Alma was absolutley wonderful! I went in for tension in my neck and shoulders and a sore knee and left with literally NO PAIN! She suggested a few natural herb remedies for a few other concerns i had and i have never felt better, With her guidance and knowledge i left all sorts of tools and guidelines to a healthier and happier lifestyle. She even checked in with me a few days later when she had not heard from me. This was the first time I ever did acupuncture and natural medicine and i will take this route from now on!

Alma is a miracle healer of the mind and body! She performed acupuncture on my achy knee which really helped, and her guided meditations are really helpful, soothing and healing. She is very knowledgeable on health and wellness of the mind and body and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
