They ordered bigger carpet samples for me which helped to pick out what we wanted. Carpet layers were courteous and did a great job.

I recently had most all of the carpeting in my two story home replaced. Had 4 detailed bids from local highly rated carpeting dealers. A couple of them seemed sleazy and I ignored them. Of the remaining two, Carpet Masters was higher by a couple hundred $$. However they won my business because of the extreme professionalism they exhibited during both the carpet selection process and the detailed, knowledgeable measurement and estimation of the cost.
The installation crew was superb. They showed up both days exactly on time and were very businesslike and polite. The installation was done on two working days with one day in between to allow me to leisurely move things to different rooms. The crew helped me move a few heavier items for a very reasonable cost which was itemized in their bid.
I’m very pleased with the result. As far as I can tell, the installation is perfect, including a fairly complex stairway. At my request they cut and bound some of the leftover pieces into mats for entryways and small area rugs for heavy usage areas.
Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased, and highly recommend them. They also offer tile and other floor treatments.

We’ve used Carpet Master’s twice now. The first time we picked out some carpet to be bound in a 12×12 square. This was far cheaper than trying to purchase a pre-​made floor rug and was custom to fit our space. They did a great job.
Next we remodeled our basement with a mix of tile and carpet. They were very knowledgeable and helped us select the right material for our space. I’ve done tile work before and was really impressed. They were fast, professional, and did a great job.
The carpet work was also done very well. In fact, during the floods last year, some water got in and our new carpet got wet. We pulled it up to remove the pad and let the carpet dry out. Then we gave them a call. Without hesitation, they expressed sympathy and sent a guy out with new pad to fix our carpet almost immediately. They only charged us what it cost them for the pad and the guy’s time. They went above and beyond for us.
I would never use any one else for any type of flooring, not just carpet.

I chose Carpet Masters in Longmont on the recommendation of a builder who had used them a lot. I hadn’t shopped around before this, and just needed to decide on carpet for our new house in a hurry! Ken was very helpful and helped me make a decision in record time! He respected my need for a bargain, and directed me to the carpet that was the best buy. The installation was done on time and done right. I love our new carpet and it cost much less than I thought I’d need to pay.
