Michael came right on our scheduled time. He asked us about the work we wanted and made recommendation based on what would work best for us. He gave us an accurate and firm quote before he began his work. He ended up rekeying one lock and replacing another one for us in order to enable us to use the same key for both locks. Michaek was patient and courteous. His work is professional. He answered all our questions patiently. If we ever need another locksmith, he is the definitely the one I will call again!

I was locked out of my new condo. Michael came promptly and did a great job! It was an old lock and the pins were broken and jammed. He replaced the lock at a very reasonable price. He was very thorough and also cleaned up after himself.

He was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and helpful, despite having to deal with customers like myself, cranky from a stressful situation. He got me in in roughly two minutes and went out of his way to make my day better. Appreciate the timeliness and efficiency of course, but a positive attitude to turn mine around was priceless. I needed a new key for my car and called four places. Everywhere else was asking for an arm and a leg. They had the best deal, said they would be there in 30 got here in 15 min. I was helped by Michael and another employee who were very nice and respectable. During the wait I even got to learn a few things about keys. These guys really know their stuff. Strongly recommended !!!
