History

Established in 2006.

After working at Olivetto, Chez Panisse for many years and opening a restaurant with Scharffen Berger Arnon decided to make a change and open the catering business. The main reason was to have a more flexibility. We have cooked for many weddings and heads of countries and we thrive on the uniqueness that each event brings.

Meet the Business Owner

Arnon O.

Business Owner

Arnon was trained and worked in Lyon France. In 1997 he came to the united states with his wife who studied at haas.

Arnon cooked at Olivetto for 2 years, and then decided to join Chez Panisse and cook at both the restaurant and café for 4 years.

Arnon then decided to open together with Schaffen Berger the restaurant Café Cacao and run it for 2 years.

After experiencing work as a private chef he decided to open a catering business.

In addition to Arnon’s catering business, he contributed to The Niman Ranch Cookbook and The Essence of Chocolate, Scharffen Berger. Arnon is also a regular guest chef for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

In the past 3 years Arnon open another business of Artisan roasted nuts that are sold in specialty stores.
