Indoor Carpet Care

Its been 6 years and we really needed our carpet cleaned, we decided to go with this company. We walked in and the staff was really friendly and was direct and told us all the information we needed as well as the price. We were able to set up a good date that didn’t get into my work schedule or take up my weekend. Very professional and cleaned away all the stains even the ones that were stuck on my living floor from over a year. Overall had a great experience working with them and they cleaned up everything without issue.

They spent a total of about 4 hours cleaning our carpets with first vacuuming all of the carpet. They also placed bumpers at each corner of every wall to prevent hoses from damaging our walls. Secondly prior to getting our carpet cleaned the owner had done a walk through with me. He even pointed out that some carpet was coming up in the bathroom and with out charge volunteered to come back to fix the carpet for us. Then on the day of carpet cleaning he actually showed up as promised to fix the carpet prior to the cleaning of the carpet. After all of the carpet was vacuumed they proceeded to steam clean the carpets and I can say from having other carpet cleaners do the same job their attention to detail was by far above anyone else I have come across. The cost was high but I have to say it was the first time I have spent money like this and actually feel it was worth every penny.
They were very professional young men who cleaned our house. We are presently renting our house and have a baby running around the house. The young men were very polite and courteous and made my family feel at ease. They made sure to start upstairs so that our daughter could take her morning nap while they worked on the downstairs. One thing I would like to point out is that they were kind enough to leave the blowers in the house to let our carpet dry faster so that my little girl could play in the afternoon downstairs. The owner actually came by in the am to pick up the fans and at no extra charge. :)
