Great service and very efficient, I’ll definitely be back in the future! I left my phone there and within 30 mins the phone was fixed and in perfect working order. Customer service was great and for a problem I feel most of us had it was a super quick process.

Unfortunately I had my camera lens fixed here and broke both times again. It was an iPhone 6 which are delicate phones. Although the customer service was very friendly and could have been just un fixable. Also they did not honor their Unilocal deal (check in for a free cover screen)

I was referred to visit Peter and/​or Shawn at Dialnet after I dropped and cracked my iPhone 6s screen. They both helped me with the issue and resolved it in a very timely manner.
I realized, after leaving with my iPhone, that there was an issue with the calibration. So, I called from home and they encouraged me to come back in when convenient. I went back the next day and they fixed the calibration issue immediately and without any additional charge. I have not had any further issues.
I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my experience and absolutely recommend their services.

The people who work here are polite, and quick with their work. The service was good. Sadly the quality of the screens are pretty terrible. I wanted to get my iphone 5s repaired so that i could trade it in for a newer model. I had heard good things about this place, so i trusted it. Long story short: First replacement; i was out and about early in the morning when it was cold out. I put my finger to my phone and a spiderweb crack appeared in the bottom right corner. I took it to them upset that the quality was poor and i was told i would have to buy another screen, and that i could not get a discount. I understand that they might have thought i was lying as a customer might do. Thinking i got a dud i continued to take my phone back 2 times after the first as my replacement screens would always glitch up and make actions when i was not touching it. I took my phone to apple and they said that «NO it was not my motherboard» as the workers at Dialnet had said.
The replacements would crack at the slightest drop even onto a material like carpet.
Completely disregarding the strength of the screens my father went to get his screen repaired and had the glitch problem too. I am currently stuck with a phone that has become UNRESPONSIVE TO THE TOUCH wherever there is a crack.

I have been going to Dialnet regularly and they are AMAZING! Peter is extremely helpful and will always provide outstanding service everytime. They are so fast, I took my iPhone 6 with a broken LCD screen and smashed screen and it was ready within an hour. Prices are extremely reasonable and I will always go here. Opening hours are extremely convenient also. In addition, they are amazing at applying phone screen protectors. Definitely go here and don’t bother even looking at another phone repair store!!!

I have to give it to Dialnet, they are really good at what they do, and that’s fixing cell phones.
On two occasions this year I brought them a broken iPhone 5c. The first time there was some liquid damage to the LED screen and they were able to fix it in a couple of hours. They really saved me at a time when everything was going wrong. Another occasion I brought them a broken glass screen and damaged LED… it took them only an hour to completely replace it all… awesome! That time they saved my Thanksgiving.
The third and last time I brought them my phone this year was right before leaving for Christmas vacation. This time it was severe liquid damage. It took them 3 days to try to recover it and they couldn’t. It was a bummer, but the employees were nice about it and kept in relatively good contact with me. It cost me $ 15 for them to check it out. If they could have saved my phone, the $ 15 would have been applied to the total cost of repair.
Even though they are not miracle workers, I’m definitely keeping Dialnet in my back pocket in case of a rainy day.
My New Years Resolution is to break my phone less this year.

The only place I go to have my iOS or android smartphone glass repaired! As a developer I go through many phones and sad enough drop them once in a while. Luckily this cellular phone glass repair shop is just down the road and always welcome me with friendly service and a no nonsense pricing schedule. A+++

At first I was very happy with the service but 3 days later my screen cracked. I immediately came in to the store and was told it wasn’t covered under the guarantee because the phone was dropped when in reality it never was.
I asked the guy what they could do for me and he wanted to charge me what they supposedly pay for the parts, which is $ 90, this is after I just paid $ 107 3 days earlier. (The employees were also very condescending, no sympathy for a frustrated customer.)
In all honesty I don’t want to bash the business, I just want to warn any future customers that when your screen cracks less than a week later with no falls because a poor job is done with cheap materials used they will not take responsibility and will have you pay full price to get it fixed again.
I will now be taking my business straight to Apple.

I brought my iPhone 5s here to have the battery replaced. Then, for not holding a charge.
Each time I came in, I was taken care of promptly.
The battery worked fine, but after the second repair, I had to take it in two more times for the same issue. The good thing is that they offer a 30-​day warranty on all their work.
Currently, my iPhone sometimes won’t hold a charge and I have to turn it off and on about three times to get it to work. My 30-​day warranty period is over :(

I dropped my phone, breaking the LCD screen. These guys repaired it the same day I took it in! I was on my lunch break at work, so they allowed me to drop it off and pick it up later. They did a quality job and were honest with how long it would take (about 1 hour under normal circumstances, but in my case we had to wait for the correct colored LCD screen to be delivered which was the same day).
On top of that, they have a variety of decent cases and helped me find one that looks very good on my black Samsung S4.

These guys have the best repair and support services for IPhone and Blackberry in whole of Los Angeles. They have been here forever, Last time I was here was 10 years ago. They have a nice collection of accessories, New Phones etc. Great place to buy unlocked phones and Blackberries.
I was helped by Peter and my Blackberry trackball was changed within 15 minutes and costed under $ 25.
I will always recommend them for a broken iPhone display change or any other iPhone problem.

I went into dialnet today because I dropped my iPhone 5 right on the Corner and my screen cracked in all places and the phone frame was slightly coming out .
Less than $ 100 to replace the screen. The gentleman that helped me fixed it in about 15 – 20 minutes tops. I couldn’t be more happier with the results of my phone .

The guys at Dialnet iPhone and Smartphone Repair Melrose Ave, Los Angeles were referred to me by my iPhone dealer as a possible salvation for me and a probable solution for my very wet and, what seemed, very dead smartphone.
Apparently, phones aren’t meant to be submerged in water, but in the spirit of action research aka stupid thing to do…

But, the miracle workers at Dialnet iPhone repair guys fixed my dead phone in less than 1 day and for a really, really great price. I was panicking as I had hundreds and hundreds of work, family and personal contacts in my phone without any backups (you think it will never happen to you don’t you?) and was in a state of shock when I thought I had lost them forever. I work for myself so the loss of my work contacts could mean the lose of hard won income and mean several months back tracking to rebuild my contact list! The guys, special thanks to Peter, at this phone store came to the rescue and sorted everything out with fuss or drama and in short they saved my cell-​life!
I had insurance on my phone, but it had high deductibles. The guys here managed to repair my phone and fixed it so it was almost like new. They offer a no brainer of a service.
I tell clients, I am a marketing consultant, to under promise and over deliver and that is exactly what Dialnet on Melrose do for their customers. I don’t know what their repeat business rate is, but I bet it’s pretty damned high. I have been back several times now as the guys and store is great for any kind of service needed for your mobile phone and since my first panic visit there I have been back every time I wanted or needed some help or accessories for my phone.
And I am happy to say that they offer great technical advice and give it in an understandable way that even a technological naysayer like me can understand. Plus I trust them not to rip me off!
So is there any downside to the business?
Well yes and it’s parking! Okay not such a big deal and I am kinda splitting hairs, as there is parking, but only on meters on the street. If you don’t want to pay out like me ;-) then there is a little cool neighbourhood just around the corner that gives a free two hour parking slot if you can find a space.

So I stop by because I need iPad 2 covers asap. Each were $ 10 so that cool with me due to I was in a rush. But I saw this cool case (Hello Kitty) and the person I’m sending it to love Hello Kitty. So I asked how much he said $ 15 but charge me $ 20 due to the rush I was in I really didn’t notice until my bank app text me what I spent. This is a great reason for me to slow down!

I cracked my iPhone 5S screen and searched all over LA for a place that could (1) repair it fast and (2) at a low price. I found that most places needed about an hour to work on it and charged $ 120.00 (tax not included).
Today I stopped by my local Verizon store and they referred me to DIALNET… it was perfect! They charged $ 79.00 (+ tax) and it took less than 30 mins.
