365 Moving Fast

I highly recommend against using their service. They are extremely inefficient with time and watching them work is painfully frustrating. With my move being less than a block away and with 6 pieces of furniture and a few boxes, I already felt terrible hiring movers. So nearly three hours later, I was absolutely fuming. To make matters worse, I had to help jump start their van! When I called the owner to address that time was dragged on, I was told to talk to his employees myself. Just for that alone, I will never use nor recommend moving fast ever again. I basically feel like I got ripped off and that is never a good feeling. Hey owner, learn how to communicate and manage your employees. If you are uncomfortable taking the lead in a matter that deals with a dissatisfied customer, you shouldn’t be in business. This entire experience was highly disappointing.

polite, super fast. I hired this company to move my parents from valencia, ca to la crescenta, ca. loading all stuff in 3 bed room house and stuff in the garage, transporting, and unloading everything in 3 hours !!! I do understand why many reviewers gave 1 start, but
you got to understand that things always get damaged during moving even if you do it yourself… I worked out good for me. I highly recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars too. They totally damaged my mini oven (used only once to try how it works)
My husband told the guys to not to put anything on the oven but they didnt listened. The mini oven was totally crushed and the button handle was crushed and fell off. We call the owner and he said to send it along with the workers so that he can repair and send it back to me.
He never called me after that and this is 2months ago! I called him numerous times and most of the times he didnt answer. Then when he answered I even told him its going to be hard to repair since is totally crushed. Then buy something cheaper or just pay me whatever. However he insisted that he can repair (not willing to buy or pay me) and that he is going to call me next week but he never did.
This company is not trustworthy at all.
It is a shame to do a business like this. Shame on you.

I would give this moving company ZERO star if possible. It took me nearly 7 hours to move my 1 bedroom apartment while they damaged and scratched 6 of my furnitures. I cannot imagine what they would have done to my dishes and other fragile stuffs if I had not moved them myself! Stay away from this company if you value your furnitures and belongings.

After speaking with the company numerous times, they agreed to adequately reimburse for their damages. I think they are short-​staffed and very busy. I appreciate their customer service but I would still only use them again in the future for a quick move of non-​fragile items.

If you want to support the kind of business that has drivers who pull over on a side street, honk the horn early in the morning a few times for no understandable reason, and then throw a bunch of garbage out of their window into the street, then this is the moving company for you. At 7:45 am this morning I was awoken by one of their drivers who’d pulled over to do all of the following. I was going to complain to whichever of my neighbors was using them, but then the driver drove away ten minutes later. I have no idea why he was here other than to smoke a few cigarettes and litter in our streets.

The only reason I used these movers were because they were $ 90/​hr. So with 3 men I thought I would be saving money but at the end it took almost 3 times more than expected and ended up paying for 12 hrs. Between the 3 men it could’ve been done in 8 hrs but every time they would load the truck, I wouldn’t see then for another 20 min. They took their time and wasted my whole day. Oh and to top it off every time they came down I saw wood pieces from my bedroom furniture trailing down the stairs along with them. I complained to the owner for 40 minutes and he gave us a $ 20 discount for damaging furniture and taking 12 hrs to move a 1500 Sq ft 3 bedroom townhouse. I am still unpacking and finding broken dishes… save your money and use a decent moving company.

Unfortunately, none of what I promised was done. Their manager was nonresponsive. I will not be using this company again.
1. two movers instead of three, and one of them was sick, so really more like 1.5 and I was worried about catching his cold.
2. it took twice as long as anticipated as a result (should have been no more than 3 – 4 hours, but it took nearly 8);
3. they were loud during the entire move, kept having conversations as though they were chatting on the phone, and disturbed the entire building at 8AM on a Sat.; not discreet at all.,
4. they didn’t know it was a 2 part move, in fact, it seemed that they had just been called with no paperwork and no information;
5. they didn’t follow instructions; I had to repeat things over and over, and even then, instructions weren’t followed;
6. they promised to fix the mess they left, but never responded to my messages, except to say that if I wanted to pay them again, they will come back out;
7. very unprofessional and when I told them that they didn’t follow any of my directions, they never replied.
8. They actually asked me whether I wanted things shrink wrapped before loading their truck.
unfortunately, I had no time before my move to get another quote.

My daughter is a student at USC and was changing apartments from one side of the street to the other. I called Henry and made an appointment for two guys with a truck. They moved the entire apartment, disassembled an Ikea bed which I have been told by others was an impossible task and reassembled the bed within the estimated time frame. 365 Movers is my go to moving company in LA. Do not hesitate to use them.

This is the first time I wished Unilocal had such thing as NO STARS.

I work for a clothing company in downtown LA. We had to move our retail store to another location, so my boss asked me to schedule a move with any other moving company because the once she originally wanted to book with were full.
Therefore, I called 20 moving companies and all of them told me they were full. I saw 365 Moving Fast and called, but they did not pick up. I continued down the list and called another, and one moving company told me they did not have anything scheduled for that day, but were a little expensive. I decided to book since I had no choice since all the other moving companies were full that day. As soon as I get off the phone, 365 Moving Fast called.
They told me they had another move that morning, but will be able to come to our store by 2 PM and finish the move. I was a little worried that they might not be able to come in time, but they told me that they would NEVER do such a thing.
I scheduled with them since it was cheaper than the first moving company, which was THE WORST MISTAKE!
On the day of the move, they called me at 1 PM and told me they cannot come by 2 PM. They told me the first move took longer than they thought. I asked them when they will be coming by, they kept on telling me they do not know for an HOUR AND A HALF.
Having said that, if you want a company you can really rely on and one that is responsible, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY!!!

This company is really HORRIBLE. They were very very slow. and then they scratched my stuff and my house’s floor. I got really mad. Also, they said that they would come at 2pm, but they came at 3:15. They are horrible. Really really horrible.

Simply… I reservated this company 3days ago.
Booked time was 12:00pm.
The day I move, they came 6:40pm to my home.
Because they called & texted me every hour.
«We are coming soon. soon… soon…»
I just sit down my old apartment all day from morning.
I could not do anything.
And think about this, workers they already work 8 hours before come to my place.
They were tired. they finished one bed job 3 hour 40mins.
They charged FULL time first time.
And they gave me 10%(???) discount because they felt kind of sorry.
So disappointed…

I am one star-​ing this business because Mr. Henry does business poorly. For the sake of the two movers who helped me pack and move my stuff I feel sorry that they still have to work with this nimwit. There was poor communication between the start of the Job and the end Mr. Henry did not alert his employees that I would need my apartment packed as well as being moved therefore they were only anticipating a three hour job bless their poor souls and their families for losing time and wasting additional hours of their own personal days but I do appreciate the hard work the two movers did and initiating strength and consistency when moving all of my stuff except for my couch which would not fit and the owner still try to charge me for the last hour of attempts not including damage & Time wasted on all parties! I thoroughly feel sorry again for anyone who pursues this company and I warn you now. do not use them, Mr. Henry is a scam.

These guys are great! Very efficient and professional!
I used their service twice already. completely satisfied both times.
I moved from SF to LA last year. I was shopping for moving companies and 365 Moving fast offered me the best quote. Other moving companies wanted to come to my apt and see how much stuff I had before giving me a quote bc it was a long distance move. But 365 just asked me to text them the pics of my large items. They texted me back in a min. and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price quote. Their price was about ~$ 300 less than what other companies asked for!!! I loved how efficient the reservation process was with 365.
My mover arrived early. carefully wrapped any fragile items. loaded all my stuff into a medium sized truck and left SF.
Two days after, he arrived early morning and unloaded and even assembled my furnitures. They made my long distance move so fast, so stress free and so affordable!!! I tipped the guy extra bc I was sooooo satisfied! No damage!
I told all my friends about this company. and last month, one of my friends had to move from an apt in Santa Monica to an apt three blocks away. Two movers came, finished their job in less than two hrs!!! So easy… so efficient!!! No damage again!
I want to thank Joseph and Henry for helping me and my friend. I plan to use this company for my future moves and I highly recommend this moving company to anyone who is planning to move!!!

It was horrible. they damaged a lot of my furnitures and new apartment front door and wall which I have to pay from apartment deposit.
Don’t use them. Only looks professional but no.
This is 4^th time I was using them this year but 2 times damaged mine and my freind’s stuff and very unprofessional workers who forgot piano legs and their stuffs.
Last time, which is August moving 2014,
They also crashed my 6 drawers dresser so I ask them to throw it away and took the picture of dresser. So, I told to supervisor for damages and claims.
Then, they lied to me and deceived me and my husband that they have claim department to see and verify the damage things. Then, it’s been month, no reply, no phone call and nothing.
bad customer service… bad bad bad!!! also lying.

These guys need capes because they are my superheroes! Yesterday, Jose and his team came to rescue me, the damsel in distress lol.
Moving is never fun, but these guys made it so much easier on me. I used to be a broke ass college girl (*note: used to be. we’ve all been there) and when it was time to move, it meant calling up all my friends and buying them lots of pizza. Now that I’m older and wiser, I decided to use movers. After some price shopping and reading reviews, I called 365 Moving Fast and scheduled an appointment.
They arrived promptly with a ginormous truck. At first I had requested 2 movers at $ 80/​hr (all fees included), but because it was taking longer than expected, they sent a 3^rd guy after a few hours for $ 20/​hr more and didn’t charge me the new rate until he arrived. Let me tell ya, it was soooooo worth it. These guys are SO freaking efficient, I was truly amazed. No wonder they are pros! They even helped me pack some of my stuff and were all really nice to my 2 little stinking pups who were so nosy and kept getting in their way lol.
When I arrived at my new place, I had a few hiccups with the HOA. Apparently I was supposed to pay a move-​in fee, send a copy of my lease and send over documentation from the moving company (liability, worker’s comp, etc.) so I couldn’t move in until I provided these things. My agent did not tell me any of this. UGH how frustrating! I freaked out and flipped out. I called Henry, their 365 big boss, and he sent over everything I needed in a jiffy! He was great!
All in all, super nice, friendly, professional, and most importantly, they handled my things with care. I made sure I tipped them well. Because they did all the hard work, we had enough energy to unpack our things and today I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A TRUCK HIT ME (like I normally would after a day of moving). Cheers to that! I am one really freaking happy customer and would definitely use these guys again. 100%. THANK YOU!!!
*MOVING TIP* Buy a giant roll of cling wrap (I got mine from Office Depot for $ 30 and you get 27,000 sq ft.) and wrap all your TVs, mirrors, wood/​glass furniture to protect it and save time from the movers wrapping them in blankets.

I am very pleased with this company! They have great customer service and reasonable price! Ricardo and his team were efficient and cautious when moving my heavy furniture. It seems like they know what they are doing. I was a little concerned about the previous reviews about damaged furniture but they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again if i ever move again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Really?! The surprises just don’t stop with these people. Not only did they have horrible attitudes, but they damaged so many things during the move.
First of all, they just start loading everything without asking you what needs to be loaded. So, they end up loading all your trash as well as your purse with your keys and wallet in it. I asked the guy in the truck to find my purse for me and he just says «I dont know» and doesn’t even look for it. So, I get mad and another guy starts yelling at me saying they don’t steal. When did I ever accuse you of stealing?! I’m mad cuz you loaded my purse without even asking me and then wouldn’t get it out for me!
Then, on the way to the new house, I find the truck parked on the middle of the road and the workers heading into a strip mall. I wait at my new house for over 15 minutes before they arrive. While I wait I call their boss and he tells me they just went to buy some drinks, which I had already given them. It was lunch time and I suspect they stopped for lunch. Mind you, this whole time I’m paying them by the hour.
As they are unloading, I see the headboard of my bed has a large gouge in it. They hadn’t even bothered to wrap the bed to protect it from damage. I call the owner and he’s like don’t worry about it and I’m like what do you mean, you damaged my bed! After they finished unloading, the worker goes in my room to look at the damage, comes back out and tells me he fixed it. I’m puzzled at this point and go in to look and he’s colored in the gouge with MARKER! I was so dumbfounded and called his boss to ask him if this is what he meant by «we’ll take care of it» and he just laughed it off, not once apologizing for any of the misconduct of his employees. He offered to take $ 40 off my bill, I said no and he ultimately took $ 70 off.
After they left, I found more surprises. Trash on my property from their «lunch», a second gouge on my children’s dresser, and a third on the front door of our old home. Unknowingly, my mom also used them for her move two days later. When I went to see her, I witnessed these guys carelessly banging things into the doorway several times as they were taking things out of the house.
I have a lot of experience moving and these guys were by far the worst, most careless, movers of all! Beware! If you still find yourself using them, stay on your toes, watch them, and examine all your furniture afterwards! I’m still kicking myself for not knocking time off for their «lunch break» and tipping them as much as I did… Mr. Henry, I hope you read this and improve your business practices.

A co-​worker referred me after I had previously used Flat Rate and was looking for a cheaper option. Straightforward price quote for 3 movers and a time estimate over the phone. The movers were on time, courteous and professional. They helped pack the remainder of my things and hustled the entire time. I noticed a few minor nicks on my furniture afterwards, and they probably could have used more padding in general, but I was pleased with the price and service overall.

Very friendly, nice people but handle the furniture very roughly. We used them twice recently as we had to move out from our place in two sessions. There were scratches on the furniture every time. One thing that made me upset and share my experience was that they crashed my lamp and cheaply fixed it using plastic tape. Neither my wife and I do such a cheap fix. It is obvious that they tried to hide that they broke it. They must have insurance so just honestly confess it and say sorry. I conclude THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. I see the customers giving 5 stars to 365 Moving Fast. I am sure those customer must have been satisfied for the friendly service and by chance no scratches or broken furniture. But I say by chance. For those considering 365 Moving Fast, you are taking chance.

Slow slow and slow. Moved from Brentwood to downtown LA and they took local…1 hr 20 min diving on Saturday morning 11am. Are you serious? I took the freeway and waited at the destination for almost an hour. What a joke. Don’t waste your money on these guys go with a more reputable company.
By the way everything we had was boxed and ready to go. Total time: 3 hrs to load, 1.5 hrs to drive 11 miles,
