GameStop

No parking, I spent more time looking for parking than actually in this dump. I figured a game I put on hold would be «new» open and used in Gamestops practice standards. So I waste a good time of my lunch driving there and looking for parking in which I get tired of and just park at McDonald’s and hope they don’t do anything about it. Get there and they get the game and its of course open and this girl goes and gets the case and its the crappy generic one. I said I didn’t want it without the original case. The guy said he would look. I don’t know if he really did or acted like he did but he didn’t find it. Thanks for wasting my time. Lost another customer. Everyone is better off elsewhere. CL, Offerup, Ebay, etc. etc stop giving these untalented assclowns your money.

This gamestop is pretty cool. They have everything you need but to me it’s kinda small. The employees were helpful but when I bought a playstation three the other day they forgot my receipt and I wouldn’t of has one if I didn’t remind them! That was a big red flag to me but everyone make mistakes so o forgive them

A lot of the negative reviews have nothing to do with the great staff here. The manager Peter is super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well organized and there’s parking! Been here a couple of times now and this will be the only gamestop in LA I’ll be going to from now on. Thanks for the patience and all the help guys.

This GameStop smells like ass. Plus shitty employees and douchebag managers to top it off. And good luck finding parking in the driveway they call a «parking lot». If you like farts in your face than this GameStop is for you! High kill.

I pre ordered the Sims 4 get to work a week before the release date. Today is the release date and I go in right when they open (10) and they said they still haven’t received it! Like seriously, wtf?! Its 2pm now and they told me they can’t give me a estimate time to when it will come and most likely not be available today. This is the worst fuckin GameStop ever! I’ve never had any problems with any other GameStop except for this one. I recommend everyone to not go to this GameStop for any pre orders.

I went to this store to buy the new Borderlands on Xbox One, new. Lady hands me a copy, I pay, then off I go.
When I get home, and find the case inside the sleeve is not shrinkwrapped — just taped closed. And then when I open it, the disk was already taken out and placed inside a paper sleeve (that’s also been re-​used itself, lol). Sure, the disc isn’t scratched as far as I can tell, but it already has fingerprints on it.
So I call the store, and the worker acts like it’s no big deal. Doesn’t even try to fix the situation, and just hangs up on me.
Gamestop — you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is clearly not what people expect when they buy a NEW game. If I wanted this, I would have paid $ 10 – 15 less for a used one. Never buying from Gamestop again (except MAYBE for when I have a giftcard… but even then, I’ll probably just re-​gift it or sell it off on principle).
