I have always been an active individual and found a love of running before my daughter’s birth. As soon as I was able I immediately got back into running and managed my first 5k by Mother’s Day 2012. But I was still having trouble managing the baby weight which is when I found stroller fitness with Baby Boot Camp. I loved the connection with other moms, and the accountability of being in class (and my daughter loves being around the other kids!). This prompted me to become an owner and instructor with Baby Boot Camp. Growing up I attended jazz, tap, ballet and horse-​back-​riding classes. I am an active performer in the Bay Area. I feel these varied forms of exercise help me understand the need for teamwork, dedication and fun in achieving fitness goals. I hope you can join us!
