Everyone need to know about Jose! What an anomaly! We got stranded coming for SF to LA in Lost Hills. In spite of having a new clutch put in the day before, it broke on our way to LA. 196 miles from LA in 110 degree weather. Let me explain the circumstances. I happen to be caravanning behind my teenager(whose car had the clutch go out) it broke down on I-5 surrounded by people driving 90 miles an hour. I had to push her car with mine out of the middle of the freeway. Livid and scared and hot, I called my friend, Dan Cretin who owns Racy Rentals(a high end motorcycle rental place in LA, thinking he would know the right person. He did.) He sent me to Jose. I will love Dan forever for that! Jose is hands down, the best mechanic and most honest guy I’ve ever encountered. We has triple A tow there and he went to meet the TripleA driver at 9:00pm to get the car. Unbelievable! I wanted to cry I was so appreciative. He was nice, communicative, helped me deal with the precious mechanic who was trying to blame my daughters driving(even though she had the car one day) and Jose laid out the facts and got me an immediate refund. So of course I’m thinking… could Jose help me anymore than he is? I was in such a position of vulnerability that the way he took care of us, I wanted to propose marriage. He not only serviced and fixed all of the problems, he did it for 500.00 less! WTF?! Who is really that amazing? JOSEIS! He informed me every step of the way, called before he did anything, answered all of my «protective mom» questions, and even took photos of the car that I had to give to the car rental place to get my daughter a car through Triple A. Talk about beyond due diligence, he didn’t just bend over backwards, he did flippin cartwheels. I have owned over 35 cars and worked with many mechanics. He blows all of them away in knowledge and customer service. We have 5 cars and live in Marin north of San Fran. We decided we will see no one but Jose from now on. We are driving our cars down for repairs to have him service them from now on! He has customers for life. The fact that we would drive 300 miles to make sure things are done right and fairly says a hell of a lot about this guy!!! Jose is the shit!
