Allegiant specializes in concrete, landscaping, and renovation services. We offer custom decorative concrete, including stamping, staining and sealing.

Decorative concrete provides a natural appearance and also allows you to customize the exterior of your home. Allegiant specializes in driveways, patios, foundations and pool decks, and alsoprovides more specialized items such as outdoor barbeques and sports courts. For environmental sustainability, we offer our customers pervious (porous) concrete which allows precipitation to recharge the groundwater.

Allegiant is a licensed general contractor with a C-​8 concrete licence.

History

Established in 1989.

Bob Garrison partnered with longtime friend and successful entrepreneur Mark Haney to build Allegiant, a company with a unique approach to business. Allegiant’s mission centers on the idea that giving back to the local community is a vital corporate responsibility. As such, Allegiant’s founders have developed a two-​pronged approach to fulfilling that responsibility. First, Allegiant is committed to reinvesting in the Sacramento Region’s youth sports programs, including those in the very neighborhoods where the founders themselves once played and coached youth sports. Second, Allegiant is committed to providing opportunity to those who have served in our country’s armed forces as they make the transition back to civilian life. A percentage of every dollar of Allegiant’s sales of concrete, landscaping and renovation services will help fund local sports programs and military veteran services through Allegiant Giving, a non-​profit organization.

Meet the Business Owner

Bob G.

Business Owner

Bob leads the Allegiant sales and operations groups and oversees staff development.

Raised in Roseville, Bob began his construction career framing custom homes at the age of 12. Over the next 36 years, Bob went on to master numerous trades within the construction industry. In 1989 he obtained his general contractor’s license and founded G&S Construction. From 1989 – 2011, G&S Construction served the local community as a full service construction company specializing in concrete, landscaping and renovation services. In April 2011, G&S Construction rebranded itself under the name Allegiant.

Bob and his wife Roni reside in Loomis with their three sons. For years, Bob coached competitive sports including football at Bella Vista and Oakmont high schools. Whether on the football field or construction site, Bob lives by the motto «Quality and character count.»
