model ultimate 81) that were stained with some industrial grease because I was dumb enough to walk with them on train tracks…
Did not have much hope but I was happily surprised by the result.
They were almost as good as new.

I walked by this place 100x and had no idea what it was. When I found out they cleaned sneakers I thought it seemed crazy. The place is as clean and orderly as an Apple Store.
I have a pair of Nike SB Janofski’s that were stained and pretty nasty looking and had no idea how to clean them, so I figured what the hell. At first I thought it seemed a little expensive. But the staff seemed really professional and figured I’d give it a shot. They examined my shores like a surgeon preparing for surgery, prepared me for my possible outcome, and recommended a treatment plan.
Picked up the shoes tonight and they look like new. Very very pleased. Would go back in a heartbeat.

this place is dope! I find it so unique how they cater to all the sneaker lovers out there! Shoes already cost a lot and maintaining it is a toughie. Jason Markk comes in and helps you in that department.
Although a bit pricey and it isn’t necessarily a necessity for most, I would say go for it because how well kept you are says a lot!
They have regular cleaning services and high quality ones for the more expensive shoes with nicer materials. My boyfriend came in here with his white Ultra Boost and they were $ 33. The worker who helped us was very detailed and explained how the process would go. He was honest and didn’t tell us a «your shoes will look brand spanking new!»
We turned them in on a Friday and they were ready by Monday. The workers are really nice and this place just screams qualitative. They put your shoes in individual shoe dust bags and gives you a couple of their wipes!

This is hands down the best show cleaning shop in LA. In less than a week I’ve been able to restore a few of my most prized shoes including my 09″ space jams, my 10^th anniversary miami skate shop dunks, and my air hoop structures that I picked up maybe 8 years ago. They also were able to give a touch up to my James Harden’s, Easter Kobe’s, and a few other shoes.
The staff is very professional, courteous, and personable. Each time they completed a job for me they kept me updated (via phone and email). At pick up they show you the finished result and breakdown ways to help preserve the shoe. Will definitely refer all my friends here and I look forward to doing more business with these guys.

I took my Jordan 11 Breds because they majorly needed to be cleaned and brought back to life. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and i automatically felt welcomed and knew that I was going to be taken care of. My Jordan’s look brand new and crispy again. Thanks so much!

Elwood was the one that helped us out, but everyone was very helpful! Gonna keep it short and simple, if you need your shoes cleaned, come here! We showed them the shoes, and they just let us know that it would be cheaper to buy the product/​brushes and clean it ourselves to save money. They were very thorough in explaining on how to clean them, even showed us some simple tips for laces, and which brushes to use for other types of shoe material. There are different prices for the levels of cleaning, but just bring in your shoes, and they’ll give you and estimated price depending on it’s condition. I usually don’t write reviews, but because of they excellent customer service, I had to share my experience with you all. I’ve been using Jason Markk for a while now, and I’m so glad that they opened up this shop. Thanks Elwood! Looking forward to coming back!

The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the staff is pretty kool. I dropped off my shoes on friday they said they’ll be done by tuesday I went on Wednesday and they weren’t ready. My jordan 12 playoffs had paint looked like previous owner tried to paint the yellowing of sole also the inside were dirty had like dog hairs or something so I heard of this place drove from pomona all the way there to drop off my shoes try this place out. When I picked up one of the shoes still had paint on soles I asked why they were still like that guy said paint couldn’t come off so he tried brushing them in front of me and it started coming off so he gave it a quick brush. The inside were still dirty they didnt clean them up he took them back and kinda blew the inside but didn’t do much pretty disappointed.

Staff was super friendly & informative. Extremely thorough with their inspections & nicely answered all of my dumb newbie questions.
Shoes came out looking good as new, much more effective than when I tried cleaning myself.
The whole process was as hassle-​free as possible. Definitely coming back to drop off more shoes in the future.

If you laughed, appreciated and/​or understood that scene in Do The Right Thing when Larry Bird runs over the «the brand new white Air Jordans» then you need to bring your kicks here.
1) When you come back for a pickup, you will say shit like a man/​woman says when happy in bed. You will be amazed, jump for joy, want to yell/​scream and most importantly come back for more. They do magic here. They do God’s work here. Just bring them something and come back happy. Go back and visit Ma Dukes and dig in the crates for your old air maxes from 20 years ago and see what happens. Go bring your beater Js that you now take to the clubs because you’ve come to the conclusion that it’s okay that people step on them and you want to be a step flyer than the next man so you’ve accepted that sacrifice.
2) Almost put this number One but had to keep it about the shoes. They are so damn nice and friendly and cool and opposite of what you may or may not expect from this type of establishment. I’m all about good energy out comes back in to you. I leave here everytime just happy, not only because of what they do in cleaning but because everyone is so nice. There’s a lovely young lady who I’ve met several times and she’s always so positive. There was one guy who I found out cleaned my flightposites and we shared stories about how he wanted those but he has the eggplant ones that I always wanted. There’s a couple other guys who have been so respectful, professional and you can just tell they appreciate the love for kicks and what they do. It’s passion, it’s love, it’s respect. I can’t say enough how much I respect and appreciate everyone there. If you can always make each man and woman that comes in as a customer feel like a million bucks, then bless you guys forever. Fuck all that condescending, my shit don’t stink bullshit. Remember someone’s name. Call them by their name. Be curious about who they are and how they are doing. Smile. Say thank you. Say I love you. Or you don’t have to.
They obviously sell their cleaner kits but to be honest I bought it on the first day and I’ve never used it. Random story, back in 98 in college I met this kid on my floor who was into sneakers. We went to a school that at the time was 99% flip flop dominated. Go Gauchos! Every weekend, we would bring all our used shoes for that week to the hall bathroom and bust out our toothbrushes and clean em all in the sinks. Damn we needed your product back then. The pricing is super reasonable for what you get. Remember, you have to factor in labor hours into the care of what you’re paying for. Every shoe I’ve brought in has been a different price because they take the time to analyze and give you a fair price. Be careful, if you do the deep space purp special once, you may get addicted. I’ve actually thought in my head many of times that, «man, why only charge me $ 10 or $ 12 or $ 15. Does that mean my shoes aren’t going to come out that nice. Shouldn’t you be charging me $ 35?». I actually wish I could afford to pay $ 35 for every pair. Get the bottoms fresh, insides deodorized. Damn I need to work harder.

Everytime I pick up I’ll bring something else to drop off. I hope this review tells all the employees how much I appreciate them. I hope people who have never been there read this and go. I hope the people that work there never change or leave. This business is not about just the product (which is obviously amazing) but it’s about the people there. Everyone will get to that point in life where as a consumer and human being you care more about the service and relationship than you do about just price. I’ll try to also add some pics if I can figure out how to.

Such and clean and simplistic shop!
I’ve been following him and his wife on Instagram for quite a while, so when I finally walked into his store, I was a little starstuck, not to mention fangirling. They weren’t there but I was able to pick up a kit in collaboration with Hello Kitty given the HK con and exhibits at the JANM nearby.
Their employees are fantastic and the products are excellent and smell great. I can’t wait to see my friend spray his flyknits with the new Repel!
Come by and buy some wipes or a small bottle. Your shoes will thank and love you.

Customer service over the phone is excellent. I live in Hawaii and called to ask a specific question. Rather than blow me off and gear me towards the internet, the rep explained and took the time to explain possible solutions and ideas.

Bring your shoes back to life the right way. As a collector it’s nice to bring in shoes and know that they will be cleaned correctly and safely. Highly recommend this place. Shout out to Jino and Luis.

Most people bring their J’s in, but I don’t actually own any more. I do however have a pair of tan Vans that I’ve worn on one too many nights out. I was all set to not wear them again because the material is almost like burlap and I figured the stains wouldn’t come out, but I figured I might as well take ‘em in and see what they could do.
Sure enough they were able to get ‘em back to what I would consider about 90−95% of how they looked when they were new. The white sole area is definitely 100% white and the upper is just a tad darker than new, but that was to be expected. Overall I’m really happy with how the shoes came out and am glad I’ll be able to wear them again (no more bars though).
I won’t hesitate to bring my shoes back to Jason Markk.
FYI: It’s a 72hr turn-​around time for cleaning and they have different pricing tiers depending on the material of the shoe and how much work they estimate it will take.

So stoke that Jason Markk is opening their flagship store in Little Tokyo. If you don’t know about Jason Markk, this is the best premium sneaker cleaning product out in the market. There are tons of imitators but Jason Markk is the original, the best and the only premium sneaker cleaners that I trust on my nice sneakers. Works on both leather and suede. And it won’t yellow the white rubber on your shoes. Congrats and glad I can swing by to pick up my MJ supply locally.
