The last four times I have been here have been horrible. The customer service is lacking in the quality of work they do is lacking as well. Save your time and money and just go to your local copy store

Printer busted? No friends? Then come on down to Copy Max! John helped me out big time! He printed with ease and no fuss, several documents off my flash drive. Something Kinkos would have whined, bitched, and moaned about. Only been here twice, but both times were hassle-free. I should probably buy a printer, but until I do, there’s always this place!

If being too poor of a graduate student to afford a printer/scanner combo of my own equates with being crowned with my first Unilocal Duchess-dom, then I proudly accept my title to the throne! Scanning documents is annoying. I’m kind of glad I don’t own a scanner anymore – the one I used to have kind of sucked. The quality of the scans were like, atrocious. But anyway. I have come to Copy Max at least 4 times now for the sole purpose of scanning one or two pages at a time(letter of recommendation forms for professors to fill out, requiring my signature before emailing it to them… aaaahhh being a grad student is so freaking annoying sometimes). I have had nothing but good experiences with the service here. The staff at Copy Max have been pleasant and quick getting my small job done, which I give them props for considering the mundane-ness I imagine it must be to work in the photocopying biz. And at 25 cents+ tax a page, going to them for my intermittent, small-scale scanning needs definitely beats the price of investing in a crappy at-home scanner. Duchess/FAN.

I’ve only come here to print documents(my printer is broken). Although it was slow(they were having computer problems last time I went), the employees were really friendly and it’s $ 0.10 for a black and white copy. Also, there’s almost always open parking spots right out front.

For regular b&w copies just come here. The service is decent. Much better than the service at westside printing which is a block down. B&w copies are 10 cents each. If you need a better quality print shop I recommend not coming here. 3 stars for good service especially for quick cheap fast prints.

Faxes are ridiculously priced. Copies are moderate. However it’s pretty fast and efficient for what it is. Staff is super friendly. I can’t blame them for their company’s pricing. I’ve never gotten anything done here beyond copies and one legal fax. At the rate things are going though I really think I should just invest on buying a cord for my printer already.

I had a fax sent here. They charged me $ 2 and handed it to me. I found their execution of this massively difficult task adequate.

Bad with time estimates, not very helpful, workers seemed bored and unenthusiastic. If you want the job done quick you have to get on them.
