New girl working at cashier gave me misinformation on kids meal. I asked for options for chicken stars and told only 6 or 9 pieces and I said the lowest # of pieces which probably is the $ 3.79 price. Got my receipt and I was charged $ 5.56 for the kids meal. I told shift manager at the counter the mistake and she just said sorry the cashier was new. No offer of resolution. I later asked general manager Theresa about the mistake and she gave me an annoyed impression and took receipt from me and kept my receipt and said well it’s about $ 1.70 difference and just gave me $ 1.70 … No apologies… No other words. I figured the difference was more like $ 1.87 plus the tax I paid on that $ 1.87 which was probably closer to $ 2. I will be honest I don’t blame the new cashier. People make mistakes that’s fine but the way both the managers handled it was terrible. It wasn’t like I was asking for any freebies or was rude in any way. I was simply asking for a correction that’s all. I fault the general manager for not properly using the register to calculate the difference and giving me the proper refund amount. So she cheated me some change but whatever I’ve never coming here again.

IF you are deaf or hearing impaired don’t eat here! Came just before midnight to use walk through. Security stopped us and say closed. I gave sign and indication that I cant really hear through drive through very well. Its always 50⁄50 with me. You can tell he didn’t care. So we got in drive through and when it came my turn to order I kept saying I have trouble hearing several times. There is also no LED display to confirm my order like Jack in box. When we finally get to window it was easier to read the order taker Aracely lips. I told her I had trouble hearing and showed her my hearing aid. She appeared unfazed and unapologetic. And if I read and sort of heard her correctly she said the other people can hear me or the other people who ordered can hear me. That meant we had waited in line plus have to wait at the window for the entire time until our order was complete. It took 27 minutes to get our food in drive through. Wow. Tired and hungry and humiliated. I doubt we will hear from management after posting this. I hold the management responsible for any problems since they are the ones who set the tone and conditions of how to treat customers. BTW you can tell the cashier looked unhappy or miserable at her job. Wont eat here again. bottom line.

It was a great day until I came to Carl’s Jr. next to LAX. I ordered a Super Star and asked for a Pretzel bun and they said no. Most resturants are more than happy to sub menu items. I was really disappointed and feel this is bad for business.

Food was good, but I just got cussed at by a man calling himself a vet begging for money. He told me to f-ing die of cancer while I eat, and was yelling at the top of his lungs, in front of my wife and 2 year old son. All this while the«security» guard sat in the far corner playing on his phone. Sorry Carl, I’ll stick with Wendy’s, in-n-out, and chick-fil-a from now on. Here’s hoping he’s gone as we walk out to our car.

Finally got the chance to visit Carl’s Jr. and I think I was kind of underwhelmed! I’ve seen it tons of times and the commercials make it seem like the best thing ever, but… Eh. The food came quick and the service at this location was fine. No complaints on that end. My stepdad and I both ordered the $ 4 Real Deal, which comes with WAY more food than we thought. For $ 4, you get a spicy chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. I also got a slice of their cheesecake because I’m a cheesecake fiend and I will try it from anywhere. The fries were fairly good, and the side of fried zucchini that we ordered just kind of reminded me of mozzarella sticks because of the breading. The burger had that fake charbroiled taste to it like Burger King tries to do, so it was just alright. I was mostly disappointed in «spicy» chicken sandwich. There was NO spice. They either gave us the wrong meat, or their«spicy» chicken sandwich is just weak as shit. Either way, I’m glad I tried it finally because now I know I probably won’t return.

May I start off by saying this one star is for the French fries… I came here for the first time since I was at the airport. When we pulled up I asked about the southern melt that’s on every carl’s junior commercial just to ask if they were only at select locations. The girl seemed like she didn’t know what I was taking about but after an awkward silence she asked if I wanted the jalepeno suffers. No. I didn’t. When I pulled up to the window she handed my dad a drink and said«okay! One strawberry shake! «. My dad nicely said he ordered a coke, not a shake. The girl tore off her headset and said«no, sir. I’m talking over the headset! !» And then she left for a solid 10 minutes. To do what… meanwhile the girl at the register was playing with her pants where her butt is since she had nothing better to do. When the lady came back, my dad was upset and asked her to make sure the order was correct. She looked inside the bag with a blank face and nodded her head and gave us the bag. Well… the order was completely wrong. So what on earth is the point of this place. They don’t do anything right so why even have it next to LAX… people come from all over the world and this place down the street is for sure not the place I would want to first come to from anywhere else in the world. It’s a waste of money. Don’t even get a drink. They have no carbonation and taste like straight syrup. God, just because your store is messed up doesn’t mean you need to take coke products down with you.

Bad management skills bad customer service did nice change for a 20 and in front of me open the register claiming she has no change and she pulls a lot of one when I asked her why she has no change if I had to pay her with the $ 20 bill she tells me its not that I don’t have change I just can’t give you change and I’m not going to open another register just you change a 20 for you. I have come to this cartoon in this location a minimum have at least three times a week and management just keeps getting worse Iceman on the meal today $ 25 and she can’t give me change for a 20 I had to charge it on my atm because she refused to give me change

This location is consistent with other locations. I’ve eaten here at least 10 times over the last 5 years. The ordering line moves quickly. The menu has a lot of variety. The service is consistently helpful. The interior is consistently clean and orderly.

Ever watch a Carl’s Jr commercial where a hot super model is taking a huge bite of a thick juicy burger? My video is NO different. I ordered the original thick burger. It was huge, full of toppings, and juicy as hell. When you’re in LA there are better food options but Carl’s Jr makes a damn good burger. We’ll worth it. Now watch my video

They are a good quick stop for whatever you want. They do charge an extra $ 1 for use of debit card though, which is a little strange but besides that hiccup, everything else is good. They are also open 24 hrs via the drive through

I have been going to this Carls Jr for over a decade because it is a 5 Minute walk from my home. Till this day I don’t know why I still go there. Their fries are never fresh, their burgers are always dry and old. They do have great customer service and they always maintain the dining room. Also don’t ever get their union rings unless you specify them to make them fresh

We stopped here after I got picked up from the airport in the late afternoon. As far as Carl’s Jr locations go, I found the staff to be very hospitable despite how busy they were. The Asian girl who brought the food to our table(sorry, didn’t get her name) was charming and friendly. Food — just what you would expect from Carl’s Jr, nothing special, no surprises

This place has some issues… 1. They messed up the order by not listening(The cashier rung me up incorrectly) and I had to return to the counter to correct it 2. The ketchup dispenser says HEINZ but it is so runny and loose, it is either a genetic catsup or they water down the Heinz. It doesn’t even taste right. 3. The iced tea dispenser has a loose lod that is not secure and is not on tight, exposing the liquid inside to dist, dirt, or even worse if some kids decided to drop a little extra in there. Very unsanitary, and I am surprised they got an A rating. #Yucky

I am literally writing this review in the parking lot(don’t worry, the engine is off). I was at the drive-thru window with my credit card in my hand for over 3 minutes. Three different«workers» made eye contact with me. A brilliant young man finally decided to come over. He was about to hand me a soda when I corrected that I did not order a soda. «Oh you’re right!» he exclaimed. He swiped my card and handed me the receipt. Then he walks around the back to look for my order. He returns to the window and hands me my food which was sitting by the register the entire time. I respect fast food workers and I never complain about the service because I understand how hard it could be. But this guy was just straight not doing his job. «My pleasure» is the new mantra of Carl’s Jr. They have all their employees recite this after any request. Would you please look into the way you manage this high traffic store? Your pleasure?

Grab breakfast early in the morning. The cashier was quick and got my order right. Did lot have to repeat myself. The food came out fast and the place was clean. Only weird thing was they had a armed guard outside. I guess they have lots of crime outside. Other than that the service was good.

I have noticed many bad reviews for this location and I was kind of wondering why! I was kind of early for a meeting and decided to have lunch at this near by location on Century Blvd not far from LAX. I have to say my own personal experience at this location was good and worthy of the four stars. Here is how it went down: PARKING: Plenty of parking available here. So the parking is not an issue unless you come during the busy lunch hour, I would guess that. I came in around 11:30AM and the place was busy but from the look of it this place might turn into a mad house come busy lunch time. They also have drive thru. ORDERING: They have a line set up for ordering. I think there was around 8 people ahead of me and the line went really fast. Not much of a wait maybe 2 minutes of wait before ordering. There was at least 4 cashiers working. The cashier that helped me was very polite, I did not feel I was being rushed. She explained to me about their new all natural hamburger and I was sold. THEPLACE: This place is huge. Many tables and seats ready to accommodate big crowd at anytime. I happened to notice that the place is kept clean from floors to tables and chairs. Soda machines and condiments kept clean and well stocked. THEFOOD: I decide to order the All-Natural Double Burger. CJ claims this burger contains no antibiotics, and no added hormones or steroids. Also they claim it’s grass-fed and free range. My hamburger came with cheddar cheese, onions and tomatoes. I HAVETOSAYTHISHAMBURGERWASWORTHEVERYPENNY. I realize that most fast food chains would not even dare to serve rare or medium rare hamburgers for health and liability issues and that is understandable. I am one who would love to have a medium rare cooked hamburger and with that said and my CJ burger was cooked well done, still I thought it was juicy and very tasty. I also have to say that the meat did taste different than any other hamburger on their menu. Did you say all NATURAL? I loved it and its big! VERDICT: This place was not bad as most people say it was. My experience here was a good one. No ifs or buts about it. Was it my lucky day? Should I have played the lottery? No matter what This CJ is awarded with my own personal **** stars. The rest is not my problem Unilocaler’s, it’s your’s! I

A great place to wait for a friend’s flight to get into LAX and grab a bite to eat. It’s a convenient location off of Century Blvd. and though there was a large seating area many of the tables were taken during lunch time. They have great deals for example a chicken sandwich is $ 1.50! Just parking here and waiting for a text is better than circling around LAX battling crazy traffic. They have little pads at every cashiers so you can use your debit card conveniently with a cash back option! Cash back at Carl’s Jr. nice. Seems like it’s a slightly rougher crowd here but there are security on bicycles that patrol the area so I wasn’t as intimidating.

This location is right next to the Hilton LAX. If you want some cheap food, this is the place. Or go to Denny’s next door. The other food places are quite a walk if you don’t have a car. Service is ok but a little slow. Just like any other Carl’s Jr. I like their Guacomole Bacon Burger. It’s highly unhealthy and will kill you one of these days. But it’s delicious. Of course, they gave me one that didn’t have bacon. I asked them where the bacon was and they said they ran out. What? Maybe they wanted me to eat healthy. Then they said a new box of bacon arrived a few seconds later. What?! So they slapped some bacon on my burger. This Carl’s Jr. is magical. Bacon appear out of thin air.

If you’re looking for the last decent burger place before parking at Wally Park or The Parking Spot and moving on to check into your flight at LAX, this is it. Although my Famous Star Cheeseburger was cooked to death(well done), it was still rather tasty with a nice smoky flavor from being charbroiled. The well-cooked patty was nestled inside a soft Poppyseed Bun, along with one slice of American Cheese, some mayo, a slice of fresh tomato, lettuce, and a Thousand Island-type sauce on the burger. CrissCut Fries were greasy but juicy. And this restaurant now sports a new beverage machine with numerous soft drink choices. It was a good lunch before heading off for London!
