I came in to get a filler. Usually the process is painful. But I love it. They gave me numbing cream ice and they did the injection flawlessly.
The doctor did the injection in 5 minutes. I was up and out and have my dinner appointment afterwards. I am very picky about lips and he did a great job. I would go back.

Under NO circumstances should you go here. I saw that there was a deal on Groupon for Botox so i called before I purchased the Groupon to see if they could take an appointment within the week. They told me they had an appointment the following week and to not buy the Groupon and they would honor that price. HUGE mistake because at least i would have been protected by Groupon for the faulty service they gave me. Anyway, I went in and a doctor was the one who saw me but when he injected my forehead, he did the injections straight across my forehead in a line. That seemed odd but I went with it. Well, my face actually hurt the next day which never happens to me. Well, after a week, there was not one bit of difference so I called and they scheduled me another time to come in. I went in at 12:15 on a Wednesday and they literally had me wait for an hour and 15 minutes. hey offered a B-​12 shot as a thank you for being patient. That was the only redeeming thing this place had going for them. Anyway, another Dr. administered the Botox the 2^nd time and this time I was injected as I normally am which made me feel a little bit more confident. Well, it’s now been two weeks and there is literally not one bit of change in my forehead or frown lines. I was completely ripped off by this place and at this point i wouldn’t go back again because whatever it is that the are putting in my face is not Botox. This place is a total rip off and I wish I had never gone.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Do NOT go to this location. Do NOT be lured by the good price on Groupon. I purchased a juvederm syringe.
I read all the negative reviews but had a long conversation with the receptionist before I purchased, who assured me the negative reviews were because people preferred the Beverly Hills location. Ok no biggie. I’m not a snob.
As soon as you walk in you know you’ve made a bad decision. The office is horrible. People all over the place. The dr on his computer in the waiting area.!!
Then they charge $ 15 for numbing cream! Ridiculous. I have been to several locations and have NEVER been charged for numbing cream.
Now for the product. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! They DO NOT use authentic product. He brought in some random syringe that was already opened. I asked him to open it in front of me. He goes and gets another one. In the same generic packaging and I said I’ve had it before it comes in a juvederm box. He leaves for several minutes and comes back with a damaged box, acts like he’s opening it in front of me and pulls out the same generic syringe!!!
I tell him I don’t want that and he tells me I need to get a refund because he’s not going to keep opening boxes. Liar! What dr would have a problem opening the product in front of you if they were using the actual product? None!
I am reporting these people to the board of health. That is illegal! Save your money and time. Don’t be like me and ignore the negative reviews. They are real!!!

I loved the doctor performing the injections. He was very personable. His theory «If YOU look good, then I look good». I like that.
It was very easy to get an appointment. I called, and the staff got me in right away (unlike many other clinics).
The staff was friendly. Many medical spas and clinics can have staff with a pretentious attitude; this clinic did not. Pleasant attitudes.
Cons– The office building doesn’t look like much, and the entry was not clear. I walked around the building twice before calling to ask which door to enter. This could have been partially due to the front door being propped open for air. If the door would have been closed, it may have been easier to locate the correct door in which to enter.
The waiting room and treatment room don’t have a clinical feel. The waiting room is small, and has two different windows to check in. One window is for the clinic and the other is for a completely different business. The treatment room had an old wooden table with a variety of medical supplies scattered about, and one medical tray with an open bottle of isopropyl alcohol and someone’s beverage on it…(photo’s included)
All considered, if you’re not a planner like myself and need an appointment fast, with a friendly doctor, and you don’t mind overall esthetics of the office, this may be your place.

Conveyer belt treatments. I bought a Lifebooker coupon and apparently, so did a lot of other people because the waiting room was packed. I wanted botox for the frown lines between my eyes. The Dr. never even asked me to frown so he could see how my muscles work. The result is that I can still frown but the center of my forehead doesn’t move. It looks ridiculous.

I just received ½ a syringe of juvaderm with a Groupon and I’m thrilled with the results. It hurt more than I recall and it caused my eyes to water, and they were so kind and wiped my tears away with a cotton swab. Excellent customer service and so happy with my plumped lips!

I came in for my filler injection. They had a great deal. I was seen by the doctor himself and he did the injection. I love the results.
They gave me an ice pack. I was referred to this place through my friends. I also recommend this to others. The staff is nice and kind. Ask for Aaron and he will give you a deal. He Hooked me up.

Got Velashape here from a Groupon. The girl who did me was sooooo amazing and attentive on working on my «problem areas». It’s a pretty busy office so you definitely have to book a few weeks in advance but it’s worth it.

If I could give negative stars I would I had shared my experience in the last review. I got a call back right away and office manager Aaron told me if I write a review I can get a more expensive, long lasting lip injection. Dealing with this for 3 months was awful every time I would come either they could not take me or make up an excuse. The third time I drove from Long Beach expected to get the product as promised and Aaron says «I will refer you to a plastic surgeon in Century City. I called 4 times asking for Aaron he was unavailable and he never even called me. I have never felt so upset from a business where I am spending money it was absolutely ridiculous. I demanded my money back and finally got my refund. Stay away from this shady company and spend your money elsewhere.

Impossible to schedule an appt. i bought a groupon and Ive call everyday but no answer, left voicemail — no call back, the one time the phone was answered they put me on hold for 10 min until I gave up and hung up the phone.

Been coming here for over a year, service is always amazing and super professional — Erin is the best, he knows I don’t like to wait and he will go to great lengths to make me happy. True testament to what this place will do for their regulars. Thanks E ;)

I really regret spending money at this place. I should have followed my gut and not gone. I waited for an hour and a half– which I find so disrespectful of people’s time. How does one make a client wait that long– a first impression is a lasting impression.
The amount of product was so little– I have had filler before and I am quite sure with the amount, this will not even last 1 month. The place was so untidy, disorganized, dilapidated building– trust me– presentation is key!!! Books all over the place. It seemed like random doctors– when do podiatrists inject patients? Puzzling.
I honestly recommend that you try cosmetic laser works– or other places– you would rather pay a little extra money and get good and quality product for your buck. Cheap stuff suck. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK to this place.

The only reason for one star, aside from not having a choice, is that the young girl at the front desk is super nice & helpful.
Every single time I take a shower I am reminded of how much this place sucks… I’ll be quick.
1. Bought a package on Lifebooker calling this place «Beverly Hills Laser Med Spa» however once it was purchased I was informed they had moved. TO WESTWOOD. And they still call themselves BH — yes the photos here are of the same place I am speaking of.
2. No one told me before hand that I wasn’t supposed to shave before the appointment. So I drove all the way from Pasadena to Westwood to be turned away. I’d had hair removal years before but don’t recall this caveat. Which leads me to #3…
3. 10 years ago I had *almost* enough sessions for complete removal (dark hair, lightish skin — perfect candidate) — I believe it was 5 sessions or so. And yet, after another 5 sessions at this place, literally NO change. I swear, if you buy a package on groupon or elsewhere they’re turning the strength of the lasers way down. You are, actually, getting what you pay for.
4. Got yelled at for being literally 3 minutes late.
5. The facilities are super busted. Feels like you’re walking into a Tijuana plastic surgeons office (which I’ve never done but you get the drift).
6. Did I mention THEY SUCK?!
I go to Dr. Laser which is about 100 0000x better. More professional, fair prices, clean facilities, knowledgable and friendly staff.

I do not understand how people are giving this place 1 star. Besides the no parking factor and it is a little run down but overall everyone is so professional and I had a guy Doctor do my lip juvederm filler and he even did more than just one syringe to make sure they were even. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Bassam Yassine did my Juvederm filler today. He was very gentle, and he spent time with me to find out exactly what I wanted to achieve. I really appreciate a doctor who asks questions!.. I highly recommend him and I will definitely be back when I need any other cosmetic procedures done.

Dr. Yassine is amazing! He pays attention to detail, very attentive, and makes sure you are satisfied with your results. He has good bedside manner and a very warm demeanor. Office staff is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable before and after procedure. I received 1cc of Juvederm in my lips just to give them an extra plump. I absolutely love them. They still look natural. Dr. Yassine made sure not to give me «duck lips». I highly recommend Cosmetic Laser to anyone wanted to enhance there beauty.

Doctors are friendly and very helpful! Always feel welcome when I’m here. I came in and saw Dr. Yassine and he did my injections. It was such an easy process and he made me feel incredibly comfortable. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very informative of their services. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I’ve been coming here for velashape over a few months and definitely notice a difference in the reduction of my cellulite. I’m also dieting and working out so I can’t say it’s 100% from the procedure but I enjoy visiting the spa the staff are really awesome and the girl who does the velashape is a sweetheart and makes you feel super comfortable. Aaron is also a gem and helped me book a last minute appointment before my Cabo trip. His customer service is amazing! This place is definitely worth the velashape groupon!

Well, being a first time Juverderm user I was very skeptical when looking for a Doctor to fill my lips. My whole family has been getting cosmetic touch ups since it became popular years ago, so I figured why not? I began my search and was only looking at doctors with high star rating. I came across the Cosmetic Laser Med Spa in Westwood and began my investigation. I read many reviews and got a really great feeling about the office. I even called the office and spoke with Aaron who answered all my questions. He didn’t try to rush me off the phone or give me one word answered. He knew I was concerned and gave me very honest input which I value more than what kind of chairs or paint are in the waiting room. What matters to me is the staff and doctors of course. So I hung up with Aaraon and that night decided to go for it. When I arrived to my appointment I was welcomed with a GIANT smile from Aaron and warm warm words. He gave me a questionnaire to fill out and an ice pack to start numbing my lips. I was then called in to the back office and met with doctor Yamini. He was EQUALLY if not even MORE assuring than Aaron and the staff. He talked about what I wanted to achieve and he answered even more in depth questions I had. He had a sense of humor and a great personality along with a VERY professional demeanor. I have NEVER felt so sure about getting something done to my face. I trust Dr. Yamini with my face and I don’t let anyone touch my face. I cant wait to go back, I have already made my next appointment, I cant wait to see them again!!!

I hate this place. That’s all I can say.

Waste of money!!! Seriously.
Found this place via groupon and purchased juvederm 1 syringe for my lips. Although the staff and the nurse were really kind the product turned out to be horrible. (Btw to numb your lips they charge you extra, weird). My lips only lasted good three days. I believe they use some type of a cheap alternative for juvederm that doesnt last and is unsatisfying. I will not recommend anyone to this place and will never return.

I love this place. Amazing staff and good personality. The injections are awesome. The gave me ice packs prior to the injection.
The doctor has the softest hands. His style of injection is precise. I will def go back even though it’s a bit far from me. They comped me a gift.

I have been getting facial botox for many years. I knew Aaron from another establishment and I was very surprised to have ran into him at Cosmetic Laser Medspa. I found out about this spa by utilizing a groupon purchase, and I have not gone anywhere else. Aaron and Dr. Yamini are both amazing in providing the patient with the best service. They never have disappointed me. Dr. Yamini and Aaron listening to your concerns and answer all your questions before any procedure. Additionally, after each session if the customer is not completely satisfied with the results you can return at no price for additional treatment to achieve your desired results. I am a nurse and my husband a physician and working in the medical business can be tough, but this spa and its employees put the patient first and never disappoint. I will continue to visit Cosmetic Laser Medspa for all my treatments. Thank you all for the excellent customer service.

My injections are done painless and flawless. Dr. Yamini is kind and amazing. I got the yearly sessions and have been happy with the results. I also booked for 2016.
The vampire facial is a great session which I have recommended to my friends also. The wait time is a little bit worth coming down here. I drive 45 minutes to come.
