Meet the Business Owner

Natalie G.

Business Owner

Chef Natalie Gutenkauf will be awarded the 2014 Woman of Distinction Award from Senator Ricardo Lara recognizing her leadership in championing sustainable food and community education. Watch Diners, Drive-in’s and Dives on the Food Network for an episode featuring The Factory Gastrobar to be aired sometime in 2014. Chef Natalie has signed with Savory Books and will publish her first cookbook in 2015. Last year Chef Natalie and her 8-year son together butchered a 150 pound pig, spawning a new culinary fascination which led to the purchase of a whole 100% grass-fed cow aquired from rancher Jeff Miller of Diamond Mountain Ranch out of Greenville, California. She hopes to continue her education in butchery and offer a range of house-prepared charcuterie on The Factory Gastrobar’s menu. Chef Natalie’s next fundraiser will be at the 5th Annual Celebrity Chef OC Event benefiting Meals on Wheels which last year raised over $ 60,000.
