Great customer service! I needed a hard to find you and located it online at GameStop and was able to reserve it online immediately. I heard back via email within the hour that it was on hold for me at the store. When I went in the employee, Ralph, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was easy and I would drive out of my way again to frequent this location.

Excellent service! The only GameStop with charismatic and helpful people in the east Los Angeles area, and the biggest! The store manager Angie is amazing! I’d take this store over Commerce and Monterey park any day! New favorite place. Its in a weird area but I’d agree never to judge a book by its cover.
