I needed my passenger side mirror replaced.
I called for a quote and the staff was very quick with responses.
Everything was handled within a timely manner on a Saturday.
I barely had to wait. I highly recommend!

Great service, very attentive staff! The lady (forgot her name) in the office is fluently tri-​lingual (English, Korean, Spanish). I was rear-​ended and they took care of everything. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks and made sure I was happy with the work.

The owner is such a great person! Happy Auto repaired my car like new and after fixing my car twice at this body shop I know I can trust him for his excellent service. I had my car inspected by Bmw service and passed as perfect! I highly recommend to fix your car at this shop. Price is unbeatable, service is great and most of all the repairs are «A» grading.

The ‘ahjuhshi’ who owns this place is really cool. He gave me a ride to my house after I dropped my car off so I would avoid taxi fees.
They basically made my BMW 328i coupe ’08 into a fresh brand new ride. All the ding, dongs, broken stereo, cup holders, and scrapes were fixed. I was ecstatic to see my baby in the best condition ever! They also have amazing customer service, and that’s my 2 cents. Highly, reccomend to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I’ve brought two cars here and they’ve been the best auto repair shop I’ve been to in Los Angeles during the past 6 years. I feel like it’s the first body shop that hasn’t tried to up sell or scam me into double prices and fixing things that don’t need to be fixed. You might worry with the better deals that it’s not the best job in town but they work really hard and give you the exact same or better work than all the other body shops for the best price.
A few months ago I refereed this lady because I nicked her car — it was barely a scratch but she took it to a shop on La Cienega and got a $ 2100 estimate to take off the bumper and repaint it. Since I’m the one paying for the damage I asked her to take it to Happy Auto. They did the job for about ¹⁄₃ the price of the other shop and the lady I hit was very happy with the repairs. They took of her bumper the proper way and repainted the whole bumper (even fixing other little dents she had from previous accidents) all for the price of just fixing the initial problem.
In my opinion they do above and beyond work and I’m so glad I found them here on Unilocal!
They definitely deserve to be called «Happy Auto» I’ve left happy every time :)

Happy is the upgraded and expanded center, owned by Roy Kim who used to own Smile auto. (Smile is no longer the same guys). I followed this guy to the new place because his workmanship lasted all these years AND he has honest pricing. He has been taking care of my family cars since I learned to drive (and wreck…) and his paint job from 2004 still looks brand new.

I’ve had to come here twice, because I got hit twice, both by korean girls… anyway, they did a great job on my car, and even checked for any other problems, thus fixing my brake light at no extra charge! They even cleaned and detailed the inside.
For 1 of the times, the girl went through insurance, and Happy auto handled everything. The second time was cash, and they gave the girl a good price. Even though I never had to pay personally, from talking to them, I would feel comfortable that they were not ripping me off.
Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I get hit again (or I guess hit someone) this is where I would go
