I have been a customer of Ace Tech & Abraham for almost 10 years. I must say these guys are absolute best in what they do. Abraham makes sure his customers are 100% satisfied. He will constantly update and walk through every process of fixing your car. If there is any part of their service you don’t like, they will fix it until you are satisfied. Oh did I mention ‘life time’ warranty they offer on their work? You just can’t beat that! We all know it is extremely difficult to find honest yet professional body shop now days. Well, here it is. There’s gotta be a reason why I have been there customer for past 10 years!

Second time coming here due to reckless drivers in Los Angeles. Edgar helped me out both times and he was amazing. My car came back looking like new both times. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Love this place

I hate getting rear ended but I love coming here to get my car fixed. Abraham is awesome!!! He is super friendly and takes his time explaining everything and answers ALL my «girl» questions.

I have been in and out of many body shops over the years and I can assure you that this place is better than anyone I’ve ever been to. Abraham was who helped me out and I can’t even begin to tell you how helpful he was. Nicest guy in the world. My car was in and out of the shop in no time and I never once questioned the quality of work I was going to receive because this place is top notch.

This place is great. Not only did my car come back in perfect condition, but the customer service is amazing. With car repair shops, you kind of assume the level of help that you will receive from the staff to be somewhat mediocre, but Ace Tech is completely different. The staff works hand in hand with the rental and insurance companies to make sure that everyone is on the same page. This means that you’re not running around trying to figure out what to do or who to talk to or what updates are going on with your vehicle. They make it almost a relaxing experience, in which you can stop worrying about your car and trust that it’s in good hands.
I have Mercury insurance, and the person helping me, Agus, was more than helpful. He went above and beyond his job as my Insurance agent. He was keeping me up-​to-​date with any Insurance information, as well as any updates on my rental or the maintenance being done on my vehicle. Any question I had he answered for me fully so I was never left in the dark.
Ace Tech was suggested to me through my Insurance company, but even if I change Insurance companies down the road or move farther away from their shop, I will continue to use them for any of my car maintenance needs. The whole staff is very inviting and are there to help. In the Service Industry, you can tell the difference between people who are happy to be there and help and people who are just there because it’s their job. Everyone at Ace Tech is really there to look out for your best interest. It’s refreshing to find a place like this nowadays.

My insurance recommended this place so I took my car there it was my first time, checking my car in was really easy and fast. The sales associate who was assigned to my case (agus) was very professional. He kept me updated on every stage my car was in, which I really appreciated. He was very understanding that I was going to be car less for the amount of time my car was getting fix so he was going to try and get my car back fast. I’m very pleased the amount of time it took. Overall I’m very satisfy with agus great customer service !!

Ace Tech is hands-​down the best body shop that I have been to (not just in Los Angeles, but anywhere). I’ve had unfortunate luck with bad drivers here, so I have had my car repaired multiple times. This place made those experiences so much better, and I am truly grateful for it. Abraham and August are fantastic, personable, and at the top of their game. The service and quality of work is just flawless.
Hopefully I don’t have to have my car in anytime soon, but if I do — I’ll certainly be choosing Ace Tech.

I was recently serviced by Ace Tech to fix my rear bumper (I was rear-​ended). Abraham took care of me wonderfully and I’m more than satisfied with the end result. The paint job is spotless and their customer service is impeccable. I was assisted by another employee since Abraham wasn’t in the office for my pick up but everyone there is on top of their customer service game so I was in and out in no time.
Having Hertz rental next door is another plus.

One of the best experiences at an auto body shop I’ve ever had. Took care of me and addressed every one of my concerns related to my car. Edgar helped me out and was in constant contact with me about everything. Definitely going back if I need anything for my car.

Came here due to a default recommendation of my auto insurance company (Geico). Ended up with superb good customer service and attentive company liasons, but somehow inexplicably, my glove compartment AND windshield fluid dispensers were rendered inoperable after picking up my vehicle. The damage to my car was by no means exhaustive; the car wasn’t even close to totalled, with only the hood, front bumper, a headlight, the radiator, and some framing needing to be replaced. I’m torn about this place. Had to bring the car back after learning that the glove compartment wouldn’t open (even after my in-​house agent claimed that he had no idea why this would happen), and I discovered that I couldn’t activate my wiper fluid system a few weeks later after a winter rain.
Certainly not the worst collision shop in Los Angeles. But far from the best. ²⁄₅ Stars.

I’ve taken my car to Ace Tech twice now (not because I can’t drive, but because there are so many other reckless drivers in Los Angeles) and they did a miraculous job, both times. I trust them. They took great care of my Camaro.
My adjuster/​estimator, Agus Agung was just as awesome! He kept me informed the entire process with weekly updates. Often we’re skepitcal of using insurance referred shops, but this referal was on point! I’d defintely refer them in the future.
Oh and I must mention they returned my car an entire 5 business days before the projected due date! Best on the west side!

My Honda Civic got rear ended around Christmastime, and I brought it here because the other party’s insurance company (Farmer’s) works with them. The nice thing about that was that I didn’t have to talk to the insurance folks at all after I got things set up with Ace Tech. This place did all the communicating for me. So much less hassle.
Abraham took care of everything — he was professional and very friendly. Once they got the bumper off the car, they saw that there was additional damage. He called me right away to let me know (I’d been notified that this might be the case) and made sure everything would be covered/​paid for and that my rental would be extended.
It did take longer to repair that damage than they estimated, and that meant longer with the rental car (which was a drag), but Abraham called me just about every day to check in and update me on exactly where my car was in the process. That kind of attention & transparent communication means a lot to me. He really went above and beyond.
I was even able to pick up my car early Saturday morning, so I could get it back for the weekend and before the next work week. Abraham also took the time to look over the rental car with me to make sure everything was good to go before he returned it to Enterprise. I had been using it to take my dog to the dog park, so it had a bunch of dog hair and dry dirt in the back seat. Because the rental company would have charged me a hefty fee to clean that, Abraham offered to have one of the employees there clean it up for me – saving me a trip to the car wash to do it myself. Super nice! Great customer service.

Agus was very thorough after my car was almost totaled. I got an update call every 2 days with the progress of the repairs. Got my car back looking brand new again!
Upon pick up of my car also they were very supportive, friendly and even gave me a Starbucks gift card because I’d had such a bad week/​day! Definitely recommend these guys if you are in an accident.

Took over 2 weeks to fix a side door & mirror
Recommended through GEICO. Replaced the door now the gas & truck unlocks are switched /​not working, the replacement mirror is warped (they questioned it & then blamed the car manufacturer). And front lights now do not work.
AVOID!!!

Stay away, they took 3 months to complete my vehicle repairs.
Reached out several times to Tom the guy in charge of organizing repairs and he avoided returning my calls for the first month. i try ed leaving messages on voice-​mail and with receptionist. Then asked to speak with manager to complain and requested new tech to organize repairs and he denied request but Tom finally sent me an email update.
After the second month I then contacted owner via email, but no reply front Justin. But recieved more frequent updates.
Nearing 3 months I recieved email that vehicle is ready and I was charged deductible Plus Betterment charge of $ 100.45
Bad business practice and would Not recommend!

My fiancée brought her car here on an insurance reference. The place looks great. All matching shirts and all but a 6-​day job turned into 2-​weeks then 3-​weeks. Each time it’s the same excuse…“the paint job wasn’t right so we’re doing it again”. Finally it as supposedly ready. We get there and yeah the bumper was fixed but the sensors didn’t work anymore.
We had already paid by the time they let us inspect the car (Huge mistake). They guaranteed the sensory would be ordered and it would be ready on the Monday. Well Monday comes and nothing has been done. But not only nothing had been done, there was no record that anything was supposed to be done. No sensor. Nothing.
Terrible service. At least the bumper is put on… it was a new bumper so I guess you can say they didn’t fuck that up.

I got accident few month ago
Other party has G*iko insurance, and Ace Tech is one of the bodyshop that G*iko insurance send.
So I came here.
They were nice people
However, they did not keep the due date of my car, they delayed 2 times. But I would understand if my car condition is okay.
After few month, paint is peeled off, and some part of my door did not stick to where it should be.
They gave me warranty, but I have to give my time to go there and explain it. I don’t want to do that.
Finishing job at once is that hard? Even you guys delayed 2 times. I gave more than 2 weeks to just fix my «door» :(
they are so nice people. But quality. Only few month ago, I fixed my car.
I am not going back there if I have to pay my money and fix my car.

Sloppy work. It seems they cannot work on a car without causing new damage.
I had a disappointing experience with Ace Tech. They were one of two shops in my area covered through Geico and had a solid rating here. When I picked up my car, there was a 4″ key mark on the door that was not there when I dropped it off. There was also overspray all over the door and trunk. The key mark was not there in the photos they took when I dropped the car off. They agreed to repair the damage they caused so I had to drop the car off again. When I picked it up a second time, there was a new dent in the interior door panel where they had to remove to fix the other damage.
At this point I cut my losses and am living with the new door ding.

I was referred to this place by my insurance after a rear end collision.
They did a good job and in a timely manner.
A few weeks later I was in a hit and run that caused minor damage.
I returned to ace to request an estimate for the repair as I needed provide this to the police in order for them to proceed with pressing charges on the person that hit me.
I arrive there hoping that they would treat me well especially after my insurance had just paid them $ 4500 to repair my front end however I was very wrong.
These people wanted to charge $ 30 to give me a simple estimate and then they had the audacity to tell me that when and if I brought the car in for them to do the work, they would then apply the $ 30 towards my deductible.
That said I will NEVER EVER EVER give these people my business again.
I will also make sure that EVERYONE I know, knows about this so they know not to even bother with these people.
Seems like mechanic shop workers tend to forget that word off mouth is still one of the best ways to gain, or in this case loose future business.
Dumb asses with poor business practices.
