The food is average and the staff is awful. They don’t care about you. I went there 4 times and i don’t want to go back… The same story every time

Totally disgusting. Talk about eat fresh! Don’t think so! The bread obviously was old and started to crumble while I was unwrapping it. The manager was watching his workers like a hawk ensuring that only the minimum of each item was put on the sandwich. We asked for olives and 4 pieces were put on a 6 in sandwich. Talk about a rip off. Will not be returning to his store anytime soon!

This Subway has the worst service. We ordered our subs ahead of time for our lunch. We walked from the airport because it’s not that far. They were supposed to be ready by 5:45. When we entered the store we were not greeted with«Welcome to Subway» instead the lady working asked if we were picking up an order? We said yes and she replied«well it’s not ready. We have 5 minutes still.» It was 5:45 mind you. She then started making our subs. My coworker ordered a turkey club with no bacon. She put bacon on it anyways. My coworker told her oh I ordered without bacon and she said well it doesn’t say here no bacon! But she took it off the sandwich and threw it back at the pile. Then she asked me if I wanted cheese on mine. I said oh yes I’m sorry I forgot to put pepper jack. She said again well it’s not on here, and didn’t put any cheese on. My coworker also told her that we ordered through the app so she was supposed to get a free cookie. She continued to make our subs. She made mine wrong, she put stuff in it that I didn’t order. When we told her this, she started to pick off the things I didn’t want and threw them back in with the other condiments. I asked if she could just make a new one please. Her coworker said he would make it for me. She then said since they had to redo my sub that we wouldn’t get the free cookie. Um okay then. Finally when they were done and we wanted to pay, they gave us attitude about wanting to pay separately. They said we didn’t put it in the order that we were gonna pay separately. These employees had horrible attitudes and awful customer service.

Today I got two foot-long subs: one for breakfast and the airport, and one to take on the plane. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Flatbread was very good! Topped it with green peppers and fresh slices of great-tasting avocado. Excellent meal to start the day. Was filled up with just a half of it, so wrapped and saved the rest for later. This store is on the smaller side. 4 or 5 tables inside. However, it was easy access and a great pick for a short stay in LA!

Just like all other Subways PLUS outdoor seating which I’ve never seen at a Subway in NY. I was staying at a hotel next door and there is not much in the way of restaurants in walking distance so I was very happy to find this. The veggie delite with Italian bread is vegan. And baked Lays are the perfect side.

Kind of pissed off. I came here for lunch because I didn’t want to drive and was pressed for time. The ingredients aren’t that fresh considering the heavy turn over rate from the airport traffic. The lettuce is normally white instead of the normal green. But that’s not what I was pissed off about. My husband’s wallet was stolen early today and I cancelled his card. When I went up to pay for my sandwich, my card was declined. Fine. What I didn’t need was some smart ass commentary about how I must have done«too much shopping at the mall» from the cashier. Real great customer service lady. Turns out the bank cancelled my card by mistake instead of his. Just makes me want to never go back.

Small subway that was overwhellemed by two conventions on one weekend. They did a good job but the lines were long and things seemed a little unorganized. Small places like this should make it a point to see what conventtions are happening at local hotels and be prepared fo rthe rush.

I like Subway, I really do. but this location somehow is lacking. Just tasting as good as my local one in HB. I know, strange right? But it really wasn’t. So I good choice for when you’re attending a con at one of the hotels in the area if you don’t a car to get around.

This is one of the only places to eat within walking distance of my work. It’s Subway. It gets the job done. They will make anything into a salad. They’ll chop the salad for you if you want. Make sure to order using the Subway app and they’ll give you a free cookie when you pick your order up. Pro tip: Add salami or pepperoni to your meatball sub.

Sadly, aside from Starbucks in the Sheraton, this is the closest eatery within walking distance from my office. Not my first choice in lunch or sandwiches, but it’s Subway, so at least you always know what you’re getting. I have learned that their flat bread makes for a tastier tuna fish sandwich.

Your average basic subway service with a smile… However its in the same spot as quickparklax and thus perfect 2 park n fly with grub. You get to make all your fellow passengers jealous when the airline offerss u nasty grub for 3−4x normal price and you bust out the bomb ass footlong! Reg prices no airport surcharge, and it wil be fresh on your flight or in the airport… Check it out!

Went there last night. Couldn’t help but get irritated with the girl behind the counter. I had 3 orders. I felt like I was dealing with the«.and then» lady from Dude Where’s My Car. Had to repeat the order 3 times. Each time she seemed to have gotten more impatient with me. I had a very simple order. Not cool.

It can get crowded at lunch, but the line is pretty efficient. Staff is really friendly here. The only drawback is the parking. You have to get a ticket, have it validated, and go to the office to get another ticket to exit. That’s why I park by the Courtyard and walk.

Well this used to be my usual lunch stop as I work just up the right. But they gave me horrible food poisoning this past Monday and I have been ill all week. That and they are rude(apart from a few of the staff) and give horrible customer service. Like a few days ago their credit card machine was down so I was turned away as I had no cash? Even though I was going there multiple times a week. Wont be going back ever again!

So i now work next door so this is my regular lunch place. First time ther I was liek WHOA they have computers that take your order. so Jetsons. But then i realized that they just dont want to talk to you adn if you ask them to change somethign that isnt an option on the computer that you’re screwed. On a side ntoe they give me extra apple slices for free and often miscalculate my order to make it cheaper. Wippee!
