We R Wireless – Verizon Wireless

This is honestly the best Verizon store I have been to and with the most friendly employees. They are very good at what they do. I have been here more than a couple of times with phone issues and they never seemed annoyed or frustrated to help me out. I always got treated the same each time I have been here. I would recommend all the employees here especially RJ, Karla and Ivan. They know what they are doing and they are very helpful.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Horrible customer service, absolutely the worst.
I ordered a phone here two months ago to upgrade to an iPhone 6s because it was out of stock. When I went into the store in January they told me it was backordered so I would have to wait and they would call me. Several weeks after that I called to check in on the order and it was still not there. Today, in February, I go in after two months and they still don’t have my phone. The guys explanation is that they probably called but after a week of not picking up the phone they sold it to someone else. I had no voice mails left regarding this. The «customer service» they have here is pitiful and I refuse to give my money to this store.
Seriously, go anywhere else. There’s a Verizon retailer near trader Joe’s, try going there or anywhere but here.

Excellent customer service but limited parking. The manager Rj and sales guy Ivan was good. Good a new plan, new phone and I love it. Came here in the first place due to my buddies recommendation. The manager of this store is very professional and he knows his stuff. Unlike other stores who try to rip you off by selling the more expensive plans and phones, they were very accommodating to my budget. I was surprised myself to be experiencing this at a Verizon store. Also, had an issue with my new phone, came back the next day and they figured out the problem and fixed it quickly, even on a busy day. The employees in this stores are very well trained and filtered. Good job to whoever trained them.

If it was possible to give negative stars let alone zero, I would. This is THE NUMBER ONE WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. The employee that «helped» me (he didn’t have a name tag — probably on purpose so no one could call him out or identify him to his boss) was incredibly rude, he knew absolutely NOTHING about what he was doing and kept connecting me to Verizon Residential even though I told him repeatedly that I needed assistance with my Verizon WIRELESS CELL PHONE ACCOUNT. He then told me that I needed a password to my business account even though I DONT HAVE A VERIZON BUSINESS ACCOUNT, and even after telling him this numerous times he completely ignored me and proceeded to try to reset a password to an account that does not exist by calling the WRONG number (the Verizon Residential Services Help Number — aka home phone and internet) and was EVEN rude to the customer service representative that answered the phone and told him that he was calling the wrong number. HE LITERALLY KEPT CALLING THE WRONG NUMBER AND IGNORING ME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMAN ON THE PHONE. Not to mention that during this entirety of this frustrating experience, his eyes were glued to his own cellphone where he was quickly switching between texting people and very aggressively scrolling up and down on ebay. No wonder he made so many mistakes, he was completely wrapped up in online shopping! I was in there for 25 min waiting on hold for the wrong company. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME TO THIS VERIZON STORE.

I just came in to buy a charger and Matt helped me out. He graciously gave me great service without being a pushy salesman. He was able to look up my account and I ended up buying a phone because he gave me a great deal! I called into customer service after to double check his pricing and it was correct and as low as he could get it.

I am a very happy customer at this location. I’ve been a customer of Verizon for about 10 years now. When we moved here they made it so incredibly pain free to setup our home with Fios and our wireless service. If I ever have issues with my cell phone, because I am always hitting buttons I am not supposed to hit they quickly fix it. Then my husband dropped his phone in the water they quickly helped us out. Now about 3 Days ago we went apple crazy and I was overwhelmed. RJ, was so incredibly helpful he did everything for me he loaded up like my apps set my id everything with a smile. He was so incredibly sweet because he saw how I was overwhelmed by this iPhone. He gave me a phone protector and glass cover for it. He is the best!!! Karla is great too, I went back in looking for RJ yesterday because my phone wasn’t ringing and she said «he isn’t here» but I can help you and she did. I am very happy with this Verizon team!!!

Didn’t have my phone in stock but extremely helpful placing order and answered all my questions. Very hassle free and friendly service. Much better than other Verizon stores I’ve tried in LB.

Very bad experience trying to buy a phone. Waited 30 minutes for an employee to even come by to help us and it was not busy what so ever. Then when one finally came over, he had no answers to any of our questions regarding the Galaxy s6 edge. Worst customer service experience ever. We left and went straight to Verizon.

Long line, but went quick. Acknowledged me waiting in line. They are very clean & easy to find what you need! The workers are friendly & help you with any problems you may have.

Absolutely the best wireless service in Long Beach. Hassle free. When you need help they do it they do everything download pictures from phone to phone contacts help you set up your phone as much as you need. My wife and I got a great price on the family share plan 10 GB of data unlimited text unlimited talk and outstanding service.

Horrible service, unreliable!
We havent had internet in our house for two weeks, which especially has been inconvenient for me considering tax season and that I have an online class. Verizon was supposed to come to our house for internet services TWICE and did not show up both times. I waited here for hours both times (because they don’t give a specific arrival time, they give a five hour window).
After not showing up the first time and not calling, we called them and they said «there was something wrong with our system and we will be able to come in another week». A week?! They could have/​should have called to let us know that so I wouldn’t have had to wait for them. A week later, waiting during their five hour window they didn’t show up again! So amazed with their unprofessionalism.
We also were waiting for our AT&T phone contracts to run out and were going to switch to Verizon, but that definitely will no longer be happening.

Today was the second time I’ve stopped into this store with an issue, and today is the second time I’ve dealt with manager, Mirza. He is easily the most efficient, most knowledgable, and most personable Verizon representative I’ve ever dealt with in my 8 years as a customer. Though my transaction took time to fix (no one’s fault, just the nature of it), I sat and listened to the other reps give excellent customer service to some interesting characters as well. Both times, I have left the store happy, with a working device, and feeling as though I had the best experience possible.
I cannot recommend this location and Mirza and his staff enough.

Went to the Verizon Wireless store on 2^nd St. in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, CA. Changed my phone from iphone to Samsung Note 3. A very young guy explained the monthly fee option vs the 2 year contract option in such a way that I thought I could leave Verizon any time – just would have to turn in the Samsung Note if the monthly fees had not paid for it. I decided after trying to use the Samsung that I wanted an iphone back and went to another Verizon store to turn in my Note. I was told I now had to pay $ 600 for the Samsung Note. During the time I had the Note it took over 2 weeks to set up the voicemail properly. I went into the store twice – young boys were «manning» the counter and none of them even looked up at me. The one who supposedly fixed my voicemail the first time never looked at me during my visit. I asked what he had done to supposedly fix it – he mumbled something I did not understand and walked away. The next day my voicemail was again not working.
Now I have to go back in to this same store when the manager is there and demand that I not be charged $ 600 (an employee from another Verizon store told me each individually owned franchised store has a Verizon Manager they can talk to when things come up like this. This same employee from another store told me chose not to work at the Belmont Shore location because of how poorly it is run and its bad reputation).
We’ll see how far I get.
Bottom Line: Stay away from this very poorly run store where no one has any idea about customer service, is very poorly trained, and worst of all – they just don’t care. And I am only one of MANY people who feel the exact same way.

This is a horrible store and they do nothing but tell lies. I specifically asked upon my arrival if this was a real Verizon store or a spin off. They (MANAGER) lied and said they were the real thing but they are not. Verizon needs to take this franchise store off the market. They are hurting the brand. Negative stars.

This store SUCKS. First of all, when you go in there, their own verizon signal is crap. That should tell you something.
My fiancé had her phone stolen, so we went to see what can be done. The sales girl tried to get us for $ 600 for an older model iphone. We left to figure something out. We called Verizon’s customer service line from my phone, and the lady there did it for $ 71. Horrible service, don’t care attitude, and a rip off. Don’t go to this store.

I will admit that sometimes you might have to wait for a service rep, but its not usually a long wait and the service is worth the wait!
I went in to get my new Samsung 5 last week and was immediately helped. I even got a new tablet for free and some great rebates, even with an early upgrade.
I won’t go to another store. They always have the phones in stock too.

This store is in a great location, alas they don’t have anything great in the store. They don’t even have real phones on display, which is a great disappointment. It’s also, sadly, not a «corporate location,» so they couldn’t tell me a lot of information about the new Flex program they have.
Also, there was only one representative so I waited at the desk a bit before someone even made eye contact with me. The store is so beautiful but there’s absolutely nothing in it that is appealing. It’s depressing. Now I have to go to bellflower and spring to the corporate location in order to get any information at all.
I would suggest not bothering to step into this store unless you need accessories or something, then it’s worth the trip I suppose.

So after a frustrating 4 plus weeks plus of waiting for information from Gowireless in Marina Pacifica on adding an application to my Cosmo Vortex Smart Phone which would separate notification sounds for text message and voice mails, I decided to come here.
Perhaps another set of eyes would be of assistance and, I explained my Jersey Shore Situation irritation to Kevin; he said that he would download 15 applications and, if he did not get back to me Monday to contact him.
He was baffled as I was for one:
No one at Gowireless was a able to find a solution, that the application din NOT come with the phone and the follow up by Gowirless staff still have no answer; neither did Tech support over the phone.
So, Kevin (store manager) is still working on finding the application but add a star for his installing Vlingo since all of a sudden when I was sending voice texts they were in different languages, nixed languages and jut a bunch of vowels and consonants.
I mean who ever heard of a phone that does not notify you separately with a ring tone for text and one for VM? Quick addition, Kevin installs Vlingo Text messaging and it messed up too (in just one day). So then I had to go back to Gowireless and and have VoiceSearch installed.
Kevin I’ll give you an A for effort but as a manager of a Verizon Wireless Store, a tech and a D is your grade for this semester; I had to have the Vlingo application removed and another installed from gowireless.
No, lets’ make that an F fo not getting back to me when you told me this was your top priority on you list. Yes, you never got back to me, every time I called it was some dumbass excuse. or on a visit (to many to count) literally raising your eye brows and giving me a look of «Oh well, that’s just how it is».

I should have just kept my 3 year old LG Chocolate, as this new breed from a seed of incompetence has me wondering why upgrade when old school is better?!
