Worst WH I have ever been too. Service was lacking, they were out of OJ. Everything in the place was dirty, sticky and nasty feeling. Employees acted like we were interrupting their lives by being there.

My daughter and I came in on our way to Shreveport and she had never been to a Waffle House. I was concerned that the parking lot was empty at 8pm but it soon filled up! The cook made everything perfect! Perhaps the best scrambled eggs ever! The waffles were perfection! Great place to stop for delicious breakfast anytime of day.

Food was good. The waiter rolled his eyes when I asked for my eggs scrambled hard. He also didn’t come check on us anymore after our food arrived. It’s more expensive than most other Waffle Houses. My sister had a piece of egg shell in her eggs which was unfortunate. It wasn’t crowded so that was unacceptable. We will just keep on down the road next time.

On September 30, 2014, I had just gotten refund from Waffle House on Estes Parkway in Longview, TX that night after one of the cashiers with the name Gypsy on her name tag stole my money a couple of days earlier around midnight. She had refused to refund me my money after I told her that I didn’t want her making my food since I knew she didn’t like me. She had gotten an attitude with me. She’s lucky nothing happened to her that night including going to jail since I didn’t have my cellphone on me to call the cops and was still on the clock driving for my job. Not wanting to go to jail myself and get fired from my job, I left, but not before cursing her out. I had contacted upper management about the issue since there was no manager there the night that it happened. All they have to do is look at the camera to see her display such bad and criminally egregious behavior. I finally got in contact with the manager at that Waffle House by phone and he begged me to come pick up my refund since I had threatened to file a police report and sue Waffle House. About a week or so later, I just found out that Gypsy is still working there, What kind of business keep bad employees. If you don’t want to have a bad experience, stay far away from this Waffle House on Estes Parkway.

Jamie, the manager gave me absolutely 100% the best customer service I could have imagined for a restaurant… three weeks after my visit(which was delicious by the way), I lost my receipt for my expense report. He dug through the old receipts, took a picture with his phone, and sent it to me. Above and Beyond! Thanks and I’ll be coming back!
