History

Established in 2007.

Equity Funding Source began as a branch out of a successful family run business: US Home Loans. Over the course of ten years, being nurtured in her own family’s business, the founder and CEO, Judith, flourished and quickly became very successful as a mortgage loan originator for US Home Loans.

The company you see today, Equity Funding Source, was created eight years ago, with a mission to find customers the perfect loan at the most competitive rates. Over the past eight years Equity Funding Source has been building an even stronger network of borrowers and lenders, finding ways to qualify all types of clients, with every type of credit history.

Business Owner

Based in Los Angeles, Judith Krug is the broker and CEO of Equity Funding Source, Inc. She has helped countless buyers and home owners set up non-​conforming equity based loans.

She has been in the the mortgage industry for over 18 years and has become an active member of many professional real estate organizations, including The California Mortgage Association, The National Association of Mortgage Bankers, and the American Association of Private Lenders.
