Excellent Store. Everyone was very friendly and knew alot about all there products. We found Friends by accident. We were walking down Ocean Front Walk and saw Friends and it was so inviting we went in and found alot of great things, we bought a really cool carrier bag and a squeaky dog toy that was made really well. I would 100% recommend this store.

Friends is a great addition to Venice beach! I appreciate the amazing customer service and the knowledge that David and Katie have on all their products. They have all the brands I buy and are all at normal prices. I am very happy to support local business’s and not support the big chain stores that lack any personality or service. Delilah my dog loves to stop in for a treat and to say hi to Loui !

Friends is such a great pet supply store filled with only the best food and treats! Prices are excellent– especially the bully sticks ($ 7!!!) but the real reason to keep coming back is for the great customer service. David (the owner) and Katie are so friendly and welcoming and will give your dog a treat (a good one too… not just a biscuit). They have lots of samples and smaller bags of food so you can really test things out if you have a picky eater. LOTS of really cute gifts for animal lovers! Sort of a gift shop meets pet store but without high prices. Loading zone on the side of the building for convenience. The only pet store I visit!
