They’re actually pretty good for the money. Manager seems accessible and friendly. The actual cleaning is done at a far-​flung location in the Valley so you don’t get to talk to the guy/​gal who can explain what they’re doing to your clothes, but that’s the only drawback I’ve experienced.

This place is convenient if you live in the immediate area, prices are fine and they do a decent job with normal work clothes, but don’t take anything in that’s delicate or has frills — they ruined the tassels on a pashmina shawl. Also, I don’t really buy their «eco-​cleaner» label, because no work actually happens on site and they truck it to a facility in Alhambra which you can’t readily verify if it’s actually using environmentally friendly methods. Their counter service is definitely in need of an overhaul — several times I’ve stopped by to pick up during «open» hours and found a sign saying they’ve temporarily stepped out for a few minutes, only to wait for way longer than that or to come back half an hour later and still find no one there.

AWFUL! If you want the clothes you work hard to buy RUINED than go here.
But if you want your clothes cleaned without being damaged, please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
The owner Steven, is a bully — he ruined my favorite and very expensive sweater then he had the nerve to tell me it is the ‘cut of the fabric’ that’s wrong, and not his fault.
REALLY? The sweater I had cleaned dozens of times without any issues at other dry cleaners is now defective because of the ‘cut?‘
And worst of all they wouldn’t refund me the cost of the dry cleaning service or my sweater. Fortunately a thing called the Better Business Bureau exists and I’ve filed a complaint with them, Unilocaling here and warning my friends.
It’s nothing worse than wanting to wear your favorite sweater once it’s cleaned and being shocked that it’s no longer wearable because the people you trusted to clean it, destroyed it and then took no blame.

I have been had AND they owe me money. I called many times but no returned call. I am giving up and writing a review. I had such hope for this place but I guess I should have realized that any establishment that treats speaking to a manager like a direct meeting with Elvis is not a place you want handling your clothes.
To wit: when I decided to take my business here (we turn over a lot of clothes on a schedule since my girlfriend works in a nice restaurant) I asked them to have a manager call me so I could give him/​her the rundown. No such call was ever returned. Finally out of time, I dropped clothes off. No need to get into the details of my dry cleaning needs but I did have to keep calling and asking for details to be noted on the account. This is clearly not that place as these calls were met with grunts.
My last experience was two weeks ago when I sent in a bunch of clothes (on hangers — I asked them to return on said wooden hangers to create less waste) and, in that, they failed. Forgivable. I also sent in a jacket for repair. I specifically called twice to be certain that they noted not to dry clean it. Simply repair it. The note was clear.
When I got it back I was charged for cleaning. When I told them I wanted a credit (not even asking for my money back) and I was told by Dianna that Stephen the manager would need to call me back and do that. I called THREE more times and never heard back from him. Two weeks ago. So obviously I’m taking my cleaning back to the westside near work where customer service exists. Sometimes keeping it local doesn’t work.

I chose this place because it is so close to my apartment. Unfortunately, it was not worth the convenience at all. I dropped off a leather jacket & silk dress on a Monday & was told that they would be ready on Wednesday. I arrived Wednesday evening to pick them up & was told they would be ready the next Tuesday. Slightly annoyed, but didn’t think much of it. I called that Tuesday and told them that I would definitely need the clothes back that evening because I was going out of town. THe girl told me they would be ready at 5. I said «ARE YOU SURE?» She said yes. At 5:30 I went to pick up the clothes. Not ready, said they would be there in an hour. I called back after about 45 minutes before I was about to leave & was told they were still not there because the driver was stuck in traffic. I finally picked up the clothes today. I thought about asking for a discount. But at this point I just wanted my clothes back & to be done with it.
Bottom line is: Bad service, confused employee, undelivered promises.

Poor customer service.
Turned in ALL of my boyfriend’s shirts on a Wednesday and was told they would be ready by Friday evening – just in time for the weekend of my sister’s wedding, when many freshly clean button up shirts would be worn. I showed up to pick up the clothes and was told that they weren’t ready. The woman at the counter tried to make good by calling the driver to see if they were on their way. She gets off the phone and tells me that the driver was in an accident!
I know accidents happen so I was frustrated but understanding. She said they would be there the next morning by 10:30 for sure. OK, fine. We could get through Friday night without a nice shirt, I thought.
The next day my boyfriend went to pick up the shirts at 11:00 am and they were closed!!! With a rehearsal dinner and wedding on the horizon along with the fact that the cleaners is closed on Sundays, I had no choice but to buy my boyfriend 2 new shirts! Yes, I should not have turned in ALL of his shirts.
Horrible.
When we finally went to get our clothes the next week and see if they could remedy this very bad customer service situation, we were told that no driver was in an accident and that we would get a 100% refund. I was to expect the credit on my account that week.
It never came.
I followed up with them and was told that a 100% refund would never have been authorized. I had to drive to their other location to receive 50% back in cash along with a halfhearted «sorry ’bout that.»
As conveniently located as this place is, I will never return.

This place is bad news bears. They staff is rude and confused like a pitbull who just lost his balls. They didn’t have our clothes ready on the date they said they would. They were closed with locks on the door during their posted business hours. Do not go here, they suck like a fat kid with a Popsicle on a hot summer day.

I’ve used this place once and I’m one and done. I dropped off a sport coat, dress and comforter on Monday with a Thursday pick up. When I go on Thursday only the dress and coat are done. The said she called to tell me the comforter would not be ready, which was either untrue or she did not leave a message. She said it would be ready tomorrow, so I’m a little miffed but fine. It’s about 6:20 at this point and they close at 7pm. On my way home, I call them to ask a question about how the comforter will be cleaned, the clerk says Steve is on the phone but will call me back. I call again at 6:50– still on the phone. I never get a call back. I go back the next day, Friday to pick up the comforter and its still not ready. Again– no phone call.
It’s Saturday morning now; they delivered the comforter and didn’t charge me for the cleaning. So the situation has been resolved but I still won’t consider using them again.

I give this place 3 stars because there prices are good compared to others I have tried in downtown. However, there service is terrible. They have given me a pick up date and when I got there, it wasn’t ready. They asked me to come back or they would deliver it which was nice. Also, there hours say they are open at 7, however, I have been there a few times where no one was there until almost 9 a.m. I don’t feel there service is any good or friendly. The people who work there seem to be out of it. One clerk, was outside, speaking on her cell phone, and I had to wait for her to come back in to the store. In fact, I am perturbed that they Unilocal ad says get a $ 50 gift card, when nothing was offered when I first visited their store and have spent well over $ 50 thus far. Would I go here again? I think I am done with this place. Tired of the attitude. I don’t even understand why they have a sofa and flat screen in their store, who would want to sit there and hang out with their clerks? There not very inviting. I like to think I can trust my dry cleaners with my not so cheap clothes, and to be quite honest, I don’t feel like I can trust these people. I hope to find a dry cleaners soon.
