History

Established in 2005.

Meyers Learning Center is a marriage of talents, borne of a labor of love. It began with a passion for teaching and empowering students. Ali Zidel Meyers, MSW, taught and tutored in a range of educational settings since 1997. Families referred families, and the demand for Ali’s specialized coaching and tutoring continued to grow. In 2005, Adam Meyers, MBA, MIM, joined Ali to create what would become Meyers Learning Center, Inc. (MLC). The couple developed a training program and ventured to recruit the best teachers in Silicon Valley, setting the highest standards in their quest to empower students with life skills beyond traditional subject-based tutoring. MLC’s program has been taught in local schools, leveraged in school curriculum development standards, and disseminated through parent outreach presentations and workshops.
