Thorough, efficient, professional. Eric returned my phone calls promptly, set up an appointment promptly, was on time and explained his procedures before he got started. Quoted me a price over the phone for the number of windows I had and honored his quote and even did a few extra things above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend.

I’ve used Eric a few times and absolutely love his work and his work ethic. He’s reliable, does excellent work, and is a very nice man, too. I got a housekeeper last year who now cleans my windows but I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if needed.

After reading all those negative reviews, I felt I had to write a review for Eric Campbells window cleaning. I also purchased a voucher from him and it took a few tries to get a hold of him but when he called back, it became clear that he is just a very busy and hardworking man. He fit me into his schedule the next week and did an outstanding job at cleaning all of our windows and glass doors. He has a lot of knowledge and is a very sincere man. Give him a chance!

I bought an online deal to have some windows cleaned. I email the guy like he INSISTS to book an appointment and get no response. I email again telling him «Hey this is the second note I want to get my windows cleaned as soon as you are able» and still no response. «The coupon expires soon.»
Just Crickets…
By the way I also phoned-​and was told to email… Again…
IMHO this guy does not give a darn about his customers. A simple «I will get back to you later» would suffice. That is so rude to waste peoples time and ignore a customer.

Bought a Living Social for Eric and after 2 emails sent to him as requested on the voucher, as well as a 3 way call with living social, Eric failed to get back to me as promised. After 3 calls to Living social during the entire ordeal, I received a refund for the services. Eric said he had taken out too many deals with living social, Angies List, and Unilocal that he got in over his head. I feel that due to me being further away then most customers (still within the boundaries he set on Living Social), he showed less priority to me and did not want to make the trip. Would not recommend him only because if you can not deliver on commitments you make, you are not worth doing business with.

Complete absolute FAIL. Bought a living social for $ 59 for 15 windows, thought it was a great way to try this service and become a future frequent client. First problem, there is no phone number, you have to e mail, so they hold ALL the cards. E mailed on 7/​08, got a response on ⁷⁄₁₀ asking for my voucher number, address, and saying they will contact me with possible dates. I replied immediately with all the requested information. days pass, then more days, finally on ⁷⁄₂₁ I e mail again, saying I think 10 days is long enough to wait for a response, and include my address and voucher number again. So here I am, another week later and not a single solitary word. I have frequently checked my spam folder too, just in case.
I see from the other reviews that this is common practice for this company, so my husband, an attorney is looking into legal action and a fraud investigation. I feel as if I have been stolen from by Eric campbell Window Cleaning. Save yourself the trouble.

Gotta say — I am not sure where all the negatives are coming from because I also purchased a ‘deal’ with Eric and he was GREAT. Fit me in, was punctual and thorough. I used Eric first in January for a mid-​winter cleaning and will call him again — twice a year is sufficient in my quiet neighborhood. The screens were done well, the windows were glistening and Eric was friendly and congenial. He was careful of my plantings and landscaping and even offered to do a few additional windows because I have an older, small house. He is clear that he doesn’t do high (3^rd story) or unsafe windows — don’t ask.
All of the complaints are about Eric not being able to fit them in or returning calls… he is a single, busy person who is trying to make a living. A little patience will go a long way — if you’re not hosting a special party tomorrow, plan ahead and use Eric’s services. He is affordable, pleasant and professional. (He is not a huge fan of dogs running around to ‘help’ him. Make sure you have a way to keep your four-​leggeds indoors while he is working.)

I too purchased a Living Social Deal last year. He wrote back and gave me a number. I called. Then he told me he was busy and asked for dates. I gave him the available dates and he never has replied. I have reached out several other times and have never heard back.

I bought a deal on Living Social, have called, emailed, even contacted Living Social multiple times, this guy does not call back!!! I now have an expired coupon. He may clean windows well; but, all I can review is his horrible customer service.

Incredible service. He is busy, but was able to honor my Amazon deal. He also said that he will honor even expired deals since thats how he does business. The work is just top-​notch. I asked him to do the whole house (way more than my coupon) and his ‘extra’ rate is very, very good. Less than half of what the corporate window washer companies charge and he is much more conscientious. On his way out he said ‘I also did your garage… no charge.’

I purchased a deal on Amazon Local in July. I’ve called and left messages as suggested by his voicemail. Months have passed after leaving at least two voicemails a month and now it is nearing the last month before the «deal» expires so I ended up calling Amazon for a refund.
Sounds like a case of a small business taking on more than it could. I would stay away in the future.

Don’t believe a word he says, he will promises you, tell you what you want to hear will never come through.
After numerous messages I called from a blocked number, i finally got hold of the owner Eric. He stated if i can give him my voucher number so that he can verify which deal i had purchased, and he promised he would call me that evening, NEVER called. then i found out he had redeemed my voucher, i called again after 8 times calling from a blocked number, he answered, said his on the field and he will call me in few hours as soon as he gets back to his office, guess what? he lied again, this when on for one more time and i just gave up, called Amazon filled a complained and asked for a refund. you don’t need this aggravation, do yourself a favor and don’t get involved with Eric.

IN brief, Eric was professional, thorough, neat, & provided great service with a smile. We had many & large windows including a second story & challenging windows to reach. He was able to do them all, while carefully moving & replacing interfering furniture & décor.
HIs price was so reasonable that I actually gave him more than he quoted as the extent of the job really exceeded what he should have had to do for the price (coupon). Several members of my family are also in the window cleaning business & he came up to their standard.
I have no hesitation recommending Eric to others.

Found Eric through a Living Social deal and glad I did!!! He went above and beyond and the results look amazing. He is very professional, thorough, and knows everything about windows… a window czar if I may. I will definitely be relying on him twice a year to maintain my windows spelling! Thanks Eric!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Eric has an ungodly amount of «deals» available for purchase on LivingSocial, Amazon and Unilocal and because of that he’s overwhelmed by emails who’ve bought her services in advance. He WILL NOT RETURN YOUR EMAIL.
I sent 4 emails to set up a time for service and when I never got a single reply I called LivingSocial who gave me his phone number. I finally got him on the phone and he apologized up and down and promised to make it right, and he was even going to be in my neighborhood that weekend. Did he ever get back to me? NO. I have been waiting 6 weeks to get an appointment. Summer is half over!
Do NOT buy this deal. I am out of pocket the money I spent. He’s stealing money and never making appointments for service. There are so many other window cleaners out there who have great reviews. consider yourself forewarned.

Eric just did an amazing job cleaning all the windows in my house. He’s kind and efficient and thorough. He got rid of some paint that had gotten onto the glass, he scraped off the sticky muck left over from a bad window tinting job and even cleaned all the screens. They’re like brand new windows again!
The only reason he didn’t get 5 stars was because it took a long time to get an appointment. He had a special going and it took about a month to get an appointment. Once we had the date scheduled, he showed up exactly on time and did a complete job. I’d recommend him highly!

We hired Eric to clean the windows of our one story house in Burbank. He arrived on time, was super nice to the whole family and did a wonderful job. Our windows look fantastic! They needed a lot of work too, we moved in recently and the previous owners just didn’t keep up the house. We will eventually have to upgrade the windows but now that they’re so clean we can hold off for a good while.
