Though they did not have the biggest selection but the owner was very nice and accommodating to us he helped us out in trying as many flavors as we wanted. They had a lot of their own proprietary flavors that were good. But only had one menthol which is why I gave it one less star because I am a menthol
Vaper And their menthol was more sweet than minty.

Nice to have a vape shop downtown but my experiences here have been less than par on average.
Today I went to get a replacement tip and found it difficult to get answers to simple questions like pricing.
Telling me they’re all different prices and not throwing me a ballpark or a couple prices is just plain lazy. Try, a little?
Other than that, fair prices on equipment, Pricey juice, no special offers announced.
Inside is kind of tasteless, an average to less than par vape shop from my experience. Not the kind of place I would fancy myself hanging out at the bar. odd vibes

Only place in downtown you need to go for vape. The house juice is my favorite. Pink Bunny all the way. Jonathan even custom makes my 9mg juice for me. And the music is sweet too so hang and play chess for a minute.

Jonathan is the best staff in there I go on my day off from work and always helps me out with whatever I need welcomes me here every time I come in and is the first place that don’t treat me like a dick that’s why I continue to come to this vape store because the service and it’s a good experience so if you’re trying to find a vape store come to the vapor underground and they’ll take care of you especially if you want big clouds he always knows what to do

Shop has a great atmosphere and the guy behind the counter Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was the selection of juice they had 4 lines and a house line and a few of the options were out of stock. The pricing was done well and we would defiantly go again.

Sadly i have the kind of luck where electronic cigs decide to take a swim, run off, or in this case throw a hissy fit and die. Jake saved me from having a slight meltdown, and the prices here are wonderful. I came in with an aspire tank and battery that just decided to stop firing while i was at a going away party, so with a bunch of people, no nicotine, and slight anxiety, i wasnt feeling too great on my trip. Thankfully my awesome sister and her guy told me about this place, and as soon as we walked in, Jake was friendly, informational, and helped me figure things out and was sympathetic. Again, The prices are amazingly reasonable with great products and amazing customer service. Thank you so much Jake! I’m definatly coming back next time i’m in town: D

This is my new vape shop! The flavors (pink bunny, Mr. Waterdew) are amazing, the best I’ve had. I even upgraded my piece to the IPV/​70w and couldn’t be happier.

Found this place just walking around and so glad we did! A newbie to vaping, I found this place to be both comfortable and the staff to be extremely knowledgeable without being pretentious. Both Jess and Andy provide some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
They have a great selection of product and restock on a regular basis. The juice selection is awesome and they will customize by adding menthol at a level that you want.
We have been there several times and found both Jess and Andy to be patient, attentive and extremely helpful and friendly. They have all of my future business and would highly recommend that you try it if you haven’t yet.

This is my Favorite vape shop in Long beach. E-​Cig City is cool too but this place is a cool vape shop to just chill in. They have pretty good juice deals, buy 2 and get one free or buy 3 and get 2 for free. I just got three and they all taste great. The guy who was there when I went was extremely nice and helpful. I was expecting to go in and get out as soon as I got my juice but ended up staying longer just chatting with one of the guys. It’s under ground so you have to look for the shop sign. I didn’t know it was there until a guy from e-​cig mentioned it. But great place!

On Saturday night, my friend and I were eating at Wokanos (Yum!). After we finished, I wanted to Vape. I’m fairly new to Vaping and I Unilocaled the closest Vape spot and found this gem. It was really close to where we were at so we walked there.
It can be a little hard to miss but just go to Shannon’s. It’s a Pub and there are stairs leading down directly in front of Shannon’s.
I was immediately greeted and was helped by Anthony. This guy was so knowledgeable! He taught me a lot about Vaping and let us sample all the flavors we wanted before buying. He was so damn funny and we had a lot of good laughs. He made us feel really comfortable. We also met Ken which is the Juice Maker! Yup! They make their own juice there! Awesome! Ken was dope!
I’m glad we found this place. I bought my first Vape Pen and I love it! Thanks Guys!
