B & R Construction has been serving southern California for over 20 years. We are family owned and pride ourselves in customer service, reasonable prices and completion of projects on time and within budget. Our Company specializes in commercial and singe family remodeling and single family construction. B & R Construction owns a cabinet shop for custom cabinetry. We produce and install our own custom cabinetry for the kitchen, bathroom, office or any other purpose. We provide professional kitchen and bath design services, architectural services and structural engineering. Michael K.

Business Owner

Born in Tyrol, Austria, Michael completed his studies of Hotel Management and Business Administration in Germany, Spain and Switzerland. After being transferred to all corners of the world for the Hotel industry, Michael was hired to work on the construction of a military airport in the Negev Desert of Israel. His construction knowledge was honed when he was asked to design and help complete construction of a time-​share hotel in Tiberias, Israel. After his move to the U.S. in 1987 he founded Bradco Kitchens and Baths. Michael holds a General Remodeling Contractor’s License as well as a Home Improvement Certification.

We had B & R Construction remodel our kitchen early last year. The project was a complete demo, removal of a load-​bearing wall and then a brand-​spanking new kitchen installed. Eli oversaw the project and made sure that all the permits and inspections were taken care of. Manny, our foreman, ensured that the job was done well and on-​time. He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions (too much time watching HGTV!) and addressing any issues that I raised. When a surprise downpour hit on a holiday weekend, he called and then came to check that everything was ok.
The project was completed according to schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The work area was left in a tidy state each day, which was much appreciated given that we were living in the back of the house at the time.
We’re extremely glad that we worked with both BradCo Kitchens and B & R Construction to take care of upgrading such an important part of our home.
