History

Established in 2003.

2003

Maria Miniccuci and David Di Salvio are the mother and son team behind Dusty’s Bistro. Since the early nineties they have had five successful business that they own and ran in there home town of Montréal, among them Cafeteria, Mess Hall and Ginger which still thrive today. Dusty’s arrived in 2001 and was designed as a reflection of the neighbourhood, laid back and modern in parts with a fun sense of humour thrown in. In an appreciative nod to past from the old Boil Heighs Synigog doors as you enter, through to the original Grandmas Tamale sign that once belonged there. Dusty’s is filled with a collection of market finds and personal momentos. It is a welcome hangout for all who find it and loves being a part of the Silverlake community.
