If you happen to get your car towed from this shady business, make sure to keep an eye on your account that you pay them with! I’ve never had fraudulent charges to my account and about a week after I got towed, I have several fraudulent charges to my card. Avoid them at all costs and protect yourself!

Worst towing company, harassment all day. Towed from my apartment complex, they think it’s their job to come to the complex and look at stickers or tags to tow people. We have an on site security, on site maintenence or office personal who live here who can do that. Only show up one time, but the other hours throughout the night they don’t show up when other people cars doesn’t have parking permits? I called them to tow other cars without tags, they told me they’re aren’t allowed to tow cars up front because they were told it’s on hold by the management. So you have a crooked worker who just shows up towing people for money? Can’t think about their family, who they have to feed, go to work, drop or pick them up from school? I’m just saying, if there’s a crooked worker who shows up and have access, just like breaking in to a house. I think someone has to do something to that crooked worker, fire his ass. No coordination with this complex or mr. Towing, where they call themselves professional? Haha just some writing on the side of their vehicles, they’re fake and phony. Can’t do nothing for a living, but harass other people. They only hire low lifers.

Live at towne center/​Vicino apts in Lakewood. Between management here and the tow company, they are off the chain (no pun intended). I have never had my car towed and feel bad for those that have. I witnessed your company towing three cars last night and lawd knows how many after I went it. Cars being towed perhaps because management keeps handing out different stickers so there is major confusion amongst residents. I’ve had my parking stickers changed three times in five months. I’d be curious to know how much money FPI Management is making off of cars being towed. Last night it wasn’t even a matter of cars in other people’s spot but up front. The deal they have with this company is absolutely sickening.

Horrible company. Shouldn’t be in business. They towed my car when I was LEGALLY parked in my complex. Unprofessional employees and Clarissa can’t handle a conversation or show her face. Rotten customer service. Such a hassle. Eventually got my car without having to pay because these people are wrong on every aspect. They don’t deserve any stars.

So I admit we messed up when we forgot to put our handicap sign on the rear view mirror, but when I go to take my car out, these assholes have their tow trucks parked in handicapped spots. No placard and they don’t even have the year stickers on their trucks. Rude ass excuse of an employee they have at the desk.

Now I’m sure if you were to call this company, yes they would come out and help. No issue. I’ve never used this company before for any assistance, and I don’t think I would due to the fact that I often see their employees abuse of power by parking overnight in red zones.
I’m not sure why their employee or whoever is doing it, but it’s a double standard. A sticker to give them a right to just park where ever they want without any type of emergency? This doesn’t give you the right to park in a red zone overnight, and from your reviews of towing others within minutes is just even worse.
It’s disappointing that your website doesn’t lists prices for any of such violations which in turn allows your employees to make up prices as you please for any kind of violation.
My sisters vehicle was towed within 2hrs. Middle of the day in grocery store lot. During business hours, and was automatically towed. The citation given to me when picking up the vehicle just said «Unauthorized Parking» and I reiterate… it was during business hours and not overnight, she parked their at 9am due to street sweeping nearby, was towed by 11am on the citation.
Yeah, a person getting towed probably deserved it. But to chase and prey on vehicles that are only there for a while in no real clear violation is absurd. And here I capture an employee or whomever, parked overnight without any repercussions is completely and utterly ridiculous.
Some of your vehicles state, «24hr professional service» how about you act like it.

Horrendous place. My girlfriend’s car was towed here and the incredibly rude, emotionless woman working informed me at 4:00 on the phone that the total to get her car back would be $ 212, I asked if they were closing soon and she said «nah you’re fine». We promptly drove over in my car from Huntington Beach and arrived at 5:02. The woman or blatantly lied to us that the total was $ 269 and that she specifically remembered speaking to my girlfriend (who never called) and informing her of this and that was her problem she was unaware of the 5:00 pm «gate fee». There is clearly a lot of greed and deceitfulness with these people and I would advise anybody to steer clear of doing business with them ever. Good riddance to this awful establishment.

Driver hauling ass down 7^th Street between 65 – 75 MPH which only has two lanes in either direction. Tailgating which was made worse by those bright lights at that height — I could barely see. The towed car was swerving across the lanes. Driver was weaving back and forth between lanes erratically. Super frightening and dangerous driver. Shame on the company for not regulating their drivers … Would usually call the company, but from all the other reviews on here sounds like they don’t respect the law in any capacity

These people fucking tow cars for fun. When I went to pick up my car, I overhead one white man with a beard say exactly to another man, «you gotta drive it like you stole it!» What the FUCK? You scumbags take pleasure in taking money from poor college students that can’t afford to scrap up $ 262!!!

Hi my name is Dana. I came with store to my house and put the car on red line because I had heavy packages. I saw that in our territory waiting towing car. I left the car on the 1.5 or 2 minutes !!! I went out and saw he was leaving, despite the fact that I left the car door open!!! When I came to office I paid $ 265 for 40 minutes!!! I hate this towing company !

Anyone who tries to defend this company saying «you deserved to be towed» is an absolute idiot. This company doesn’t follow any set of ethics. They towed my car illegally and have no remorse. Do not trust this company to do anything for you, they are crooks. Plain and simple, I hope they go out of business.

This is the SLIMIEST GRIMIEST BUSINESS EVER! They stalk my apartments looking for a quick $ 230. I live in GATED apts and they come in STEALING cars of low income people most likely because they know its harder for the people to pay here…

Fast service! I hated to do it but someone parked in my assigned space at my apartment buildings lot. Security company told me to call Mr. C’s and before I knew it the truck was taking the car away. Whole thing took less than 35 minutes!

You people who have parked illegally and had to be towed is your own damn fault. Take some responsibility for yourself and your actions.
I was vacationing in Long Beach when I got a flat and called around. One company wanted to charge me $ 100 just to get me towed a mile. So I called Mr. C’s, the girl on the phone was nice enough, got my info and told me $ 55 for the lift and $ 7 every mile. That was perfect since I was only a mile from the nearest Pep Boys.
Tow truck arrived 30 minutes later and the driver was incredibly nice and helpful. So consoling during such a terrible, stressful time. Even was nice to my dog (which is rare since she’s a pitbull and gets unfairly judged).
Got me to Pep Boys which happened to be 1. TWO miles away and told me to wait in the truck to keep me and my dog cool while he went to find someone to help me.
I seriously can’t thank this company enough for coming to my rescue, being professional, and after all was said and done he totaled me out at $ 60 and wished me a better day.

AGREED! These tow drivers are PERVERTS!!! Last night I was driving and a tow truck driver driving beside me kept flashing a flashlight into my vehicle looking at my legs (let it be known that I WAS WEARING A DRESS). I drove faster and tried to ignore it but he just wouldn’t stop. I reversed my vehicle and started taking pictures of the licence plate. He shined his reverse high beams at me and sped off. I called police department and they advised me to call the company and let them know about the situation. I absolutely HATE them!!!

I seriously need to pray for the people that work here. They don’t care that they take money from low income families. Families that need this $ 185 for groceries to feed their families. This lady at the desk had no emotion what so ever. Praying…
I’d have an attitude too if my job consisted of robbing from the poor to give to the rich. This world is a trip. Living in it but not of it!

This is for the people that have been hurt by this business. They lurk around apartment complexes for their victims. Cheating low-​life thieves.
***In California, under vehicle code 22 658 a tow company can not tow your car from private property with 15 or more units based on a blanket authorization order from the landlord or association. In other words a towing company operating in the State of California can’t just drive through a complex looking for cars to tow in the middle of the night. Someone has to call them. The person who calls them must be present at the time the car is being towed. They must tell the tow company why the car is being towed. They have to point out the car being towed. The have to sign the authorization papers at the time the car is being towed and give their complete name, address and phone number***
These guys have NO right to take the car without any authorization, and No right to run this business.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!
They basically stole my car there is a sign that says no overnight parking but with no specific times posted. So what’s considered overnight anyway? I was only in the guest parking for 30 and I came out directly at 12pm to go home and not only was my car gone but my other friends as well. These people sat and hunted our vehicles. There is no way my car should have been towed before midnight
