Very disappointing service. If you do decide to waste your time with them don’t make an appointment, because they will treat you as a walk in and make you wait even if you do.

What began as the most amazing car deal ever offered for an RC350, became the worst dealership experience in my life. These guys are good at promising you the world and delivering absolutely nothing. So I took my business across to Manhattan and got the car I wanted in the time promised. Queens Lexus also promised me a refund on my deposit which they have yet to process. Thanks to Oscar (Salesman) who scoffed and laughed in my face when I showed up to get my credit card refunded. Completely unprofessional and childish.
Save your time, save your money and choose somewhere else.

I brought a brand new Lexus LS 460 F sport and since the first day I got this car the rear brakes are making a lots of noise and I brought it back to service twice and they didn’t even fix it at all and gave the car back to me in less than 10 minutes of bring it in. At the same time I had an issue with the remote starter and they told me to press the SOS button on the car to assist me instead of helping me out. I brought the car in for service and it end me contacting customer service for 30 minutes and getting remote to work by myself. This place provide terrible service and I would not go back there. You would think if you spent over $ 100,000 on a car they would provide some type of good service or try too. Overall I’m not the only person that has problems at this dealership and would recommend people not to come here and avoid the headache that can’t get resolve

This dealer almost gave my father in law a heart attack yes assholes in Lexus if u reading this Lexus this is frank g son in law does that ring a bell? From the sales man, to the finance department, you guys really almost gave him a stroke well people if you guys are reading this avoid this dealer at all cost save yourself a trip to the emergency room… I can see why this dealer has only 2 stars maybe by the time I finish this review it will only be 1 star and hopefully 1 day out of business and everyone in that dealer on the welfare line.

This is the worst auto service location I have ever used. 4 trips last summer to repair my air conditioning system because they couldn’t get it right. (Meanwhile, the problem was diagnosed simply by the service guys where I had taken my car for annual inspection.) After this most recent fiasco, I went to another Lexus shop for repairs. While I was getting the paper work in line, the attendant researched my car history. The LIC shop changed my radiator without telling me. I can only conclude that they cracked it during one of their incompetent service visits.

BE WARNED USED CAR BUYERS! I found a 2014 Infinity q50 on car gurus for a very good price and low miles. When I ran the VIN in Car fax it came up salvage/​lemon/​major accident. While not illegal to sell such cars, dealers are REQUIRED to disclose this. The fact that this was nowhere on the listing is just a lame bait and switch to lure people to their dealership. Disgusting. Luckily, I was smarter than that. Buying a used car from a no name dealer is very dangerous. No reputable Infinity or Lexus dealer would risk their reputation by selling such cars. They unload them at auction instead.

Having them do the maintenance for my RX 350 last time, guess what I found beneath my car next day, engine oil!!! The guy who serviced me kept persuading me to change the water pump, which is absolutely unnecessary but would cost extra several hundred dollars. Won’t be back.

My husband and I were shopping for a certified pre-​owned SUV when we stepped into Lexus of Manhattan on a whim. We ended up falling in love with a beautiful 2012 RX350 listed for $ 29,990. After test driving the car and crunching the numbers on a lease, we decided the dealership was in the business of overcharging customers. On our way home the next evening, we ran into Bob, a guy who parks his 2015 RX350 on our block. He encouraged us to try Lexus of Queens. The next day, I called Lexus of Queens and got Raj «Paul» Murjani (sales manager) on the line. I proposed a lease arrangement on a 2015. He called me back within an hour, introduced me to his top sales associate, Peter, and agreed to do the deal. Since we weren’t picking the car up for a few days, we had some time to do more of our own research. We found that the monthly payment we originally proposed was a bit higher than it «should» be.
When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with enthusiasm by two lovely receptionists. They offered us refreshments and directed us to an inviting lounge area with tables, chairs, and a full complimentary refreshment bar. Peter came out a few moments later, introduced himself (in person this time) and showed us to our new car. Truly a top-​notch presentation, the car was parked in the rear showroom with a personalized certificate of congratulations standing next to it — a real cake-​topper!
When it came time to go over the numbers and seal the deal, I mentioned that, through some of my own calculations, I came up with a much lower monthly payment. I was told by Evan, the finance manager, that the Bankrate lease calculator I was using «doesn’t work.» Really? How about it does work, just not in the way the dealerships would like it to work :) I realize any time you buy or lease any car, you are likely going to walk away feeling as if you could have gotten a better deal, but we came up with a number that my husband and I were both comfortable with and signed away.
Other than overhearing Raj, Peter, and Evan «discussing our proposal» while we were waiting in Evan’s office, I would say the negotiations went relatively smoothly. All three of Evan, Raj, and Peter, as well as the gentleman who went over all the technical stuff with us before we drove away, were very friendly and helpful.
A few things that stood out to me: really nice, clean restroom (yes, this is important to the ladies!), they offer customers free washes, free 5k and 10k maintenance, lovely waiting area, friendly service with a smile (even through all of my relentless negotiations).
We were supposed to get a drawing of Snoopy from Peter before we left, but he ran out of time and promised one when we return for service in a few months.
Overall, I would recommend Lexus of Queens. Just be sure to do sufficient research before you sign anything (regardless of where you buy or lease your car!) :)

The level of frustration and regret we feel from purchasing our pre-​owned vehicle from this dealership is astounding. The whole experience was so terrible we will NEVER be going back here again and we advise others to stay away as well (please read all the negative reviews online for yourself). This dealership was incredibly unprofessional and operates their business in such an unethical manner.
We worked with salesman, Dennis and his manager, Richard, to purchase our white 2009 Lexus IS 250. We negotiated on the price and agreed to have them fix the front interior leather seats and the front bumper (later they also decided to «fix» the back bumper for us as well). We initially inspected the car on a Saturday and they encouraged us to come back that following Tuesday (the last day of the month) to pick up the car and complete the paperwork. On Tuesday morning while on our way to the dealership we get a text message from Dennis explaining that the car was still in the auto body shop and would not be ready to be picked up that morning. We were annoyed that they failed to inform us sooner but we didn’t want to rush them so we told them to take their time. We live in Brooklyn and traveled to Queens via the subway so we waited around the area. After waiting a little over 8 hours we get a call from Dennis saying we would not be able to get the car that day, it wouldn’t be ready. We were really frustrated with the complete lack of communication between Richard and his team (Dennis and the auto body shop they work with, which was literally blocks away). Richard didn’t think it was a big deal and simply told us to come back the next day, without once putting into consideration people have to work and cannot be taking days off because their car dealership is so unprofessional. He of course put the whole blame on Dennis who he explains has been «a car salesman for two weeks and doesn’t know what he is doing». I’m sure this isn’t the first time he has used that line.
In the end Dennis drove the car to Brooklyn for us the next day. Shortly after, we discovered there was a crack on the windshield (please see attached picture). We contacted Dennis about it right away but decided to fix that on our own since it was a simple fix and didn’t want to go back there after what happened last time. However, after a little over a week of having the car in our possession we realized there were cracks in the paint on the back bumper (see pictures) and further investigation lead us to unsightly paint drips as well. The paint was also completely rubbing off on the front bumper as we were cleaning it. We admit we know nothing about cars and immediately brought the car to another auto body shop and we were just shocked.
The bumpers were never sanded down before primer and paint application. The paint they used was of the cheapest quality. They didn’t let the separate coats of the paint dry before applying other coats on top. The paint was literally coming off in sheets (again please see pictures). The most ridiculous was the fact that the back bumper was only attached with ONE screw and other screw was no where to be found. The head lights wasn’t screwed on properly either and was coming out as the bumper was removed for further inspection. We were told this sloppy job could have been done in under 2 hours and yet we waited about over three days for it. At this point we were beyond angry and I called Richard and of course he put the whole blame on the auto body shop. He told us to bring the car into their dealership because he wants to see these issues and that there was nothing he could do for us unless he saw the problems. But seriously who would ever bring their car to this place ever again?!
After days at the new auto body shop we received more bad news, the front bumper would have to be totally replaced because whatever chemicals they used on the bumper before was preventing the any paint from securely adhering. Even after the bumper was repainted the paint would eventually come off in sheets again. Needless to say this whole ordeal has been a nightmare and we really hope no one has to go through what we experience at Lexus of Queens. You have been warned, go at the risk of your own expense.

Our sales associate was fine, but this review is mostly for the financial advisor, Howard Lien. During the entire period that my husband and I sat in Mr. Lien’s office, he did not once look at me. He did not bother saying hello or acknowledging my presence. I have never felt so offended.
I reached out to the general manager and he apologized on behalf of Mr. Lien, but also tried to defend him.

We stopped in several weeks ago looking at the ES350 and RX350. A salesperson by the name of David helped us who seemed nice enough at first. After test drives of each vehicle, we finally sat down in the «deal room». This is when things started to go downhill quickly. David came back with an offer that was WAY above the price both vehicles were being advertised at AND this included a trade-​in of our existing car with a Kelly Blue Book value of $ 10K. David actually said to us «you’re very lucky that my boss is offering you $ 7K for your car. I guessed it was worth $ 2K.» Thanks, David. We’re actually not interested in trading our car in since we know we’ll get more from it in a private sale, but we appreciate your insult on top of your admission of how lousy you are at estimating car value. We went back and forth several times, and each time, he left us waiting for 20 – 30 mins and would come back and say things like «You don’t even want to know what my sales manager said you guys can go do… but don’t worry, I got your back». Nice — your transparent good-​cop bad-​cop totally makes us want to lease a car from you.
During one of these long waits we contacted Lexus of Latham (upstate NY) and confirmed that the pricing we are receiving is very high and that they would beat the price significantly. We relayed the new quote to David, who told us that there’s no way in the world Lexus would accept that offer, and even had the nerve to tell us that if we don’t lease from them, we’ll have to wait 2 – 3 times as long for service and maintenance. Well, a few weeks later, we’re in a Lexus ES350 leased from Latham Lexus at exactly the price they quoted us (actually a little bit lower). In summary, these people are just totally full of sh*t and of themselves. If Latham is too far of a drive, go to Manhattan, LI, or NJ.

Long waits, even if you call to confirm that there is an appointment available. Something that should take 10 mins takes 60 mins.

Created an account just so I can post a review here because of how much this place lacks of professionalism. The one star is for the valet service guys and the lady behind the service counter. Looking at all these reviews and it doesn’t look good. But hey maybe they’ve got their act together and improved. Went in for their free car wash. Waited in their waiting room, they had a good selection of food and drinks. Waiting room was perfect. When the valet guys called me telling me my car was done I expect it to be all clean. When I got outside I saw spots of dirt. They explained that it was baked on and you need to get it detailed. Fine no problem. But I expect all the bird poop, dirt in the wheels, the side skirts and rear bumper to be clean. AND THERE WAS A SCRATCH ON MY REAR BUMPER. manager came over and said we didn’t do it blah blah blah deny responsibility like they’re suppose to do. Tells me that we can re wash the car for me. I mean why would I have you guys re wash my car. If I can’t trust you guys with a free car wash then what makes you think I’m going to come back and let you maintain my car. If you do not know anybody here DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL DO A HALF ASS JOB.

Bought a Pre-​Certified truck off them… once I agreed to the purchase, everything was rushed. The tire that they plugged (unbeknownst to me) popped two months after I bought the truck. This happened in a Westchester & I had to service the car at Lexus of Westchester which cost me $ 300. Several weeks later, the check engine light came on with 30k miles on the car. I brought it to Lexus of Queens & they said that the engine ignition coil was bad. Over the next 2 years, this same problem arose 2 more times! Talk about ineptitude & being inconvenienced!
Soon the time will come for me to buy another Lexus & I will do so at Ralley Lexus!

Charlie Villa was our salesperson, he went above & beyond his duties making sure me & my wife was informed & taken care of, throughout the entire process. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He gave me honest opinions & a quote that beat out 2 other Lexus dealership by a mile.
My experience here made me believe in the Lexus Brand. Everyone was extremely helpful with a smile at every turn. From the free Valet to the complementary refreshment bar (Coffee, Water, Hot CoCo, Bagels, Muffins Etc…) having someone hold a door, to the amount of details, that is put into making sure. That us the clients enjoy every moment, of the Lexus dealership experience.

I decided to wait for a few visits to write and submit my review for Lexus of Queens.
The valet and service advisors are polite. The large comfortable seating waiting area with tables for eating, reading (news papers of the day and magazines provided) is cleaned often and the coffee, tea, bagels muffins and the like are replenished leaving no time complains by customers.
When car is complete it’s cleaned and you are notified by the valet person.

Please stay away from this dealership!!! It appears nice from the outside, but in reality their services are terrible and on the top of it you will receive your car scratched up. Went there twice for a very simple sun wiser replacement. First time they did not have it. Second time, i was told to come in and that the part had arrived. Left the car, got the loaner but 6 hrs later received a phone call from service explaining that wrong part was ordered and that i need to come again. When i picked up my car i noticed that my front bumper was hit and was sticking out on the side of the vehicle

Did the first 5k maintenance here.
They did the wrong one (did 10k instead of 5). That matters because the 10k has an oil change but 5k doesn’t. So they said the next time they won’t do the oil change. Well that screws up the oil change cycle. And my car needs synthetic oil, which is expensive (~$ 100 was the quote i got when i asked).
Also, after i left, there was a very noticeable SCRATCH on the back on the car. Totally UNACCEPTABLE.

I expect better service in Lexus but this one is really bad. I went there to replace a headlamp due to a national recall. According to the advisor they have to order the new lamp. I said «Ok fine.»
Now, it has 2 months. I never got a call from them to replace the lamp. Therefore 0 star for service.
