The customer service in person is incredible! A few hiccups, but they went above and beyond to make it work!
Last year, summer 2015, we were looking to buy a new car to replace my sturdy but aging suzuki. We discovered that the Nissan Murano was our car of choice. Dealer after dealer, test drive after test drive, all local dealers wanted at least $ 24K for a basic model.
My husband, after being told the high prices for basic local model… through extensive Internet research — stumbled upon Beepi. It was almost too good to be true! A fully loaded LX 2009 for only $ 20K? The local dealers were listing for at least $ 28K comparable.
Full report: any little dent (some we couldn’t even see!), full history, one owner. Seemed too good to be true, but we bit.
It was better than the report. Only downfall was it was supposed to be delivered on a certain day (it was my bday: it was a gift to me, I needed it to pick up guests at the airport, we had already sold the old Suzuki) It was supposed to arrive in the afternoon. It was coming from TX (by way of AZ, to me in OK). In the afternoon we got a call that it was held up in the shop.
They inspect, thoroughly tune up, and detail the car before delivery. This is where it got delayed. They were a 5 hour drive from us. They called multiple times during the delivery day to give updates. The car wasn’t ready until 6pm. The delivery driver said he could bring it for the 5 hour drive, or wait until the next day. We had been waiting all day and don’t go to bed early, so we said bring it!
He showed up in our driveway at 11pm with the bow on it! He gave me all the stickers, squishy toy, all the swag. I bet he was tired af but he had a smile the whole time. He insisted that I test drive it around the neighborhood. He even sat in the driveway and showed me how to program the phone and navigation until well after midnight!
I was sad to see the wonderful delivery man go because he was such a perfect customer salesperson. But I couldn’t be happier with the car! We called the local dealers and told them what Beepi gave us and they were stunned! One dealer said he would have jumped on that deal too!

Throughout the entire process, every person I dealt with was very professional and courteous. I had little to no issues with anything. Everything was well prepared and involved minimal time and effort on my part. From the inspection to the pick up of the vehicle, I never had to leave my house. I even completed the paperwork using my smartphone in less than a few minutes. When they arrived for pick up, all paperwork was pre-​filled out and I simply needed to sign in the designated sections. And that was that. I was done with everything in less than an hour.
I highly recommend Beepi to anyone looking to sell their vehicle. At the very least, it doesn’t hurt to have them come to you and quote you. They quoted me almost mint value, minus a few hundred for some scratches and dings I had. I couldn’t imagine trying to get that selling private party or even through Car Max. Beepi reached out to me within an hour of posting my update trying to address my concerns. I decided to schedule an appraisal for my Spark EV after the Beepi customer experience team and I agreed to a non-​guaranteed price they would give me for my Spark.
The inspector, Damon, came out today (real nice guy, btw), and looked over my Spark EV and said everything looked perfect.
I check my email a few minutes ago, and see the Beepi email in my inbox Damon said I would be receiving. Great! Or so I thought.
I open it up, and not only is the previously negotiated non-​guaranteed offer not listed anywhere in their official offer, but their final guaranteed offer is $ 2,100 LESS than the last guaranteed offer they gave me pre-​inspection! And $ 4,000 less than the non-​guaranteed offer they offered to give me for my Spark EV as an olive branch to make up for my previous bad experience. Really guys?
Basically, in an attempt to remedy the issues I experienced, they actually managed to make the situation even worse, as I had to waste almost 2 hours hanging around my house while the inspector checked out my Spark EV I could have spent doing other things.
I really hate to say it, but it seems Beepi may not be all it’s cracked up to be. I’m really confused as to what is going on over there at Beepi HQ.
EDIT: someone reached out to me and said «there was a mistake when processing your inspection results», so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being and keep my rating at 3 stars.

Wow! How do I start? Ok, first off, I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. From the start. Never experiencing this when selling or purchasing a car, I was really leary. However, after my first contact in person with the vehicle that I sold them, it was seamless. After returning home and they wanted to sell my car With their conditions, I thought, why don’t I purchase a car from them as well?. After I found the car that I wanted, the process was was basically the same, flawless. !!. Paper work, the energy they gave me, and the follow up after. Never had to leave my home. My wife and I just had our Beepi car delivered this morning. I was a little skeptical at first, buying a car sight unseen and without a test drive. But, the 204 point inspection and a 10 day/​1000 mile guarantee, gives us peace of mind. The three month warranty ain’t bad either!

Beepi provided the perfect car buying experience.
Price was within 1k of KBB private party seller, so we got the low price of a craigslist car with way more peace of mind.
Customer service has been outstanding, not just comparing to notorious car dealers, but compared to any customer service in any industry. Jordan was our main contact, and our emails have always been answered within hours, even at midnight, as someone else will step in for Jordan when he’s not at work. They are very accommondating and flexible when it came to our additional requests and unusual circumstances, and I hope this won’t change as their business grows bigger.
The actual transaction was very smooth. The delivery guy, Carlos, showed up right on time. Beepi did an excellent detailing job, and the car looked spanking new. We were paying with 4 credit cards, and Carlos was very patient with all the calling with credit card companies, since most of them initially denied the transaction due to the unusually large amounts. A ton of paper work to sign but that’s expected.
We got the car on May 14^th, and we got the title in the mail today (June 11^th). We wish this can be faster but that’s probably DMV’s problem. Our only other complaint is that we were sometimes asked for the same document more than once during the process, such as proof of insurance.
We just placed a new order for a second vehicle. Beepi will be our goto choice for car buying from now on.

I sold two cars with Beepi, a 2013 Audi Q7 (owned) and a 2016 Porsche 911 (leased). The Audi sold in a few days (3 or 4 if I remember correctly) and the Porsche went in 14 hours. Yes, 14 hours. So I was wanting to Sell my Audi A6 and the fact that it was a leased vehicle the only option was to sell off and payout Audi FS, didnt want to sell it to car dealerships as I knew they were going to rip me off, so the only option was to sell to a private party — i placed the ad up on Craigslist, knowing that it would take a decent 6 months to sell the vehicle at the price point I was asking for, Beepi contacted me and initially I thought it was a scam as most private dealership/​third party companies wanted me to place an advert through their company at a certain cost, regardless of whether the vehicle sold or not.

Yeap, it’s true Beepi is definitely a 5-​star biz! I’ve been looking to purchase a compact commuter car for months but dread going to the dealership for fear of intimidation (just as much as the gym). Decided to checkout Beepi through their radio ad while in a Zipcar and also after seeing a Beepi car parked at work.
I saved a white 1 yr old Golf Tsi in the app and have kept it there for weeks until one weekend that I decided to pull the trigger. Everything was done online, a few calls here and there from getting quotes on insurance but that was pretty much sorted in a day. Bought the car on a Saturday and had the car delivered (at home in SF) on Tuesday in pristine condition topped with a silver bow. How awesome was that?!
Zoe was very helpful and the rest of the team at Beepi were in constant communication with me in every step. Car looked exactly as pictured, no dents/​scratches photoshopped or anything like that. They cleaned the interior so good it felt and smelled like brand new. Also love the stress ball, wish we got stickers too tho. Definitely enjoyed the seamless experience and would definitely recommend them to friends in the market for a new pre-​loved car.

I had been searching our local automobile listings for a «newish» BMW convertible for over a month with meager results… then a friend referred me to Beepi. Upon initial assessment, Beepi’s service seemed almost too good to be true, but then I checked the Unilocal reviews and was floored by the overwhelmingly positive evaluations. I logged on to the Beepi website and was quickly directed to the exact car I had been searching for… and for a price that was thousands less than comparable models available locally. I decided to pull the trigger.
From the moment I hit the «BUY» button, Beepi was in regular contact, informing me of progress along the way. It took exactly two weeks for my vehicle to be delivered to my front door (car came from out of state). What a great experience, from emailing Derek information until Matt dropped off my truck a few days later. The truck looked beautiful and was exactly as described. Total time from pushing the purchase button to vehicle keys in hand was 10 buisness days as promised. It arrived in immacluate condition as described plus had a few free gifts thrown in!
My assigned point of contact, Michelle, ensured the entire process was transparent and that I was informed at all times. She provided top notch customer service which is not the norm in the used car buying world.

Craig’s list was of little help so when someone mentioned Beepi I thought I’d give them a try. In less than 30 days the deal has been completed and I have a check in hand.
I began online by putting in Some info. About the car and within 24 hours I had an appointment for someone to come to inspect, photograph and evaluate the car. 24 hours after that I had an offer from Beepi. The offer was high KBB, the offer was good for around 5 days, I accepted it the next day.
After accepting their offer they post your car for sale on their website for sale. You then wait for 30 days. Can’t get easier than that! You can still sell the car on your own during this period, just let them know if you sell it. You can change your mind at any time.
If they sell your car in the meantime which is what happened with me, they arrange to pick it up with check in hand at the agreed upon price.
You simply cannot have it any easier than this. They are very responsive both on the phone and via email. They answer all your questions and are always extremely polite and thorough. Absolutely zero pressure. If I sell another car in the future I will definitely use them. And of course you can buy great cars through them as well!

I am a very satisfied customer of Beepi. My wife and I needed to purchase a car in a hurry and we did not want the hassle of going to a dealership. We decided on a Rav 4 and put down the $ 500 deposit to reserve it. As soon as we did we were contacted by a customer service representative. They were helpful and responsive. The customer service is stellar. The process was very easy and we had our Rav 4 about 10 days after putting the deposit down. We are still currently in the 10 day trial period but we have no doubt that we are going to keep the car.
Pros: Great customer service, detailed history of the car, delivery to your door, DMV paperwork is handled by Beepi if you want that, and prices are very reasonable.
Cons: Although you can view every «dimple» on the car, there was a scratch on the back door that appears a lot bigger in person. I don’t necessarily blame the company, but this is what you should expect if you are only viewing a car through pictures and not in person. That being said our car still looks great and the scratch was included in the pictures and labeled as one of the dimples.
I have been recommending Beepi to co-​workers and friends. This is a great service.

I love my new beepi car! I am so impressed with everything. I had an emergency and needed to be on the road, although my Honda wasn’t due for delivery until a little later in the week, they worked magic and it arrived in time for my trip, and saved the day. Fantastic product for selling and buying a car!
I sold my car via Beepi after hearing about it from a friend who did it as well. It was simple and straightforward. In addition, I got good value for my car without the hassle of dealing with unknown buyers on craigslist or dealing with car dealers who will cut the price of my car.
Beepi came, checked the car, gave me a quote and then two weeks later came to pick it up and gave me a check. Could not have been simpler.
As a seller, I also recommend the buying experience since I saw how detailed these guys are in checking the car. They first did a two hours inspection before they gave the quote, then they inspected it again before actually buying it. And from what I understand, they do two more inspections. As detailed as it gets. I would be happy to buy a car on their site next time.

Beepi gave a 100% satisfactory customer experience — as a seller I was unsure about selling the car so had it evaluated twice over one year. My Beepi car-​buying process was mostly well organized and mostly smooth. Found the car online and was able to arrange financing with Beepi’s help. They applied to multiple banks as promised and found me a good interest rate. Juliana handled most of the online interactions, and she was very prompt and very detailed answering questions and explaining how to do everything. On the day of the exchange (I was also giving them a trade-​in), Carlos handled the in-​person stuff. He was very cool and also very helpful about explaining all of the paperwork as we went through it.
Here’s where we hit a road bump (figuratively speaking). Some of the paperwork was incorrectly filled out as we looked over it. Some addresses and phone numbers had the wrong info. Carlos called the office, and it seemed like Beepi had the right info in their system, but it got mixed up when typed into the paperwork. (Definitely double-​check the papers to make sure your info is correct!) Carlos assured me they would fix everything, but I’m still a little concerned. Will have to keep an eye on this.
So 4 stars for now, because otherwise it was a really smooth process. Once I get my new license plates and loan paperwork from the bank, I’ll feel better. If not, will update my review as needed.

Before you start reading my review, I want you to know that it is totally unbiased and I have no stake with Beepi. I am just a genuinely pleased customer.
My wife and I both found work in London, UK and we had a lot of items on our to do list, the largest being selling our vehicles. We weren’t sure how to do this seeing as my car was leased and my wife’s car still had to be paid off. After ample research we came across Beepi.
I decided to give them a try since all of the reviews were fantastic and it was of no cost to us for the inspection and initial offer. Great, at least we will get a thorough inspection and better understand the value of our vehicles.
From start to finish the process was seamless. I would basically call the customer service team to see how their day was going and chat since they were so pleasant and sincere on the phone. Zoe and Mallory were both extremely responsive and professional.
The inspection process was a bit long and drawn out, but I’ll tell you what. I learned about 50 new things about automobiles that I never knew before and Brandon Black couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.
Once we got our offers, we did feel that they were a bit low, so we got a few other estimates. And according to Beepi’s guarantee, they will surpass any Carmax or Dealer’s offer by $ 1,000 as long as we were able to provide proof of the other estimate. We did just that and increase both mine and my wife’s offer by nearly $ 1,500, which left us both with a manageable pay off amount on our vehicles.
We had a tight three week deadline in which we had to complete this process. We were able to schedule a pick up date and time that worked perfectly with our schedule and the paperwork and pick-​up legitimately only took 30 minutes from start to finish with Bernard and Damon, who are based in the MD office and these two gentlemen couldn’t have been any kinder and also very professional.
Let me know before this company goes public, because I’m sold on the quality of customer service and the overall process. You made this transition very easy for my wife and I, and for this we thank you and recommend you to anyone looking to sell a vehicle.

I was car shopping since September. Doing all my research. Narrowed it down to a BMW, Audi or Mercedes. Read ever consumers report on these cars over all the years I was considering. Went to both local dealer for each make and test drove certified pre owned and new cars. Narrowing my decision down a good friend told me his buddy works for Beepi as a tech. I hop on line and find exactly what I want. I research the car then compare it to many others on
, autotrader etc and this is still a good deal. So the Beepi tech goes out to a car for sale and takes into a warehouse to do a head to toe inspection. Absolutely everything is noted. If it is a bad car Beepi won’t buy/​sell it. So they give full disclosure of single rock chips in the front grill. Things I wouldn’t even look at. So you know exactly what you are getting. You buy it, they deliver it to your driveway with a red bow. 10 days guarantee. You can drive it, take it to your own mechanic, whatever. If you don’t like it in under 10 days they come pick it back up and give you a full refund. It was simply an amazing experience. From working with the local tech Cameron to my acc manager in Cali named Michele Mclanhan. They were rock stars. Anytime anything came up that gave me pause they would fix it. Ended up letting me take advantage of a discount that I missed by one day that saved me $ 1000. Then paid to have an item my mechanic found just so the car was perfect. Another $ 500 they saved me. I had an awesome experience. There was no haggling or hassles. Just a few clicks of a few buttons and a few emails back and forth, after that the car showed up on time and looking great.
Everyone there was very helpful and I really appreciated how painless it was.

If I could describe Beepi in one word, it would be ‘hassle-​free.’ I sold them my 2014 Prius Plugin with 13,400 miles and I was able to profit about $ 1,400 over what I owed on the car. Plus they took care of all the paperwork with my lien holder and DMV forms.
Usually a car depreciates fairly quickly and I was hoping to just break even on what I owed for the Prius. I tried getting quotes from Momentum Toyota, Fairfield Carmax, and SF Craigslist — everyone tried to low ball me. You’ve got to have a pretty worthy car to have it be accepted as a Beepi car. That night I got the email. My car was accepted!!! Woot! The quote was lower than the initial estimate because we had changed out the stock run flat tires. Hey, I get it even if I still think run flats suck. Still it was a worthy quote.
I got to keep the car and drive it if I wanted to while I waited for it to sell. I didn’t want to, but a few days before the month was up I was contacted by Zoe to schedule a time and place to have my car picked up, fill out paperwork and get my check.
I scheduled an appointment. I was thinking I wanted to keep the plates so I used the online chat. I got a quick concise answer and didn’t have to do a thing. Peter came out with the Beepi truck to pick up the car. He had all the appropriate paperwork, did another detailed inspection, explained everything as I signed away. All appropriate for a Texas transaction. He gave me my check and as he loaded up the car he was really sensitive to the emotion I was having at saying goodby. He even asked if I wanted to take a picture.
Seriously from start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Calls were informative, warm and concise, the offer was fair to both of us and the ease of the transactions were superb. If I hadn’t already purchased a replacement car before I knew about Beepi I would have considered purchasing through them too. The detailed inspections and their high standards truly impressed me.
Every person I dealt with from Beepi was intelligent, well informed and kind. I felt that they treated me in the way they would want to be treated.

For my first transaction Beepi was AMAZING!!! I live in Seattle and I found a Audi S5 Convertible they had listed in Arizona. I put $ 500 down on the car online to hold it and was amazed at how quickly I received the car. What I didn’t know is once the money is down (which is refundable) they start moving the car to you. Less than a week after my deposit, my Arizona car was in Seattle!
I also traded in my Mercedes for the Beepi car they had and received an additional $ 500 for both buying and selling my car. My Audi purchase from Beepi was over 10,000 cheaper than Seattle Audi Dealer!!! Also, my original Mercedes Dealer offered me 4,000 LESS than I got from Beepi for my Mercedes.
My total Savings using Beepi was over $ 15,000!!!
I’ve seen a review by Johanna G. saying Beepi posts ads for cars they don’t have and that is not accurate. IF you place the $ 500 deposit on your credit card the card automatically comes off the site. I know this because I went to show someone the car I bought and it was gone from the site within 10 minutes of my deposit. So, my only response to that post is you need to put a down payment to hold the car from being sold to someone else Johanna.
The best part was the car was a surprise purchase for my future wife and it came with a beautiful white bow!

Beepi is what themselves described «new business model» for car trades much like eBay motor, except they wrapped the car and deliver to your place.
My experience with them so far is they post ads about cars they claim they have but actually dont, not sure whats going on but never returned my email/​call.
Probably another middleman trading business, dont go unless they have exactly what you are looking for AND its not being sold to others.

The process started over the phone. I didn’t want to spend the hours in a car spot. I told them what I could afford and they crunched numbers til it happened. Roy took off $ 1000 to help with the price. I still hadn’t been in the office yet. Everything over the phone.
On my way up the car didn’t start (Mini Coop) they sent the car to the shop because they didn’t want to sell me a bum car.
So finally the meetjng., sat down for 5 mins, test drove the car, came back signed papers electronically on the computer. Keys in hand.
These guys took care of me. Their priority was making sure I was happy. I call these guys the Good Guys of the Car Business

This is the first review I have ever written, and may well be the last. I do not usually feel the need to write great things about anything, but beepi is without a doubt the best customer service experience I have ever had. I could go on and on about the entire experience. I don’t know if Unilocal has the feature, but if you want to ask me any questions about my experience, feel free to hit me up. I worked with 4 – 5 of Beepi’s team members, but Michelle Huang and Helen Park were especially helpful.
I had a pretty complicated transaction (2 trade ins and a purchase). Michelle kept me fully aware of where I stood in the process throughout the entire transaction. I am not the best at written communication, but the main point I want to get across is that this is the most pleasant car purchase you will ever make and you will get a no hassle deal that is more than fair.
Bernard was very helpful and knowledgeable when he delivered my vehicle. The whole Beepi team has been a pleasure to work with and my vehicle is in pristine condition. On the Beepi inspection worksheet they noted about 12 – 15 dimples, but when it arrived Bernard and I did an extensive walk around and could only find 3. They would never be noticed if you weren’t looking very hard for them.
All this and not to mention the headaches I have been saved by not having to go through the DMV process for the vehicles that I traded in and purchased. This would have been a minimum at a full day process and I imagine could have turned into a major headache.
I understand this might look like I am a cheerleader for Beepi, but I promise you that I was simply blown away by the customer service and vehicle itself. I am very happy with our outcome, and will highly recommend Beepi to anyone looking to buy a car, and even those who are not :).
However, I have to let you know of one not so great part of my experience. After reserving the car and having a delivery date set, I was told that the car was no longer available and couldn’t be sold because of a structural issue. Needless to say my wife and I were very upset and disappointed as we had been looking for quite a while for the perfect car for our growing family.
Now back to the good part, it turns out that the inspector made an error and assumed that something that appeared to be structural damage was truly benign and not an issue at all. So the car was then re-​reserved and we were able to buy it.
So yes, overall Truly excited that we were able buy the car, despite the small hiccup in the middle.
I guess in the end i would rather your inspectors be over picky then under. So even though it was rough there for a moment I truly appreciate your attention to detail in making sure that every car sold is perfect!

Day 1. Amazing car and great service I had this guy name Abraham and he was just great! Answer all my questions about my new BMW my boyfriend got me for my birthday! He paired up my phone showed me everything! Quick easy and delivery was on time, including a big white bow! Thank you beepi !!!
Day 2. Omg the service light is on! What is happening to this new beautiful amazing car! Ok it’s just the service light I thought it’s going to be ok. I had a rough experience this year with a vw beetle not passing smog because the check engine light came on and I nearly almost died in that horrible beetle. My boyfriend bought me this amazing 2015 Chevy Volt and of course I got in a tiny fender bender. The Chevy volt was consider total, due to how I hit my car perfectly where the electrical box is! Stupid Chevy engineering put that electrical box in the front by the driver side front head light. I was so disappointed that I cried and then my boyfriend found Beepi! My new car so I thought it came so pretty package and beautiful see my Day 1 review! Then the next day we went around the cornerto Walgreens. All day bragging and telling my boyfriend you need to drive with me in my new car! When we got in it said SERVICE In orange light I thought oh no not again! How is this! I hope it’s not the curse of me I thought! My beetle never til this day passed smog everything was wrong with it piling so much money for it to be fix and the volt. So Beepi came out to look at it and told me its nothing oh good! I went back into my house then he told me it might be the battery omg (that’s what they said about that sour lemon VW Beetle) or the electrical (the volt) and told me they had to bring it to the dealership (PANIC MODE in my head)!!! Then I was freaking out because we had so much to do today! The next day today I was supposed to show my car to my parents and drop them off because we’ll be on vacation for a week to Newyork! And my parents aren’t your normal parents, there more like wow your new car is already in service shaking their heads and calling it the new lemon! So I prayed today before 1pm they should have it outta of the shop but nope my boyfriend called them they said around 5 to 6pm!!! My parents live a hour and half away not to mention getting up tomorrow early to catch our Newyork flight!!! I’m so dreading today! I’m now sad to say I’m hating Beepi l!! We told them we had to leave and yes they drop off a loaner car but I’m not going to my parents empty handed with out my new car! So upset at Beepi! They don’t listen and I guess the manager is saying we want to do right on you yeah ok I don’t believe that one bit! There not trying to do crap! I do not feel comfortable or safe with Beepi terrible service!
The next week!
So they didn’t come back with the old BMW that had problems thank God! After my trip to New York they brought a upgraded BMW. I had it for now 2 days so far good. I had the same guy Abraham show me the car and again couldn’t be happier! Another guy with him I guess a high up guy from beepi named Kyle. He seemed to be sorry for beepi driving me nuts! (No pun intended lol) he gave me a a portable speaker much like my Sanos at home. It was very nice of him and he was sometimes a little too friendly in my opinion but boys will be boys lol. Over all they get a 4star handed back to them and just four because of the stress. I’m still young and don’t want stress wrinkles!

2 weeks after the last posting later!!!
So I forgot to do this like a couple a weeks ago with the holidays and everything going, I just didn’t have time to fuss about Beepi! But I know the dates lol because it was Thanksgiving when they picked up the 2^nd new BMW X3 2013 they gave me! It lasted 2 to 3 weeks before yes the check engine light came on! Right when I thought I could relax and rest thinking maybe I could get my Christmas ornaments done until I saw that light! I broke out in tears and cried told my boyfriend I’m a jinx! I didn’t want another car I was tired of trading in cars and driving rentals! This was the 2 bad car Beepi gave me granted this one lasted 2 weeks but still that’s not fair! These cars are suppose to go through some kind of checking out before going to the customer so I thought! Beepi to me is a scam and really just a dodgy car sale people they don’t get the cars checked fully in my opinion! The only thing I can say is thank god they gave me my money back! Truly how can 2 cars both get check engine lights beware of this Beepi start up nothing good came out of this! Happy ending aside my boyfriend bought me the new x3 2016 BMW right from BMW with 4 years warranty so you know I was finally put at rest!
Never trust the company when buying a car seriously this is a very shady start up!!! They do not check the cars!

Beepi doesn’t need another 5 star review, but I love them so much, I feel the urge to write one!
Beepi’s customer service is beyond exceptional. Every single interaction with Beepi has been beyond 5 stars. They’re SUPER fast at responding, even late into the night. When they say they’re a ²⁴⁄₇ operation, they really mean it. I worked with Zoe, Charles, Wil, and Vaughn (Vince) – everyone one of them have been so helpful, fun to work with, and professional. I can’t imagine working with another dealer.
I was very sad to sell my beloved Dodge Challenger, but I had to make room for a commuter car. Not only did Beepi offer a great price to buy it, but the whole process was seamless. I set up an appointment to have my car appraised 2 weeks out into the future. I didn’t get any annoying calls for reminders for the appointment. Vaughn came right at the time we planned on. He even gave my car a car wash and filled it up with $ 10 gas! After he took photos of it and inspected it, my car literally looked like it got a face lift. And trust me, it felt even harder to sell it – I seriously wanted to pay money to buy it from myself.
Just watching how thorough Vaughn was with the car, I felt very confident that if I buy a used car, it’ll be with Beepi. He literally evaluated every bit of the car, and although he mentioned quite a number of imperfections that no other dealer noticed, he didn’t make us feel bad about them. His tone of voice was very kind yet professional.
Beepi doesn’t have any tricks up their sleeves. They are honest, reliable, and will give you the best price for your beloved car.
Beepi is like the best friend I’ve always wanted to have! And their logo/​website is super cute. Wish I had more cars to sell and more money to buy Beepi cars.

Purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium from Beepi in September. The process was most smooth sailing, but there were a couple rough patches along the way.
First, I initially wanted to sell my 2014 Ford Mustang GT. They quoted me a little over $ 25k for it (KBB was $ 23k at the time) so I setup an appointment for an inspection agent to come out. I followed up with a Beepi rep over their online chat to confirm my appointment because I hadn’t heard from their inspector as expected… at that time the Beepi chat agent told me that they cancelled the appointment because my car has an outstanding recall on my Takata airbags, therefore they wouldn’t be interested in selling my Mustang as a «Beepi car.» Well, that would’ve been nice to know up front. No problem, I instead offered my car as a trade-​in and accepted the KBB value.
Second curve ball was that the listing for the Ford Fusion Ti was somewhat inaccurate. On the features page they listed features the vehicle did not have like AWD and Park Assist (Active Park Assist?) so I had to get clarification from their agent. At this point, I had already agreed to purchase the car, so they corrected their errors and gave me a $ 50 Amazon gift card for the inconvenience. Not bad.
Lastly, they didn’t have the title on the Ford Fusion Ti, and my credit union would require the title to close on the loan. The Beepi agent told me it could takes 2 – 4 weeks for Ford Credit to release the title to them, which is a huge set back. I did a little research and discovered that I could arrange a purchase agreement with my credit union, which wouldn’t require the loan. With the purchase agreement settled, my 2 – 4 week time table suddenly became 2 – 3 days and the car was on its way!
When the car arrived, the paper-​signing marathon began. About an hour later, the driver (Hercules) was on his way out and I had keys to my shiny new (to me) Fusion Ti. Thanks Beepi!

Beepi is awesome! I’m backpacking for a year so decided to sell my 2013 Honda recently. I’ve had it for just over 2 years and it was in excellent condition so I put it on Craigslist for $ 20,000, KBB was just over that. I needed new front tires and there were minor cosmetic issues so Beepi offered me $ 19,000.
I accepted and it was the easiest sale I’ve ever done! They emailed me asking for some minor stuff for the paper work and that was all the work I had to do. After 30 days of being on the market, Beepi came with the paperwork and a check and all I had to do was sign it. I even drove 4,000 more miles on it road tripping while waiting for the 30 days to pass and still got the same price!
Definitely a great experience and I recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a car to use Beepi. You won’t be disappointed!
