History
Established in 2001.
In December of 2001, two friends decided to start a tutoring academy with a difference. Combining professional acumen and extensive volunteer experience, they created an innovative model for quality after-school education: one both holistic and intimate in its approach.
Now, FLEX College Resource Centers has expanded to six locations with imminent plans for continued expansion. And we’re going online too! (See us at beta.flexcollegeprep.com.) We have also been selected as the on-site SAT* service provider for The King’s Academy, which recently ranked #5 in SAT* scores for Silicon Valley private schools — according to a recent Business Journal report.
Meet the Business Owner
Danny B.
Business Owner
Danny is the founder of FLEX College Prep, an educational service corporation comprised of leading professionals who are dedicated to assisting students realize their educational dreams. He is an educational columnist for The Korea Daily, India West, and Radio Korea, as well as a popular college admissions speaker at local high schools, PTAs and other community organizations.
Prior to starting FLEX, Danny was an executive recruiter and professional career consultant. He also has experience working in the Mergers & Acquisition department of MedPartners, a Fortune 300 healthcare corporation. He started his career with KPMG’s ICE (Information, Communication & Entertainment) Practice and at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Danny earned a B.S. degree from Biola University, graduating with high honors.
