After researching and talking to several companies, I chose Concord for scanning and digitalizing several binders of custom educational material. I was nervous at first, since these materials were my one and only copy, and I could not afford to loose even 1 page. I and am extremely happy with the results. The team at Concord has been a pleasure to work, detail oriented, reliable and provided great communication. They were able to turnaround the scanning job in just 2 days! The PDFs they handed over were exactly as I asked, and will make saving and references these documents so much easier going forward. It was a great decision to go with Concord, and I plan on working with Concord for several future scanning jobs in the future.

My company needed to scan several file cabinets of business records onsite near El Segundo. After calling a few companies, we selected Concord as they seem to have the largest shop in Los Angeles & have been in business for 20 years. Their reps brought boxes; packed up the files; created an index & a chain of custody. After completing the scanning, they delivered the indexed images to our office.
I wish all my vendors worked this efficiently. Ask for Jennifer or Dave.

The hospital I work for used Concord to scan 280 boxes of patient records prior to our move. Jennifer was very helpful in providing a quick estimate. Concord is HIPPA compliant and was able to complete the project in a short period. In addition, they were able to index all the patient information to load into our database. They made my job easier by taking care of the things I would have never thought about. Thanks guys!!!

My firm had a large document scanning project of over 15 boxes. Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting me a proposal; picking up the scanning job; and delivering to my client the next day. I called several companies & there wasn’t anyone but Concord that is able to handle the quick turnaround.
My project involved scanning to PDF, but we also needed it in TIFF format plus load files for the opposing side. Definitely recommend Concord for any document production.

Had a few boxes of legal document that need to be scanned asap. I called around a bit & ended up using Concord. The gal I spoke to didn’t rush me while i asked a ton of questions & made me feel confident in them. They scanned my docs onto a CD & made it searchable which was so helpful. My originals were returned exactly as I had them. I’ll def use them again.
