Would give 0 stars, every time I get 2 boosts usually there’s not enough room for it to fit in 1 cup, so they give me the rest of it in a mini cup, this jackass who worked here said that is against the rules, yet I’ve had it done at this very jamba a few weeks ago by the manager that was working that morning, as well as again later that day by another employee when I came back for another, today been there twice and I asked this time why they weren’t giving me the rest of it in the sample cup like usual and was told off saying that it’s against the rules and why should I want it anyways when there’s not much left, the point is that I should get what I paid for, and it is something that I get at every Jamba juice that I’ve ever been to, including this one, so I am utterly pissed off, especially since I know he was lying just because he didn’t want to deal with it, terrible service, if I go by here again I’ll add the guys name to this review

The worst jamba juice ever. Sure the smoothies are great… just like any other Jamba. I stood in line for almost 15 minutes and there weren’t that many people ahead of me. The employees inside were just chatting away, taking their time taking orders and making drinks. After I ordered, I stood there for a few minutes waiting for my drink and I notice that they haven’t even started making my drink yet. Finally one of the employees notices me standing there and was asks me what i’m waiting for. Maybe if they weren’t chatting it up inside they would’ve remembered my drink.

HORRIBLE service! Stay away! The guy was mumbling about «cash» and not looking at his… head in a book… we understood «Cash only» we hand them cash and this woman ROLLS HER EYES and YELLED «NO CASH!» then they mumbled again… very weird situation wouldn’t go back

I dont know whats up with all the bad ratings. this place is great. the smoothies are great, the service is great, and maurice is particularly great. he was very knowledgable about the different ingredients and nutrients of all the options I asked about. definitely an enjoyable part of any grove visit.

It’s one of the best jamba’s I’ve been too. The coworkers are very friendly & nice. Although it’s a really small kiosk, you can tell they work really hard because the drinks come out fast & really good.

I came on a Sunday afternoon I waited in line for 20mins. There was 2 employees working, 1 guy was working the cash register, making smoothies, & also DRINKING THEM AT THE SAME TIME! the other lady was refilling cups and straws, which I don’t understand why she was not helping him because the line was freaking long. When I got to the front of the line both employees had bad attitudes an you can tell they hated there job! Part of the reasons the line was so long because Mr. Employee Was Sippin on his Strawberry swirl

So I get here at 9:25. I’m looking at the menu, the employer looks at me weird. So once I figured out what I wanted, they tell me their close.
So I checked Unilocal and it says they are open till 10pm. What lazy employees! Who did they thought I was? A tourist? I like Jambo juice. But this location sucks!

I definitely do not want to take having a Jamba Juice near my house for granted, but the service here is not very good. I came here on a not very busy day and stood at the window with an employee standing in front of me for 5 awkward minutes. She was in the middle of sorting through receipts. She didn’t greet me or make eye contact for 5 whole minutes.
Finally, she asked me what I wanted (in a very rude way). She put my order in and didn’t even ask me if I wanted a receipt. She just assumed I didn’t want one. I had to ask her for one because I needed to know her name. I, then, wrote a letter to Jamba Juice explaining what happened.
It just felt like the employee dreaded being at her job. I thought she was unnecessarily rude.

I like this Jamba Juice cause it’s one of the cheapest food shack at the Grove lol. Why not order a Razzmatazz and a mango gogo while you stroll around the Grove. Now it’s summer, its a life saver in this California weather :)

Smoothie was super watery and the color was also not right. I got the strawberry whirl and it was more like a melted smoothie than the normal thick smoothie Jamba usually makes. Every drink they made was watery not only for me but other customers. It tasted terrible too, I like jamba juice but this one is no good. Never coming back

I love the Apples and Greens smoothie. This location’s coupon scanner was out of order so they let me get a medium Apples and Greens for $ 3 instead of using my coupon for a $ 2 small for a fruit and veggies smoothie. Decent service, but the line can be long.

Came to get our smoothies. When I checked in on Unilocal it said buy one get one free 3÷13−3÷17. They refused to accept it when I went to pay saying I needed a coupon from the company. Never has anyone refused a Unilocal before. Very disappointing after standing in a 10 minute line.
