The store is beautiful and the staff was friendly but company policy really stinks. Bought a pair of Alexis Bittar earrings (studs). After wearing them a couple of times, I realized the posts were excessively long and uncomfortable. Went into the store to ask if they could possibly shorten the posts and was told that «not enough people have complained about this issue» and so they would not shorten them. The person I spoke with at the Alexis Bittar store suggested I go to a different jeweler to get the posts shortened!!! Yeah.

In a word Nari. She was a delight on our first visit to a store I’ve been longing to stop at. We had a grand time learning about the pieces, she gave us the ability to try on selections, fawn over the beautiful pieces and really provided amazing customer service. I’ve long coveted Alexis pieces and seen them in so many magazines, now thanks to the wonderful designs and Nari we are proud owners of beautiful earrings and necklaces! Just wanted to let everyone know, do stop by! Your going to love it!
