Breeding Construction, Inc., Roofing & Sheet Metal specializes in both commercial and residential roofing projects, small & large scale, government & civilian work. Approved applicators of Green Roof Systems, Built up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Standing Seam, Shingles and custom metal fabrication for gutters, fascia, soffit, siding and more. We can offer a 20 year NDL warranty or more depending on the system. Unlike most other roofing contractors, we have a broad range of related divisions and are fully qualified to work with additions, new homes, decks, windows and renovations. We are Bonded, Licensed and Insured. Breeding Construction holds a Class A Contractors License and can tackle all aspects of your project.

History

Established in 1990.

Family owned and operated. Mr. Breeding has a background in Architecture which allows him to see the full range of a project from the ground up, not just at the roof line. Mr. Breeding began his roofing career working wih his brothers and then moved onto building custom homes and custom carpentry but the roofing industry had higher demands. Breeding Constructions first large project was Andrews Air Force Base installing dome skin roofs on the Presidential airplane hanger and from there he moved into more government, schools and hospital projects.

I am custom finish carpenter by heart but my family had there own roofing company as a kid and this is what I grew up doing from a young age. I also have a background in Architecture. I worked with a firm for a while but was drawn back to the roofing industry. Having my drafting background allows me to have the ability to look at a project as a whole and help our customers with designing their projects and helping the customer achieve the desired outcome. This is something that I trully have a passion for and most of my clients see my commitment to giving them the best.
