History

Established in 2012.

God used to throw the *best* summer cookouts EVER. The centerpiece of these events were the mouthwateringly delicious burgers God used to cook. Burgers whose recipe he refused to share…

Lucifer, in order to spread the deliciousness to the people, stole this recipe from God and was cast out of Heaven. He took the recipe with him. Over the years, using the fires in Hell, Lucifer was able to improve this recipe, making the most delicious, evil burgers that have ever existed.

Through a number of secret, arcane rituals, we have been able to summon Satan on earth and have made him share the recipe with us. It is this burger… the 666 burger.

Amazing burgers. I had the Beelzeburger, which is their spicy burger. It was absolutely delicious. Very juicy, and it also had a little bit of a crust on the outside of it. So, so good.
As an aside, these guys pulled up their food truck to Brooklyn Boulders during an event where they were doing a meet and greet with Team Rubicon, a group that came in to help the cleanup from Sandy. 666 Burger was handing out free burgers to everyone in support of the meet and greet. Not sure who paid for that, but it was great for me!

The burger is unlike anything else I’ve had in the city. It’s perfectly spiced, grilled and juicy, and good and buttery like it should be. Don’t ask for tomato, lettuce, onion or attempt to order off the menu– you will probably be told to head to Applebee’s for a slider, you yuppie d-​bag.
The fries and seasoning are better than restaurant quality, no contest. I don’t know what/​how they are doing it, but it works.
Their philosophy is perfect, the basic approach and obviously high quality ingredients instantly tell you ts’ no normal burger. This truck rocks, hail Satan.
