Florman Orthodontics

I’m so pleased with the service at Florman orthodontics, staff is gentle, friendly, and very patient. I was a very difficult patient and my results came out great. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. This is The worst customer service from a dental services provider I’ve gotten this far. There were people waiting in the reception area when I arrived to the West LA office. Two of them were at the desk searching for a receptionist, and after 5 minutes someone finally addressed those waiting saying, «please be seated we will be right with you». Unfortunately, myself and another patient had to introduce ourselves to the receptionist. I was 7 minutes early to my appointment and after waiting FORTY MINUTES, I left.
As a small business owner, I would be disgusted to see any member of staff with such poor customer service. Learning and giving customer service is a skill a teenager could learn, and this receptionist was well over 30. Perhaps this location is accustomed to low-​income earning patients, and they feel that is justification for their lack professionalism. Oh well… I’m glad that I am aware of the lack of consideration from this physician and his staff before I invest my money.
P. S. It’s extremely disrespectful to waste someone’s time who is willing to pay you for yours.
