Business Owner
I am an HVAC contractor who is also certified as: a HERS rater, Greenpointe rater, Green building professional, Combustion Analysis, NCI, NBI Balancing and am a Board member of the California Building Contractors Association. I have been working with top Executives of Sacramento Municipal Utilities District, Pacific Gas & Electricity and the California Energy Commission on various projects I have done that they have monitored and used to forward their plans to reduce the energy use of the entire state by 20% before the year 2015. I am also working on a project with the National Renewable Energy Lab in Colorado focusing on Deep Energy Retrofits with the goal of 70% – 90% energy reduction in existing buildings.
