Eco cleaning is the best ! Monika has excellent costumer service. She pays attention to every detail. I have had several of her girls clean my home and have always been very please with their work. I like Eco cleaning and monika so much that she now cleans my vacation rental. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy and excellent house cleaners I highly recommend Eco cleaning !

At first I was skeptical of having someone come into my home and getting familiar with my surrounding but now I realize how wrong I was in thinking this way. Monika and her team are great! First impressions are very important to me and when I met Monika, it just felt right!
I have started working long hours and the last thing I would like to stress about is cleaning. I don’t have time to keep my place in check, so I count on Monika!

We have been using Monika and her team for a few months now and have been very happy with the service. Monika is easy to communicate with, and anytime something has been missed I let her know and the next time it is taken care of and doesn’t get forgotten a second time. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommended them, I am always happy walking into my clean home after they have been there!

We have been using Monika and her team for about a year and we are very happy with the service. We have the same team come clean every 2 weeks and they are very professional. If they miss a spot, we just let them know and they take care of it!

Monika and her team have followed me to 3 (rossmoor, Naples and Bay Harbour) homes (small and large). Her team is professional and always consistent. I have been using Monika since December 2014 and I am very happy with the service.
I have a housekeeper because I am busy, so I like that she makes it easy– I can text her what I need and she responds and makes sure all the cleaning is done. I have been happy with the quality of the cleaning and happy that they use eco products. I stopped using my other cleaner because I arrived home from work to see her wiping the floor with paper towels. Monika and her team mop and scrub everything and they are great with my dog. I am very happy that I found her and would recommend her to a friend for sure!

There are definitely things I liked about EcoCleaning Solutions:
1) Monika is quick to respond and she uses email and text, which makes it easier for someone like me who is rarely able to talk on the phone.
2) You can pay the invoice online
3) The cleaners (in general) do a decent job cleaning, AND they mop the floors (not every cleaner does this)
4) They use eco friendly cleaning products
Because of the above, I wanted to keep using her cleaning service but the main reason for the two stars was the consistent issue with arriving on time. Who wants to rush home just so they can wait 45 min to an hour for the cleaners to show up?

So the way it works is, like most cleaners, they want you to do a «deep clean» and then set up regular cleanings. I got a quote from her for the deep clean and weekly & biweekly rates. We agreed that we would schedule a clean for two Fridays from then, and she would email me beforehand to confirm.
I didn’t get any email, so I thought maybe we weren’t scheduled. Then two Thursdays later I get a voicemail «confirming» cleaning for tomorrow. I was surprised but went ahead with it because I wanted to give this company a chance.
INITIAL CLEANING
I had specifically asked Monika if the cleaners could take off their shoes because I have a crawling infant and she said due to liability issues, they can’t but they wear shoe covers. I ask one of the cleaners for shoe covers and she gives me a weird look and says, Ok and goes to her car but comes back with one pair, and there are two of them there to clean! As if I only wanted 50% less germs being tracked into my house? But stupidly, I let it slide because they’re THEY WERE ALREADY 45 MINUTES LATE and I wanted to get the cleaning under way. I had called Monika and she was very apologetic, saying the cleaners were on their way.
One of the ladies then goes and makes a phone call while the other goes in and starts cleaning. She’s on her phone a good while before coming back in. I assumed maybe she was talking to Monika about the shoe covers or something??? But then she went back to talking on the phone when she started cleaning, which meant she essentially cleaned my bathroom one handed while holding her cell phone with the other.
My other complaint was the other cleaner unplugged my ipad so she could charge her cell phone. Really??? Please don’t unplug my charging devices, especially if they’re not fully charged and without asking.
15 minutes before my three hours were up, the cell phone talker asked me how everything was. I say it’s fine but there’s still 15 minutes left, and they didn’t get to the fridge (which I had requested). She said there wasn’t enough time for the fridge. Ok, fine. Instead, she asked if I wanted the blinds dusted so I said sure. I’m paying $ 65/​hour for this so 15 minutes isn’t just chump change.
At the end they asked me if everything is good, and while I was annoyed, I did like the cleaning so I tipped them. They told me to ask for them again, which I did, but unfortunately they weren’t available.
REGULAR CLEANINGS
So I did cleanings twice a month. First regular cleaning, the cleaners got there 45 minutes early. Monika texted me before noon to let me know they were on their way, even though we had agreed on 1pm. So when I get there, they were sitting in front of my house, looking as annoyed as someone who’s been waiting for almost an hour would look. I apologized and said we had agreed on 1pm and I had texted Monika to let her know I couldn’t be home earlier. The cleaners expressed surprise.
Cleaning wise these cleaners did a decent job but what I did appreciate was that they didn’t unplug my stuff, or chit chat on the phone. I added refrigerator cleaning for an extra price and they did it well. Overall, they weren’t as efficient as the first cleaners. I tipped them for cleaning the fridge and in hopes they would be my regular cleaners. I called Monika to ask for them again, but was told only one of them would be able to come back.
Second regular cleaning — again, they were also very professional EXCEPT THEY WERE NEARLY AN HOUR LATE. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back, next to the fact that there was still mildew in the shower when they were done.
I told Monika I had to cancel the cleaning service and she seemed to either not care OR she already knew the reasons since she didn’t ask me any questions or reply to my cancellation email.
All in all — if you are flexible with your time, this is a good cleaning service. Unfortunately, with two kids and working part time, my schedule is packed. I skip childrens nap times and pick up fast food to get home in time for the cleaners. I expect a professional company to be able to make their appointments and not keep its clients waiting.

We have been using Monika and her team for years and can honestly say they are the best we have ever used. Prior to Eco we had several other house cleaning companies who unfortunately kept breaking things. Monika’s team is thorough, fast, and excellent. Best of all, she works around scheduling emergencies.

It started out good but got sloppy so I had to cancel service. I don’t want to follow people around pointing out every little thing they missed & by the 4^th /​5^th cleaning there was a lot to point out.

I love Eco Cleaning Soloutions! I found them on line and emailed and Monika came out the same day to give me an estimate. I am always worried about any service people being in my house while I am at work, but Monika’s crew has always been top notch trustworthy and they clean my house wonderfully! They respect my *clutter areas* that I sometimes don’t have time to go through and I truly appreciate that.

We’ve been using EcoCleaning Solutions for maybe a year and a half now? I think that Olga is the bomb! She’s so sweet and thoughtful — a genuinely nice person. She is extremely hard working and courteous. We’ve had a couple of other people who have cleaned when Olga wasn’t available and they’re all extremely hard working and do a professional job. Dishes are in the washer and the trash and recycling are out the door!
I alway ask that they sweep the pine needles off our balcony and they do it with a smile!
The best thing about the way they clean is that there is little or no smell left behind. If you are sensitive to the harsh cleaning solutions and the pungent smells that are left behind after the job is done, you should really try this company. It’s very different than the others! You won’t know until you’ve tried them.

I am so pleased with this cleaning service! I was stood up by another company on Saturday so I was happy to that I could find a company that would come over the next day. Monika was my savior. I had a lot to clean and wanted new lining on my cabinets. Ana came to the condo and worked non stop for the hours she was here. I even asked her to take a break, which she said she didn’t need. I don’t think people realize how time consuming a thorough cleaning takes. Ana touched every surface and made sure it was clean. My refrigerator is gleaming.
I am now scheduling Ana to come back to clean areas I thought didn’t need it.
Give this company a chance but don’t put expectations on how much should be done in an hour. They are cleaning the cracks and surfaces not easily noticed.

I have been using EcoCleaning Solutions for about a year now and I am very impressed. I met Monika on the first visit and I really liked her vibe which is why I decided to go with her in the first place.
I told her that I did find her on Unilocal and that her reviews were not that great. She explained to me that she tried to do a Groupon deal and it didn’t really work out that well. We talked about that situation a bit and I told her that I am kind of a control freak when it comes to my home office cause this is where I handle my business!
Monika sent me Olga on the first visit and she has been with me ever since. Olga is a rockstar and I love that she comes to visit me every two weeks. She has a great cheerful personality and she works hard which is all that I ask.
I must be a total nightmare to work for because I am always on the phone and Olga has to come check with me before she fires up the vacuum because I might be on a call that requires background silence. She takes it in stride and so do I. She has been great to me which is why I have been here for the past year.
The Bottom Line: Call Monika if you need a good quality cleaning service in Long Beach!

I found EcoCleaning Solutions, Inc when they ran a advertisement on Living Social. It was the best $$$ I could have spent. My wife and I were looking for a company that was legal by the books (licensed & bonded). Monika showed up gave me an estimate and we negotiated the price.
We have been using EcoCleaning Solutions since July 2011 and they are pretty good at their job. They clean our 900 square foot house in just under 4 hours. Needless to say we see them ever 2 weeks (wife hates a dirty house). We recommend Monika and her staff to all of our friends.

Note: our house is very orderly, it just needed a good scrubbing. So, she did not have to pick up anything – I even cleared out the shower of shampoo bottles and cleared cabinets off so they could be cleaned.
The girl did a decent job, though she spent half the time on our master bathroom in a 2br/2.5 bath home. I think she is probably still learning what to prioritize and how long to spend on things. It was nice that she spoke English /​was a college girl just working hard to make money. She broke something but admitted and stayed an hour longer, I’m assuming to make up for the broken item.
It was odd to me that she didn’t even wipe down ANYTHING in the kitchen, I guess she ran out of time (even with the extra hour).
It was okay and nice not to have to clean, but not sure I would put them on my regular rotation. Definitely honest though, and was super nice they brought ALL the supplies, even the vacuum and mop, and took the trash with her.

Well, as I write this I’m waiting for the cleaning lady to show up. We’re having a party tonight and I was counting on a cleaning company to help with some of this work in getting the place ready. At the moment the cleaners are 30 minutes late and I’m beginning to doubt they’ll show up. When I try to call their only listed phone number I just get put through to voice mail. They actually called this morning and tried to change the appointment from today until Tomorrow, I was nice enough to let them come at 3 instead of 2:30…but there’s a reason I made an appointment over a week ago. I need this done today. Now it’s 3:30 and there’s no sign of them. I unfortunately can provide no review in regards to the quality of the actual cleaning but I will say that if you want someone who actually shows up to the appointment DON’T USE ECO CLEANING SOLUTIONS!!!

Great service! I agree with the previous reviewer that their attention to detail was impressive, and definitely what I needed.
I’m just sorry I didn’t have them come out for longer. I’m already looking forward to having them come out again!
