My fiancée and I have visited this shop quite a few times to purchase things. They always have what my fiancée needs. And I love collecting cigar boxes and when they have empty ones they always give them to me. The staff there are always smiling, pleasant, and helpful. That’s why we like going there and why I am writing this review.

Literally just left this smoke shop and like everyone said the customer service is so good! The gentleman that helped me out was super nice. My Jamaican friend requested pipe tobacco from me and I had no idea of where to get it from so I thought I’d give Unilocal a try. I thought I’d give this shop a try because of the 5 star reviews, and the reviews were spot on.
The two guys working in the shop were more than helpful since I had no idea about tobacco price or quality. I didn’t get his name, but the thinner guy double checked the price of the tobacco after he sold it to me, to make sure he hadn’t over charged. I thought that was very professional and nice!
The next time I have tobacco needs I’ll certainly come back here!

Came here with my girlfriend in a pinch after no one in the area had what I was looking for. The man there Sharif (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was very willing to help with any questions I had. Pretty wide variety of items in the store from cigarettes, rolling papers, cool stickers, vaping supplies (mods, RDA’s, and kanthal) will definitely return when we are in the area!

This is your typical run of the mill smoke shop with extraordinary service! If they don’t have it, ask and they will likely order it for you.
And their incense is KILLER. The most unique scents and they’re so fresh they’re still wet!

Awesome customer service and chill prices. If he doesn’t have what you want or need he is always willing to order it for you. The guy that works here is super friendly. Not the biggest selection of glass but enough and also carries vape accessories like concentrate atomizers and drip tips.

I’m almost afraid to write a review about this smoke shop because I want it to stay my dirty little secret. You see, I don’t smoke… but if I did, I’d frequent this shop, say, frequently. Very. Their prices are low. The service is ultra friendly. I find it well worth my trouble to go a few blocks extra to shop at LB Tobacco Express instead of one of those 24⁄7 places.

this place is a great location for business. the environment is welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable, and the products are fresh and up to date. most tobacco shops are almost «drive thru» like where you ask for an item, you get it, you pay for it, then are moved down the line for the next customer. not these guys. the family has the establishment fully staffed at all times and all have proper knowledge of their products. Also, should you have any special requests for items and/​or have feedback on their current items, the shop will take care of you. Definitely a place you want to get your tobacco products from in Long Beach.

Wonderful little shop of any and everything you need! Customer service here is beyond great, the staff is always personable and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about all of their products.
Been coming here for a few months now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Recently they were put to the test of selling tobacco to underaged minors and passed with flying colors. Given the city and location that speaks volumes.
