Had previously rated LHP with 2 STARS but have since downgraded them to a 1 STAR. I REALLY WISHED I WOULD HAVE GONE TO SOMEONE ELSE. The best recommendation I could give anyone looking to hire them is STAY AWAY FROM LARRY H. PARKER TRULY THE WORSE ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. Horrible I know my comments may prevent my case from being resolved but at this point cautioning other is whats important.

I regret turning to these guys man, in a auto accident called LHP was sent to a chiropractor finished that then was told that id be contacted with some numbers, 8 months later not 1 phone call at all once I’m done with them IM NEVER dealing with them for any of my future accidents I’m not saying any names that are handling my case bottom line is that ANYONE who works under the name LHP should be more professional and attention to customers or at least keep us informed

I was involved in an accident on 11÷26÷14 and contacted the Law Offices of LHP right away as I have used their services twice in the past with no problems and quick service and follow ups.
Unfortunately, all that has changed. I have left four messages with the negotiator assigned to my case at least four times in SIX MONTHS and have yet to receive a return call.
It is now May 2016 and my case has still not closed, nor have I received any updates.
I’m not sure what has changed at this office, but it is likely I will not be using them again in the future…

BRANDON COLEMAN is the WORST lawyer! He does not attend to his clients and it’s a damn shame. Do not waste your time in coming here it’s a waste and a disappointment. If I can give him 0 stars that’s even too many.

DONT USE Larry h parker and ASSOCIATES. I went with this law firm first, but then they got rid of me because the insurance company didn’t want to pay. They were contacting the wrong insurance company of the driver who hit me. I was told by Dina that we didn’t have to pay doctors bills. But then later I was told that I will have to, if I don’t win the case. THEY ARE LIARS AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

After a frustrating and very long 2 years my claim was finally settled only to get the very unnerving call today that they some how missed a lien, the check was issued in a name that is not my legal name despite my correcting this issue on several occasions. So now, more waiting. Most of my settlement is going to these crooks and their shady ass Drs they send you too. Do not bother.

I have a case with LHP as well, I was in a car accident back in March of this year and oh let me tell you, they were quick to come to my house and pick up my case. They came to me to fill out paperwork send me to a Chiropractor and once my sessions ended they took forever to get my medical records. According to LHP staff they were supposed to get some type of an offer by the end of November and is now December and I’ve tried calling and leaving voicemails on Cynthia’s phone and till now, no return call. I think that’s very unethical and I really don’t know what their protocols are but they are obviously NOT to my expectations as to a client. I am not happy because I have also tried getting a hold of Cynthia’s supervisor Ken and no word from him either. But I will definitely be doing a complaint to the STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA. I am not happy with their service and I can say that the chiropractic did not help because from time to time I get temporary flares of severe pain. Its all muscle and that has not been easy on me and to not be able to return my phone calls, yeah very unethical and every time I call either they are out to lunch or just dont answer when the staff transfers me to their office line. If you are looking to hire LHP please DON’T!!!
I have a friend that had a car accident a week after I did and she already closed her case and got her settlement and she went through a different law firm. So please stay away from LHP

Beware and do some checking! Do not fall for the commercial!! This law office is the worse I have dealt with. When asked for an update or conduct a follow up on my case, the response was slow and then not all the information was not given to me. I had to continuously send emails to get the any information and when I finally did get the information I was treated like it was my fault for asking. They seem not to bother with letting there clients know what is going on and make decisions with out checking with the client. This office also borders on incompetency, because they can not get file information right and can not even do a simple name check and verify hospital information given to them.

I agree with all the negative reviews. Bernice is «suppose» to be overseeing my family’s case. It’s been one year since our accident and Larry H. Parker’s office still haven’t gotten all of my dad’s records. The funny part is the lady in charge of records, Mary Ann, as well as Bernice CONFIRMED they had ALL the records they needed on my dad back in August 2015. Now, the office is saying they don’t have all the records. Numerous attempts have been made to get a reply from Bernice, but she is too incompetent to even call me back to try to resolve this issue.

Total liars! They stole my money! My insurance company sent them a check to pay my medical bills and Joseph Bristte from the long beach office cashed it and never paid my bills! Now for years later they have been digging my credit! These are not real attorney’s and they will never call you back! Ever! Now I need an attorney to go after this bunch of jokers! Larry H Parker stole from me!

Worst costumer service everytime i call and i get put on hold for over 10 minutes i got injured 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t set up for me to see a doctor !! And when someone returns the call they give me attitude and told me «i already told you once we working on it!» what kind of costumer service is that i haven’t talked to anyone in 2 weeks and its soo hard to get ahold of anyone i suggest you do your research before contacting them… very disappointed

Mitchell Beck at the Law Offices of Larry Parker will go to battle for you. He did for me. I never expected to have to hire a Lawyer or be in the position to get one, but I’m very grateful to Mitchell Beck for going to work for me.
It wasn’t a huge case, but he handled it with the utmost professionalism. His secretary (I forget her name) handled things well. There was some bumps along the way typical of other reviewers comments about their paralegals, some of them need to be fired. Their lack of professionalism and lack of attention to their clients needs is a major problem here at LHP.
Nothing was done overnight, but that’s not how it works when you have to utilize a lawyer. All you want is professionalism. Which is what I got once I finally got to Mitchell Beck. I’d give him and his secretary 5 stars based on their hard work. Thank you again Mr Beck and God Bless.

I highly recommend looking for help elsewhere, you will get no assistance from these people I had to find a new attorney after months of calling them to see what was going on with my case they will make sure they get their money that’s for sure but as far as helping you good luck, after switching to someone that could better assist me they called me back, it took them 2 months to return a phone call 2MONTHS!

My experience with The Law Office of Larry H. Parker.
I was involved in an accident on 8÷21÷2014. Being my first accident was was in shock, I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t know who to call! Growing up in Socal I grew up watching Larry’s commercials (shoot for some reason my mom recorded one over my 3^rd birthday video[we can talk about that later… lol]) I called my mother while sitting in the car waiting for the police to arrive she told me call an attorney, mothers always know best. I called the law office of L.H.P I spoke to intake rep and was told to take numbers and seek medical attention if needed right away. The next day I called was told I could get a rep sent over to get all my paper work filled out to start the process, luckily I work very close so during lunch I went over and signed all the paper work I spoke to Franklin (he honestly is the best so patient and understanding) later on that day I had my first appointment with a chiropractor set. I did therapy for 3 months Chiropractor was close enough to work I did my therapy during Lunch. After I was done with therapy I was told By Franklin that we had to wait for the doctors notes before we could submit them to the insurance. I think we waiting for approximately 3 weeks. My case was settled by December, I received my settlement check the First week of February. If you want an attorney with experience and knowledge don’t look any further. To all my Friends and Family if you go with another Attorney our relationship is over… lol jk. On a serious note, stop looking call know you won’t be disappointed. Once again Thank you to the Law Office of Larry H Parker and to Franklin’s team for helping me and taking such good care of My case :) Easiest 7 months of my life! I have been a twice client of this law firm. Yes the process is lengthy but everything of this kind of situation needs time for investigation, recovery and negotiation. They won my case twice and I was the one rear ended. They protected me from Liberty Mutual insurance who is trying to delay the process of the repairs of my car. I was given a chiropractic care near my location. We were able to get a substantial money back. The only drawback in the company is that your case can be passed around by the paralegals and couple of times it was frustrating just for days leaving messages for them but other that, I have no complaints.

I have had the privilege of knowing the staff at Law Offices of Larry H Parker since 2007. I have found them to be sincere and tenacious about helping their clients to recover the maximum damages from their accidents and injuries. I do know that Insurance companies fight The Law Offices of LHP to keep from paying out any damages. Rest assured that the Law Offices of Larry H Parker will fight for you. They are experienced at this. Everyday they fight for their clients to help them get justice. After all they have over 10,000 satisfied clients who have received the benefit of having Larry H Parker fighting for them. Not all cases are created equal. The best you can do is to work with them in an open manner and get them all of the information they need to help you win your case. Give them a call. they are serious, tenacious and they will fight for you.

Liars, liars, liars!!! My husband was in a car accident, a rear ender. He made the unbelievable mistake of signing on with LHP following the advice of a ‘witness’ at the scene of the accident (whom just happen to have their business card). At first it all was great, they called us to get this, get that, get that as well, get that other thing, etc. We got them EVERYTHING they asked for; they sent him to their doctors, for nearly 4 months; car damages of over 10,000, medical bills of nearly 8,000. car rental 900.
Then problems started, they never called us back, we had to go to their office in person to get an answer; ‘waiting for medical reports’. This went on for 9 months!!! Yet I asked for a copy of the medical reports from the doctor and got a copy within 7 days. SEVEN DAYS!!! Long story short — I called them so much, with no results — so I asked for the case back — they would NOT release any documents to us unless we signed a form that gave them the right to claim their compensation. For what!!! for holding the case at a stand still for nearly 2 years and doing NOTHING!!!
2 days before they gave us the case back; they sent their first communication to the insurance company. Yep you read that right. We picked up all documents from them on a Friday — the following Monday they generated 8 (EIGHT) letters letting everyone in the case know that they have a contingency claim on our case.
I submitted a letter of settlement to the insurance company, with copies of all the evidence and supporting documentation. 10 days letter I got a call from the issuance company offering a settlement. They paid the car repairs, the rental car bills, the loss of wages, the medical bills and offered $ 25 000 settlement — of which they would have to pay the sum of $ 8,500 to LHP!!!
LHP and my husband settled for $ 4,000. Thieves, they are simply THIEVES!!! They threatened to sue us, put is in jail, wished us all kinds if ill, etc. BTW — now they were calling us 5 – 6 times a DAY!!!
Do not hire these thieves, liars, incompetent people. Larry H Parker is nothing but a good actor, a good commercials actor. Every time I see his commercials I want to throw my shoe at my TV.
PS — Ron Beck — dont bother responding to this review. you are the biggest liar of them all — with your cut-​and-​past line of how many 100s of thousands of satisfied clients. Really!!! Where are they? All I see is 1 star reviews.

Don’t hire them. When it comes to negotiation time, I heard the longer you wait, the more money lawyers take out and they have been avoiding me.
The negotiator called me two weeks ago and we’re still playing phone tag so I can hear what’s going on with my case. I’ve left over five messages and I don’t usually get a response until three or four days after two consecutive messages. This is getting ridiculous.
If you want someone to take care of you, go with a smaller local office. Larry H Parker is known for getting the most out of your settlement, but it’s more like they know how to get the most out of their clients.
