I called to understand their prices to dry clean and fold dress shirts and pants. When I asked if they provide the service they said yes, but when I asked the price to dry clean the shirts the gentleman responded poorly saying he’d let me know when I get there. When I pressed he provided the price, but when I asked for the pants price he got very frustrated and asked why I was asking about prices. I explained I was trying to compare prices which made him more upset. He didn’t give the price of the pants and said to go ahead and compare. Needless to say, I didn’t take my clothes there.

I think they’re now called Fasion Cleaners and Alterations. Really good location, right off el camino and San Antonio. I just started coming here and the service has been excellent, prices are good, so is the turn around time. Easy parking on the street right out front, makes it easy to stop by and drop off or pick up. Definitely recommend!

The Plusses:
1. Prices! I got two coats for $ 13.50. One was a knee-​length, lined wool coat by Diane von Furstenberg with two loose buttons which were fixed as a courtesy. The second was a waist length and lined wool coat by H&M.
2. Turnaround: It took less than a week because I was in no rush to get it back.
3. Service: The man who assisted me in the mornings is so kind and friendly. I am bringing all my things to this place now.
Five stars for this first visit but noting four for now until I have more visits. I definitely plan on going back.

Been going to these cleaners since I moved to Mountain View. Rose, who I think is the owner, is the sweetest lady ever! She even gives me 10% off because she knows I’m a struggling grad student. She’s super kind and is always really sincere when she asks how you are doing. She does a great job too. I have a cream wool coat that was stained because some stupid people stepped all over it at a restaurant and she got all the stains out. She also does alterations too!
