Horrible service and complete disregard for others.
After waiting an hour and a half for roadside assistance, calling to find out why they ended up being late, being told another 20 – 25 minutes, calling again after they were late, being told another 10 – 15 minutes, calling my insurance company’s customer service during that time and using up the 15 minutes on that call, then receiving a call from the towing company telling us that we would need to either wait ANOTHER 30 minutes or cancel and get someone else, we went with someone else.
*in response to the business response below: our total wait time was 2.5 hours and we were not contacted by the company until the last of it. Each time we reached out after the service person was already late and each time we were told he was on his way. This isn’t something where even an iota of customer service was considered. This is a failure on your part and any spin you attempt to place on it is insuffucient to cover up that fact.

These guys rock! They’re the only service that would even think about, let alone have the equipment to handle, showing up in a high mountain snowstorm on Thanksgiving night! Saved my ass, secured my car and even dropped me off at home. Highly Recommended!

Reliable towing helped me out with a tow recently and the gentleman was like a surgeon, my truck was surrounded by fences, trees and my other vehicles and they were able to get it loaded without any issue. Clean, friendly and professional. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do, I know in in good hands.
